Michoacan brings 2.1% of national GDP, which is 12.5% to agriculture, Livestock is the fourth activity in economic importance in the State and develops in 43% of the territory （58,643 km：） using 27% of the population economically active. Michoacfin ranks third in national cattle inventory （1,608,523 heads） with fifth place in meat production （145,221 ton/year）. The production model is extended cow-breed, subject to season and availability of food （few rains shortage of forage during drought）, with 0.60 production of breed/cow/year, and a marked traditionalism in the form of production; also a high dependency to food based on the grazing. The inadequate national public policy expressed in the paternalism has limited the adoption of strategies to contribute to the solution of this problem. Therefore this study objective was to design and validate a strategy to increase the number of cow breeding/cow/year to season reproduction program, based on the use of synthetic progesterone ＂melengestrol acetate＂（MGA） as a technology available, secure, easy to use, low cost and likely to be adoptable to the traditional model of production. Work was done in the dry tropics in the municipalities of Churumuco and Tzitzio, Michoacfin State, Mdxico. Used 133 bovine females with crossbreeding Bos indicus, diagnosed as not pregnant, 6.7 and 6.38 years old respectively for each municipality. Oral doses of 0.05 rag/day/cow of MGA during nine days then exposed to the presence of male. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance of a single way. The results indicate that the delivery rate was 58.33% in Churumuco and 61.86% in Tzitzio. This delivery rate represents an increase of 14%-16% of born per year considering that treated females become pregnant with traditional production system management. Usually, the maize cob is formed by grains of medium size. However, the extremes have larger or smaller size grains. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of grain size from the same hybrid on the physicochemical properties of isolated starch, crude maize flours and nixtamalized maize flours. Two hybrids, one from CIMMyT-Mexico called IMIC-254 and one commercial sample from Monsanto (Puma) were studied. The isolated starch granules from small, medium, and large grains exhibit the same size and distribution. The grain size has influence in the determination of cooking and steeping times;small grains reach these parameters faster than medium and large ones. The hardness of the grain size for both hybrids does not showed statistical differences between them. The starch from small, medium and large grains is mainly composed of amylopectin;this result is confirmed by X-ray diffraction and Megazine analysis. The apparent viscosity of the isolated starches of small grains showed statistically significant higher peak values. According to these results, it is possible to use small, medium, and large grains to obtain products with the same physicochemical properties, by adjusting the cooking and steeping times and Ca2+ content.

将用电磁方法悬浮起来的一对环构成领导者–跟随者系统实现对光滑参考轨线的跟踪要求.这一任务通过设计具有对扰动进行在线估计与补偿功能的自抗扰控制器(ADRC)实现.本文设计方法与传统ADRC的主要不同在于领导者和跟随者的跟踪控制器设计都是基于平坦输出的线性化近似系统.超出线性化近似有效区域的大的高度偏差所导致的未知非线性则被视为扰动,这个扰动借助于线性扩张观测器进行在线估计并通过线性反馈控制器进行消除.实验结果检验了本文所提方法的有效性.

Objective:a-Synuclein has been studied as a potential biomarker for Parkinson's disease(PD)with no concluding ***,there is an urgent need to find out reliable specific biomarkers for ***37 is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor that toxically accumulates in autosomal recessive juvenile ***,we investigated whether GPR37 is upregulated in sporadic PD,and thus a suitable potential biomarker for ***:GPR37 protein density and mRNA expression in postmortem substantia nigra(SN)from PD patients were analysed by immunoblot and RT-qPCR,*** presence of peptides from the N-terminus-cleaved domain of GPR37(***-GPR37)in human cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometric *** engineered in-house nanoluciferase-based immunoassay was used to quantify ecto-GPR37 in CSF samples from neurological control(NC)subjects,PD patients and Alzheimer's disease(AD)***:GPR37 protein density and mRNA expression were significantly augmented in sporadic *** amounts of ecto-GPR37 peptides in the CSF samples from PD patients were identified by mass spectrometry and quantified by the in-house eLISA ***,the CSF total a-synuclein level in PD patients did not differ from that in NC ***,the cortical GPR37 mRNA expression and CSF ecto-GPR37 levels in AD patients were also ***:GPR37 expression is increased in SN of sporadic PD *** ecto-GPR37 peptides are significantly increased in the CSF of PD patients,but not in AD *** results open perspectives and encourage further clinical studies to confirm the validity and utility of ecto-GPR37 as a potential PD biomarker.

The Centro de Laseres Pulsados in Salamanca,Spain has recently started operation phase and the first user access period on the 6 j 30 fs 200 TW system(VeGA 2)already started at the beginning of *** this paper we report on two commissioning experiments recently performed on the VeGA 2 system in preparation for the user *** 2 system has been tested in different configurations depending on the focusing optics and targets *** configuration(long focal length F=130 cm)is for underdense laser-matter interaction where VeGA 2 is focused onto a low density gas-jet generating electron beams(via laser wake field acceleration mechanism)with maximum energy up to 500 MeV and an X-ray betatron source with a 10 keV critical energy.A second configuration(short focal length F= 40 cm)is for overdense laser-matter interaction where VeGA 2 is focused onto a 5 μm thick Al target generating a proton beam with a maximum energy of 10 MeV and temperature of 2.5 *** this paper we present preliminary experimental results.
