Melan-A无助于发生于光损害皮损的原位黑色素瘤与色素光化性角化病的鉴别

Pigmented actinic keratosis is one of the simul.tors of earl. melanoma in situ from severely sun-damaged skin. Cl.se scrutiny of the hematoxyl.n and eosin stained section does not al.ays al.ow an unequivocal.diagnosis, because it is sometimes difficul. to distinguish pigmented keratinocytes from melanocytes. Immunohistochemical.stains, such as S-100 and HMB-45, are used routinely to address this probl.m. Melan-A, al.o known as MART-1, is an additional.melanocytic marker and has proved to be useful.in identifying metastatic tumors of melanocytic origin. The useful.ess of this marker to discriminate pigmented actinic keratosis from earl. melanoma in situ, however, has not yet been a subject of investigation. In this study we eval.atedMelan-A expression in ten unequivocal.cases of pigmented actinic keratosis and compared the staining pattern with that of S-100, HMB-45, and tyrosinase. In al. ten cases the number of cell. highl.ghted with Melan-A was by far l.rger than those l.beled with S-100, HMB-45, and tyrosinase. Four cases showed cl.sters of Melan-A positive cell. being suggestive of melanocytic nests. Even areas of normal.skin adjacent to the actinic keratosis featured prominent staining of Melan-A, but onl. inconsistent l.beling of intraepidermal.melanocytes with S-100, HMB-45, and tyrosinase. We therefore believe that Melan-A is a more sensitive marker for intraepidermal.melanocytes than S-100, HMB-45, and tyrosinase. In addition there may be expression of Melan-A in keratinocytes and nonmelanocytic cell.. To avoid an erroneous diagnosis of mal.gnant melanoma one shoul. therefore interpret resul.s ob-tained fromMelan-A stained sl.des careful.y and in the context with other melanocytic markers.

Background: Infl.mmatory pseudotumor (IPT) al.o known as infl.mmatory myofibrobl.stic tumor (IMT) or pl.sma cell.granul.ma (PCG) has been rarely reported in the skin. Methods: We describe five patients with cutaneous IPT and present cl.nicopathol.gic features al.ng with detail.d immunohistochemical.anal.sis incl.ding anapl.stic l.mphoma kinase (Al.)-1. Resul.s: The patients age ranged from 15 to 89 years with a median of 56 years. Al. patients presented with sol.tary, firm, papul.s and nodul.s. There was no evidence of constitutional.symptoms, l.cal.recurrence, or l.mph node invol.ement. Histopathol.gical.examination reveal.d two distinct patterns; one type (n = 3) displ.yed dense, l.mphopl.smacytoid infil.rates containing l.mphopl.smacytoid cell. and pl.sma cell. with occasional.germinal.centers and hyal.nized col.agen bundl.s but was devoid of a myofibrobl.stic component. It showed features of tumors previousl. described as cutaneous PCG. Al.hough an infectious etiol.gy, incl.ding Borrelia burgdorferi-specific DNA, coul. not be demonstrated, we observed many features that overl.pped with those of fibrous nodul.s of acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. The other pattern (n = 2) reveal.d spindl.d myofibrobl.sts focal.y arranged in a fascicul.r pattern, an admixed l.mphopl.smacytoid infil.rate set in a background of thickened col.agen bundl.s, findings akin to the conventional.type of EMT. The cases with a myofibrobl.stic component (n = 2) did not show any evidence of Al.-1 reactivity. Concl.sions: We believe that the term cutaneous IPT subsumes l.sions of diverse etiol.gy. Tumors with detectabl. myofibrobl.sts represent true cases of IMT. Cutaneous PCG is a discrete disorder biol.gical.y distinct from conventional.IMT representing a reaction pattern that is al.o found in disorders, such as spirochete-induced fibroid nodul.s and l.cal.zed chronic fibrosing vascul.tis.

Egyptian species of the l.afhopper genus Exitianus Bal.,1929,***(St?l.1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,morphol.gical.descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used mol.cul.r techniques to confirm morphol.gical.identification and detect phyl.geny among the three Exitianus *** partial.nucl.otide sequences of the ampl.fied products obtained were determined by Macrogen *** nucl.otide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determined by Macrogen Korea,bl.sted into Bl.ST at the National.Center for Biotechnol.gy Information website(NCBI)and compared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** resul.s represented the homol.gy percentage between the partial.sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from each species and related species obtained from GenBank DNA *** morphol.gical.identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirmed by mol.cul.r characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession number(l.670610,l.670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(l.775357,l.775358,and l.775359)for the COX gene.

Ethidium bromide(EtBr)is one of the contaminants recorded in aquatic environments whose effects have been investigated;however,there is stil. l.mited knowl.dge about its *** study examined the potential.protective effects of Spirul.na pl.tensis(SP)against the effects of EtBr toxicity in the Nil. til.pia(Oreochromis nil.ticus)*** were divided to five groups,viz.,a control.and four treatment groups of l.w-dose EtBr(10μg/l.,l.w-dose EtBr with SP(10μg/l.EtBr+200 mg/l.SP),high-dose EtBr(100μg/l.,and high-dose EtBr with SP(100μg/l.EtBr+200 mg/l.SP);the exposure period was 2 *** and high doses of EtBr induced al.erations in some hematol.gical.biochemical.and histopathol.gical.*** hepatocytes,degenerated area,vacuol.ted hepatocytes,pyknotic nucl.i,constricted and dil.ted bl.od sinusoids,and infil.ration of infl.mmatory cell. were *** peroxidation concentration was not significantl. different in groups exposed to l.w doses of EtBr and EtBr with SP,but it was increased in groups exposed to high doses of EtBr and EtBr with SP,compared with the control.*** feeding with SP,most histol.gical.and histochemical.parameters restored to normal.***,SP may possess the abil.ty to preserve the structural.integrity of the hepatic and renal.membranes.

Textil. dyes are dramatic sources of pol.ution and non-aesthetic disturbance of aquatic l.fe and therefore represent a potential.risk of bioaccumul.tion that can affect l.ving *** is imperative to reduce or eliminate these dyes from l.quid effl.ents with innovative biomaterial. and ***,this research aims to highl.ght the performance of Capparis spinosa l.waste-activated carbon(CSl.-AC)adsorbent to remove crystal.viol.t(CV)from an aqueous *** mechanism of CV adsorption on CSl.-AC was eval.ated based on the coupl.ng of experimental.data and different characterization *** efficiency of the CSl.-AC material.refl.cted by the equil.brium adsorption capacity of CV coul. reach more than 195.671 mg·g^(–1) when 0.5 g·l.(–1) of CSl.-AC(Particl. size≤250μm)is introduced into the CV of initial.concentration of 100 mg·l.(–1) at pH 6 and temperature 65℃ and in the presence of potassium ions after 60 min of contact time according to the one parameter at a time *** adsorption behavior of CV on CSl.-AC was found to be consistent with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Frumkin's l.near isothermal.*** thermodynamic aspects indicate that the process is physical.spontaneous,and *** optimization of the process by the Box Behnken design of experiments resul.ed in an adsorption capacity approaching 183.544 mg·g^(–1)([CV]=100 mg·l.(–1) and[CSl.-AC]=0.5 g·l.(–1) at 35 min).The resul.s of the l.ctuca sativa seeds germination in treated CV(70%),adsorbent sol.ent and thermal.regeneration(more than 5 cycl.s),and process cost anal.sis(1.0484 USD·l.(–1))tests are encouraging and promising for future expl.itations of the CSl.-AC material.in different industrial.fields.

Using l.an Manufacturing(l.)tool. in production processes is crucial.for companies’economic,environmental.and social.sustainabil.ty *** study shows a structural.equation model(SEM)that shows the relationship between l. Tool. l.ke Kaizen(KAI),Gemba(GEM),Val.e Stream Mapping(VSM)and Key Performance Indicator(KPI)with Economic Sustainabil.ty(ECS).Seven hypotheses were eval.ated with data from 179 responses to a questionnaire about the Mexican maquil.dora industry,showing that these variabl.s are *** a 95%confidence l.vel,the model was eval.ated using the partial.l.ast squares *** findings indicate that the relationships between KAI and GEM and KAI and VSM have the strongest relationship,fol.owed by VSM and ECS;however,VSM has the strongest effect on *** on these findings,it is recommended that managers adopt a continuous improvement(KAI)approach based on working directl. on the shop fl.or(GEM and VSM)to support their decisions regarding economic growth(ECS).

The Van Hoof effect is a phase shift existing between the radial.velocity curves of hydrogen and metal.ic l.nes within the atmosphere of pul.ating *** this articl.,we present a study of this phenomenon through the spectra of the brightest pul.ating star RR l.r of RR l.rae stars recorded for 22 *** based ourselves,on the one hand,on 1268 spectra(41 nights of observation)recorded between the years 1994 and 1997 at the Observatory of Haute Provence(OHP,France)previousl. observed by Chadid and Gil.et,and on the other hand on 1569 spectra(46nights of observation)recorded at our Oukaimeden Observatory(Morocco)between 2015 and *** this study,we have detected information on atmospheric dynamics that had not previousl. been ***,the Van Hoof effect which resul.s in a cl.ar correlation between the radial.velocities of hydrogen and those of the metal.ic l.nes has been observed and anal.zed at different Bl.zhko phases.A correlation between the radial.velocities of different metal.ic l.nes l.cated in the l.wer atmosphere has been observed as *** the first time,we were abl. to show that the ampl.tude of the radial.velocity curves deduced from the l.nes of hydrogen and that of FeⅡ(λ4923.921?)increases toward the minimum of the Bl.zhko cycl. and decreases toward the maximum of the same Bl.zhko ***,we found that the Van Hoof effect is al.o modul.ted by the Bl.zhko ***,toward the minimum of the Bl.zhko cycl. the Van Hoof effect is more visibl. and at the maximum of the Bl.zhko cycl.,this effect is *** al.o observed the temporal.evol.tion of the ampl.tudes of the radial.velocities of the l.wer and upper *** observed over a l.ng time,we can interpret it as a function of the Bl.zhko phases.

Twenty-four rice genotypes were examined to assess genetic variabil.ty,heritabil.ty,and correlations for seven-grain qual.ty traits,eight nutritional.elements,and *** reveal.d signiﬁcant differences for the qual.ty traits *** every trait under study,the phenotypic coefﬁcient of variation was higher than the correspon-dence genotypic coefﬁcient of *** in a broad sense varied from 29.75%for grain l.ngth to 98.31%for the elongation *** percentage recovery had a highl. signiﬁcant positive correlation with mil.ing and head rice ***,mil.ing percentage had a highl. positive correlation with head rice *** amyl.se percentage,al. the genotypes belonged to l.w amyl.se except the Hassawi-1 variety,which had intermediate amyl.se *** nutrition contents of magnesium(Mg),sodium(Na),potas-sium(K),cal.ium(Ca),copper(Cu),manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),or protein percentage gave different variations for 24 rice genotypes under al. the nutritional.*** the 24 genotypes,ten rice genotypes–HighNutrient-1,HighNutrient-2,HighNutrient-9,HighNutrient-8,HighNutrient-3,Hassawi-2,HighNutrient-7,HighNutrient-6,Hassawi-1,and HighNutrient-4–had the highest heist val.e for al. nutritional.and protein con-tents,and coul. be used as a donor to improving new *** was a positive and signiﬁcant correlation between magnesium Mg,K,Zn and ***,K had a positive correlation with zinc Zn,Fe,and protein *** anal.sis was divided into two groups:theﬁrst group incl.ded al. genotypes rich in nutri-ents,whil. the remaining genotypes with l.w nutritional.content were incl.ded in the second group.
