The.the.re.ical diffe.e.ce.e.e.ge., whe. one.obse.ve. the.gre.te.t prolife.ation of local e.titie. from the.autonomy grante. by the.Fe.e.al Constitution （FC） from 1988 to the.various le.e.s of gove.nme.t, many of which almost totally de.e.d on inte.-gove.nme.tal transfe.s. The.e.are.those.who advocate.the.stre.gthe.ing of public actions from obse.ving the.proble.s of small units （municipalitie.） and who will now have.gre.te. de.ision-making fre.dom. The.e.ore. this article.aims to analyze.the.public finance. of municipalitie. in the.core.the.re.ical （all pe.ple.born in e.pirito Santo） state.guide. by the.Fiscal Re.ponsibility Law （FRL） and fiscal de.e.tralization in the.country. To achie.e.a good production of a crop, it is e.se.tial to know the.ability of the.spe.ie. to succe.sfully comple.e.two critical stage. in the.life.cycle.such as ge.mination and se.dling e.tablishme.t. In this pape. we.study in comparative.form structure.of the.se.d, the.importance.of te.ume.t in dormancy, the.e.fe.t of acce.e.ate. aging on se.d ge.mination and viability, and the.e.rly and late.growth in J. curcas and J. macrocarpa. e.te.nal morphology of the.se.ds allow diffe.e.ce.and inte.nally also the.e.bryos show e.ide.t diffe.e.ce.. J. macrocarpa ge.mination is around 0% - 4%. The.total re.oval of te.ume.t showe. a 50% incre.se.and the.othe. tre.tme.ts be.we.n 0% - 10%. Aging acce.e.ate. by Te.razolium te.t allowe. a comparative.analysis of VP and GP. J. curcas maintains both to 96 h, while.J. macrocarpa the.se.d viability is re.iste.e. along the.all tre.tme.t. The domestic cat has been used as a model to carry out comparative research in assisted reproduction, to be applied in wild cats. The efficiency in domestic cat IVM concerning the reproductive status and/or cultivation times has previously been investigated;however, the studies were carried out separately. The objective of this research was to evaluate the maturation of oocytes of domestic cats of different reproductive stages using two different in vitro culture times. The ovaries were obtained by Ooforo-Salpingo-Hysterectomy of cats that were of the following groups: 1) prepubertal, 2) follicular, 3) pregnant or 4) in anestrus. Maturation was carried out with TCM199 medium supplemented with BSA for 24 h and 48 h. On average, 29 ± 25, 20 ± 15, 17 ± 9 and 17 ± 13 oocytes/cat were recovered from the prepubertal follicular, pregnant, and anestrus stages, respectively, but did not show a significant difference (P > 0.05). Also, meiotic maturation did not show a significant difference between the different reproductive stages at 24 h and 48 h, respectively (P > 0.05). However, in the prepubertal and follicular stages, greater oocyte maturation numbers were observed at 48 h compared to 24 h (P result was not observed in the pregnant and anestrus stages (P > 0.05), indicating that the in vitro culture duration is an important factor during in vitro maturation of domestic cat oocytes.
