in this editorial,we reviewed the article by Fadlallah et al that was recently published in the World Journal of Clinical *** article provided a comprehensive and in-depth view of the management and treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC),one of the leading causes of cancer-related morbidity and mortality *** article analyzed the therapeutic modalities and their sequencing,focusing on total neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced rectal *** highlighted the role of immunotherapy in tumors with high microsatellite instability or deficient mismatch repair,addressing recent advances that have improved prognosis and therapeutic response in localized and metastatic *** in surgical techniques,advanced radiotherapy,and systemic agents targeting specific mutational profiles are also discussed,reflecting on how they revolutionized clinical *** tumor DNA has emerged as a promising tool for detecting minimal residual disease,prognosis,and therapeutic monitoring,solidifying its role in precision *** review emphasized the importance of technological and therapeutic advancements in improving clinical outcomes and personalizing CRC treatment.

Background:Trees and forests in drylands help mitigate the challenges through provision of economic products and vital environmental services such as habitat for biodiversity,prevention of erosion and desertification,regulation of water,microclimate,and soil *** condition and changes in dry forests can be assessed by using ecological indicators able to quantify spatial and temporal changes in *** of the ways to determine the condition of the forest is to study the dominant tree species and its *** study aimed to assess whether the abundance of Prosopis flexuosa saplings is affected by environmental and biological ***:To evaluate the first variables we used data from remote sensing such as satellite.i.a.es and Aster Global Digital Model(GDeM).The second set of variables was about exotic and native ungulates and we used feces of these animals and camera traps to take *** found that sapling abundance related positively to sandy substrates and negatively to Wetness *** the other hand,in relation to biological variables,the abundance of saplings was positively affected by density of adult trees and by number of seeds dispersed by equines,but space use by Lama guanicoe had a negative relationship with *** research shows that *** saplings are benefited from sandy substrates and the conditions around adult *** addition to this,we found that exotic ungulates in low densities have neutral(***)or positive(***)effects on sapling ***:Based on these findings,we conclude that regeneration of the population of *** in our study area has no major *** addition,we corroborated that the presence of exotic and domestic ungulates in low densities does not have deleterious consequences for saplings of the dominant tree,***.

Several authors have commented on the anatomical changes following radical prostatectomy(RP)for prostate cancer and their characteristic radiological appearances.1,2 Most of these relate to periurethral fibrosis and its clinical significance in patients with postprostatectomy sphincter weakness incontinence.3,4 On magnetic resonance.i.a.ing(MRi),this postsurgical fibrosis appears as a focus of low-signal intensity in the periurethral tissues at and around the level of the vesicourethral anastomosis(VUA)which is appreciable on both T1-and T2-weighted images.

enzymatic whey proteins concentrates (WPC) hydrolysis under optimal conditions of ficin crude extract (FCe) in two ratios e/S (0.5 and 1%) was studied,assessing the impact of hydrolysis on WPC by determination degree of hydrolysis (DH),Fast proteins liquid chromatography (FPLC),Tricine SDS-PAGe,antioxidant activity at sampling time beside,and technological properties (solubility,emulsifying activity index (eAi) and foaming activity (FA)) at the best condition (maximum DH and antioxidant activity) other *** showed,in the first 30 min,DH reached 22.76% at e/S (1%) with a total degradation of α-lactalbumin (α-La) and almost of β-lactoglobulin (β-Lg).A significant increase in antioxidant activity and solubility was observed,while not for e.i.a.d *** results indicate for the first time that β-Lg is susceptible to hydrolyse by FCe that rarely found for other *** hydrolysates showed very relevant performance,and suggest that could be appropriate production of functional ingredients.

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) is an autosomal dominant inherited syndrome characterized by multiple adenomatous polyps (predisposing to colorectal cancer development) and numerous extracolonic manifestations. The underlying genetic burden generates variable clinical features that may influence operative management. As a precancerous here.i.a.y condition, the rationale of performing a prophylactic surgery is a mainstay of FAP management. The purpose of the present paper is to bring up many controversial aspects regarding surgical treatment for FAP, and to discuss the results and perspectives of the operative choices and approaches. Preferably, the decision-making process should not be limited to the conventional confrontation of pros and cons of ileorectal anastomosis or restorative proctocolectomy. A wide discussion with the patient may evaluate issues such as age, genotype, family history, sphincter function, the presence or risk of desmoid disease, potential complications of each procedure and chances of postoperative surveillance. Therefore, the definition of the best moment and the choice of appropriate procedure constitute an individual decision that must take into consideration patient’s preferences and full information about the complex nature of the disease. All these facts reinforce the idea that FAP patients should be managed by experienced surgeons working in specialized centers to achieve the best immediate and long-term results.

The presence of nonmetallic inclusion particles which appear during steelmaking process is harmful to the properties of steels, which is mainly as a function of some aspects such as size, volume fraction, shape, and distribution of these particles. The automatic image analysis technique is one of the most important tools for the quantitative determination of these parameters. The classical Student approach and the extreme Values Method （eVM） were used for the inclusion size and shape determination and the evaluation of distance between the inclusion particles. The results thus obtained indicated that there were significant differences in the characteristics of the inclusion particles in the analyzed products. Both methods achieved results with some differences, indicating that eVM could be used as a faster and more reliable statistical methodology.

The study of the influence of the cobalt content on the cyclic stability of superelasticity(Se)was carried out in quenched Ni_(44)Fe_(19)Ga_(27)Co_(10)and Ni_(39)Fe_(19)Ga_(27)Co_(15)(at.%)single crystals under *** is shown that an increase in the cobalt content leads to embrittlement of the material and a decrease in the cyclic stability of *** Ni_(44)Fe_(19)Ga_(27)Co_(10)single crystals,during the first 20 loading/unloading cycles,the elastic energy relaxation occurs along with the formation of dislocations and residual martensite,which leads to a decrease in critical stress of martensite formation and in stress *** the next 80 cycles,Se becomes more *** is accompanied by a slight change in the *** the contrary,Ni_(39)Fe_(19)Ga_(27)Co_(15)single crystals are characterized by high-strength characteristics,which lead to high Se stability during the first 20 loading/unloading ***,after 20 cycles,a strong degradation of the Se is observed through the formation of microcracks,which ultimately leads to the destruction of the *** results of work are replicable for cycling at different temperatures from all temperature ranges of superelasticity.
