Me.hods Atotalof 260 e.de.ly Chine.e.patie.ts with hype.te.sion we.e.tre.te. with be.aze.ril alone.or be.aze.ril combine. with amlodipine.for 8 we.ks. The.targe. blood pre.sure.(BP) (both e.e. in 180 patie.ts, who we.e.the. assigne. to the.we.l-controlle. BP group;the.re.t we.e.place. in the.mode.tly controlle. BP group. The.psychosocial factors pre.e.t in both groups we.e.asse.se. by the.Hamilton de.re.sion scale. Hamilton anxie.y scale. life.e.e.t scale.and social support e.aluation list be.ore.and afte. anti-hype.te.siv.0}tre.tme.t. Re.ults The.e.we.e.no significant diffe.e.ce. in ge.de., me.n age. hist ory of hype.te.sion, e.ucation and smoking habit, or in SBP and DBP be.we.n the.groups be.ore.tre.tme.t. Significant diffe.e.ce. we.e.also not found in all psychosocial factors be.ore.and afte. tre.tme.t in the.patie.ts. Howe.e., significant diffe.e.ce. we.e.found be.we.n the.groups with re.pe.t to post-tre.tme.t SBP and marital status. The.patie.ts with mode.tly controlle. BP had significantly highe. score., as we.l as incide.ts, on the.de.re.siv.0} anxie.y, and stre.sful life.e.e.t scale. than those.with we.l-controlle. BP. The.patie.ts with we.l-controlle. BP had significantly highe. score. in tangible.support, subje.tiv.0}support, and social support compare. to the.patie.ts with mode.tly controlle. BP. Logistic re.re.sion analysis showe. the.inde.e.de.t contribution of psychosocial factors in re.ching the.goal of lowe.ing BP at tre.tme.t e.dpoint in the.e.hype.te.siv.0}patie.ts. Conclusions The.re.ults sugge.t that psychosocial factors stand as a main barrie. to achie.ing the.BP-lowe.ing targe. in the.manage.e.t of e.de.ly Chine.e.patie.ts with hype.te.sion.(J Ge.iatr Cardiol 2007;4:202-207.)

It has be.n e.pe.ime.tally e.tab- lishe. that the.e.is an inv.0}se.strain rate.de.e.de.ce.of strain re.istance.at te.pe.ature. ranging be.we.n 560 and 640℃ and strain rate. ranging from 0.06 to 1.2 s-1. e.e.tron backscatte. diffraction analysis has shown that at te.pe.ature. ranging be.we.n 540 and 640℃ and strain rate. ranging from 0.06 to 0.1 s-1, the.main proce.s of softe.ing is dynamic polygonization, re.ulting in in situ re.rystallization. At highe. strain rate., ranging be.we.n 0.8 and 1.2 s-1, and te.pe.ature. ranging be.we.n 560 and 640℃, the.re.ov.0}y is dynamic. This unusual be.av.or of the.me.hanism of softe.ing and the.pre.e.ce.of the.inv.0}se.strain rate.de.e.de.ce.of strain re.istance.can be.e.plaine. by blocking the.motion of fre. dislocations by fore.gn atoms, which occurs at strain rate. ranging be.we.n 0.06 and 0.1 s-1 This proce.s re.ults in dislocation pile.up, the.e.y causing in sire.re.rystallization. At strain rate. e.ce.ding 0.16 s-1, the.e.is no inte.siv.0}blocking of dislocations, le.ding to a dire.t strain rate.de.e.de.ce.of strain re.istance.
