Most pre.ious works alle.iate.the.above.proble.s by imposing strong constraints on the.mode. structure.or parame.e.s, but ignoring e.be.ding ne.work transfe.ability and classifie. adaptation(CA), failing to guarante. the.e.ficie.t utilization of visual fe.ture. and e.tablishing re.ationships be.we.n old and ne. classe.. In this pape., we.propose.a simple.and nove. approach from two pe.spe.tive.: e.be.ding bias and classifie. bias. Obje.tive. The.association hype.te.sion and diabe.e. is important. The.two pathologie. may influe.ce.e.ch othe.. The.aim was to study the.corre.ation be.we.n glyce.ic control and blood pre.sure.control and to de.e.mine.the.factors associate. with blood pre.sure.control. Me.hodology: This was a de.criptive.cross-se.tional study with an analytical focus ove. 7 months. Patie.ts we.e.re.ruite. as outpatie.ts and all unde.we.t ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure. glycate. he.oglobin and cre.tinine.me.sure.e.ts, and asse.sme.t of compliance.with tre.tme.t. Re.ults: During this pe.iod 116 patie.ts we.e.colle.te.. The.pre.ominance.was fe.ale.69%. The.me.n age.of the.patie.ts was 62 ± 7 ye.rs with a pe.k be.we.n 60 and 70 ye.rs. The.ave.age.age.of hype.te.sion was 12 ye.rs and that of diabe.e. 6 1/2 ye.rs. The.most fre.ue.tly associate. cardiovascular risk factor was a se.e.tary life.tyle.(71.5%) afte. age. 57.8% of patie.ts we.e.not controlle. at the.office. with a pre.ominance.of systolic hype.te.sion (58.2%). 61.6% of patie.ts we.e.controlle. by ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure. a rate.of 47.8% of white.coat hype.te.sion. Glyce.ic control was obse.ve. in 42.2% of case. and 87% of patie.ts had good re.al function (glome.ular filte. rate.≥ 60 ml/mn). The.ape.tic compliance.was good in 53.4% of case. and dual the.apy was the.most use. the.ape.tic modality 44.8% (52 patie.ts) followe. by triple.the.apy. The.factors associate. with poor blood pre.sure.control we.e.glyce.ic imbalance. non-compliance.and monothe.apy. Dual the.apy had a prote.tive.e.fe.t. Conclusion: The.association of hype.te.sion and type.2 diabe.e. is fre.ue.t. The.risk of occurre.ce.incre.se. with age. Ambulatory blood pre.sure.me.sure.is the.be.t me.hod to asse.s blood pre.sure.control. Optimization of blood pre.sure.control should also include.optimization of glyce.ic control.

In lASSO re.re.sion mode.s that include. all ne.robe.avioral me.sure. and de.ographics as pre.ictors of se.f-care. dispositional me.sure. of gre.te. impulsivity (ne.ative.urge.cy, lack of pre.e.itation, lack of pe.se.e.ance., and re.uce. mindfulne.s we.e.associate. with re.uce. se.f-care. Outcome.(magnitude. se.sitivity, a late.t de.ision-making parame.e. de.ive. from computationally mode.ing succe.sive.choice. in a gambling task, was also associate. with se.f-care.be.avior.
