The present paper aims to develop the Kuhn-Tucker and Fritz John criteria for saddle point optimality of interval-valued nonlinear programming *** achieve the study objective,we have proposed the definition of minimizer and maximizer of an interval-valued non-linear programming ***,we have introduced the interval-valued Fritz-John and Kuhn Tucker saddle point *** that,we have established both the necessary and sufficient optimality conditions of an interval-valued non-linear minimization ***,we have shown that both the saddle point conditions(Fritz-John and Kuhn-Tucker)are sufficient without any convexity *** with the convexity requirements,we have established that these saddle point optimality criteria are the necessary conditions for optimality of an interval-valued non-linear programming with real-valued ***,all the results are derived with the help of interval order ***,we illustrate all the results with the help of a numerical example.

The N-terminal eF-hand calcium-binding proteins 1–3(NeCAB1–3) constitute a family of predominantly neuronal proteins characterized by the presence of at least one eF-hand calcium-binding domain and a functionally less well characterized C-terminal antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. All three family members were initially discovered due to their interactions with other proteins. NeCAB1 associates with synaptotagmin-1, a critical neuronal protein involved in membrane trafficking and synaptic vesicle exocytosis. NeCAB2 interacts with predominantly striatal G-protein-coupled receptors, while NeCAB3 partners with amyloid-β A4 precursor protein-binding family A members 2 and 3, key regulators of amyloid-β production. This demonstrates the capacity of the family for interactions with various classes of proteins. NeCAB proteins exhibit distinct subcellular localizations: NeCAB1 is found in the nucleus and cytosol, NeCAB2 resides in endosomes and the plasma membrane, and NeCAB3 is present in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain, an evolutionarily ancient component, is akin to atypical heme oxygenases in prokaryotes but is not wellcharacterized in vertebrates. Prokaryotic antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domains typically form dimers, suggesting that calcium-mediated conformational changes in NeCAB proteins may induce antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain dimerization, potentially activating some enzymatic properties. However, the substrate for this enzymatic activity remains uncertain. Alternatively, calcium-mediated conformational changes might influence protein interactions or the subcellular localization of NeCAB proteins by controlling the availability of protein–protein interaction domains situated between the eF hands and the antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. Pine wilt is a dramatic disease that kills infected trees within a few weeks to a few *** cause is the pathogen Pinewood *** plant-parasitic nematodes are attached to plant roots,but pinewood nematodes are found in the tops of *** kill the tree by feeding the cells around the resin *** modeling of a pine wilt disease is based on six compartments,including three for plants(susceptible trees,exposed trees,and infected trees)and the other for the beetles(susceptible beetles,exposed beetles,and infected beetles).The deterministic modeling,along with subpopulations,is based on Law of mass *** stability of the model along with equilibria is studied *** authentication of analytical results is examined through well-known computer methods like Non-standard finite difference(NSFD)and the model’s feasible properties(positivity,boundedness,and dynamical consistency).In the end,comparison analysis shows the effectiveness of the NSFD algorithm.

Present of wind power is sporadically and cannot be utilized as the only fundamental load of energy *** paper proposes a wind-solar hybrid energy storage system(HeSS)to ensure a stable supply grid for a longer period.A multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA)and state of charge(SOC)region division for the batteries are introduced to solve the objective function and configuration of the system capacity,***/Simulink was used for simulation *** optimization results show that for a 0.5 MW wind power and 0.5 MW photovoltaic system,with a combination of a 300 Ah lithium battery,a 200 Ah lead-acid battery,and a water storage tank,the proposed strategy reduces the system construction cost by approximately 18,000 ***,the cycle count of the electrochemical energy storage systemincreases from4515 to 4660,while the depth of discharge decreases from 55.37%to 53.65%,achieving shallow charging and discharging,thereby extending battery life and reducing grid voltage fluctuations *** proposed strategy is a guide for stabilizing the grid connection of wind and solar power generation,capability allocation,and energy management of energy conservation systems.

Amoebiasis is a parasitic intestinal infection caused by the highly pathogenic amoeba entamoeba *** is spread through person-toperson contact or by eating or drinking food or water contaminated with *** transmission rate depends on the number of cysts present in the *** traditional models assumed a homogeneous and contradictory transmission with *** heterogeneity of its transmission rate is a significant factor when modeling disease *** heterogeneity of disease transmission can be described mathematically by introducing fuzzy *** this context,a fuzzy SeIR Amoebiasis disease model is considered in this *** equilibrium analysis and reproductive number are studied with *** numerical schemes forward euler method and a nonstandard finite difference(NSFD)approach,are developed for the learned model,and the results of numerical simulations are *** numerical and simulation results reveal that the proposed NSFD method provides an adequate representation of the dynamics of the disease despite the uncertainty and ***,the obtained method generates plausible predictions that regulators can use to support decision-making to design and develop control strategies.

Bound states in the continuum （BICs） are perfectly localized resonances despite embedding in the continuum ***,an isolated BIC is very sensitive to the structure ***,we report merging acoustic BICs in a single open resonator,robust against the structure *** find that both symmetry-protected BIC and Friedrich-Wintgen BIC are sustained in a single coupled waveguide-resonator *** varying the height and length of the resonator,these two BICs move toward each other and merge into a single one at a critical *** to an individual BIC,the merged BIC is robust against fabrication error because its Q-factor is proportional to ΔL-4,whereΔL embodies the structure *** essence of this extraordinary phenomenon is perfectly explained by the two-and three-level approximations of the effective nonHermitian ***,we present direct experimental demonstrations of the moving and merging of BICs in a coupled 3D waveguide-resonator,which are evidenced by the vanishing of the linewidth of Fano resonance in the transmission *** results may find exciting applications in designing high-quality acoustic sources,sensors and filters.
