1病原特性产气荚膜梭菌为直杆状（芽孢呈椭圆形，位于次级端），通常在厌氧环境下繁殖。该菌能在多种培养基上生长，在厌氧血琼脂平板上培养，形成1～3 mm大小、扁平、中心凸起的菌落，并有扩散生长的倾向，多数菌落周围可见双溶血环，糖发酵能力强，产酸产气，其在牛乳培养基中呈暴烈发酵现象。产气荚膜梭菌有5个血清型（A、B、c、D、e），其中A型和c型与猪的发病关系密切，c型产气荚膜梭菌又称魏氏梭菌。2 致病危害产气荚膜梭菌产生多种毒素和酶，其中包括4 种主要的外毒素：α-毒素（磷酸酯酶c，具有坏死、溶血和致死功能）、β-毒素（一种神经毒素，主要作用于肠道的运动神经，有坏死功能）、ε-毒素（有坏死和致死功能）和ι-毒素（有致死和坏死功能）。

A three-dimensional mathematical hydrodynamic model associated with surface wave radiation by a floating rectangular box-type structure due to heave,sway,and roll motions in finite water depth is investigated based on small amplitude water wave theory and linear structural *** analytical expressions for the radiation potentials,wave forces,and hydrodynamic coefficients are presented based on matched eigenfunction expansion method(MeFeM).The.c.rrectness of the analytical results of wave forces is compared with the.c.nstruction of a numerical model using the open-source boundary element method code *** addition,the present result is compared with the existing published experimental results available in the *** effects of the different design parameters on the floating box-type rectangular structure are studied by analyzing the vertical wave force,horizontal wave force,torque,added mass,and damping coefficients due to the heave,sway,and roll motions,and the.c.mparison analysis between the forces is also analyzed in ***,the effect of reflection and transmission coefficients by varying the structural width and drafts are analyzed.

The paper presents research results of the synthesis, phase.c.mposition, and structure of products obtained by highly exothermic re.c.ions between Ti and c10H8O4mixture.c.mponents, depending on the plastic waste.c.ncentration and Ti powder dispersiveness, density of initial samples, and synthesis medium. The depende.c. of the phase.c.mposition and structure of the synthesis products on the.c.ncentration of the polymer（plastic）component in the initial Ti-PeT(c10H8O4) system was found. When the plastic waste.c.ntent is 20 wt% to 25 wt%, synthesis products contain Tic0.5O0.5–Tic0.6–0.75particle agglomerates. Further growth in the polyethylene terephthalate.c.ntent from 30 wt% to 45 wt% leads to the formation of synthesis products consisting of titanium carbide(Tic0.6–1.0). The gaseous byproduct composition of the exothermic re.c.ion is investigated for the Ti–-c10H8O4mixture.c.mposition. It is found that the gaseous by-product mostly contains hydrogen and carbon monoxide as well as impurities of different hydrocarbons（methane, acetylene, ethane, ethene） and carbon dioxide. The maximum adiabatic temperature of the gas combustion temperature is 2080℃, which demonstrates the possibility of using gas as a fuel for energy generation devices. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to create a basis for a new plastic waste technology to fabricate.c.rbide.c.ntaining materials.
