The major limitation for the maturation of dendritic cells(DCs)using Toll-like receptor(TLR)agonists is their decreased ability to migrate into lymph nodes compared with conventional ***38 can be used as a multifunctional marker to modulate migration,survival and Th1 responses of ***74 has been shown to negatively regulate DC *** goal of this study was to investigate the combinations of TLR agonists and interferons(IFNs)that most effectively regulate CD38 and CD74 expression on *** TLR agonist stimulation in combination with IFN-a and IFN-c was the best method for regulating CD38 and CD74 expression and inducing the highest secretion of *** in vitro migration assay showed that DCs treated with this combination had significantly enhanced migratory ability,similar to that observed in cells expressing CD38,CD74 and *** results of this study suggest that an alternative maturation protocol in which two TLR ligands are combined with type I and II IFNs generates potent DCs that have both a high migratory capacity and high IL-12p70 production.

The representative collective digital signature,which was suggested by us,is built based on combining the advantages of group digital signature and collective digital *** collective digital signature schema helps to create a unique digital signature that deputizes a collective of people representing different groups of signers and may also include personal *** advantage of the proposed collective signature is that it can be built based on most of the well-known difficult problems such as the factor analysis,the discrete logarithm and finding modulo roots of large prime numbers and the current digital signature standards of the United States and Russian *** this paper,we use the discrete logarithmic problem on prime finite fields,which has been implemented in the GOST R34.10-1994 digital signature standard,to build the proposed collective signature *** protocols help to create collective signatures:Guaranteed internal integrity and fixed size,independent of the number of members involved in forming the *** signature built in this study,consisting of 3 components(U,R,S),stores the information of all relevant signers in the U components,thus tracking the signer and against the“disclaim of liability”of the signer later is *** idea of hiding the signer’s public key is also applied in the proposed *** makes it easy for the signing group representative to specify which members are authorized to participate in the signature creation process.

Importance:Nutritional status of infants,measured by birth weight and length,is an essential factor in neonatal *** in newborns may lead to a higher risk of mortality,neurological and cognitive impairment,and poor language ***:this study aims to assess the nutritional status of infants and related factors regarding maternal anthropometric characteristics and medical ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Vietnam from May 2021 to May 2022 on 340 infants and *** birth weight was defined following the Intergrowth-21 *** was evaluated using the Fenton growth chart when the length was below the 10%percentile line of the gestational *** regression models were applied to identify factors associated with the nutritional status of ***:We found that 12.4%and 14.1%of infants in our study fell into stunted and underweight categories,*** of mothers over 35 years old,having a height lower than 150 cm or experiencing anemia during pregnancy were more likely to be stunted or have low birth *** albumin deficiency during pregnancy was strongly associated with the infant being underweight(odds ratio[OR]=2.8,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.1–7.3).Newborns were more likely to be stunted if their mothers had a history of preterm birth(OR=3.3,95%CI 1.1–10.2).Interpretation:Maternal nutritional status is closely related to infant malnutrition,particularly in preterm *** the understanding of mothers regarding prenatal care,reproductive healthcare,adequate nutritional diet,and multi-micronutrient supplements during pregnancy is therefore important.

Metal organic framework(MOF)has been paid great attention as a potential candidate for various applications in the field of energy and environment,particularly in air *** various MOFs,MIL-101(Fe) represents an interesting material possessing many advantages,including the ease of fabrication,high porosity,high specific surface area with open metal sites,making it a promising material in the field of harmful gas *** these advantages,MIL-101(Fe) was synthesized by facile microwave-solvothermal method and applied as a photocatalyst for the degradation of *** de-NOxefficiency of the synthesized powder was evaluated with respect to various operating parameters including substrates,sample doses,light spectrum and light intensity,initial NO concentration,and relative *** results have shown that the efficiency of NOxphotocatalytic degradation reaches to 77%under solar irradiation via 0.1 g of MIL-101(Fe) with optimum condition of reaction,(alumina substrate,350 ppb of initial NO concentration,40–50%of relative humidity).Then this work provides the optimum condition for the efficient photocatalytic degradation of NOx.

Structural and luminescent properties of (Eu,Tb) PO_4·H_2O nanorods/nanowires prepared by microwave technique

Nanowires/nanorods of europium/terbium orthophosphate monohydrate with Eu^3＋ concentration of 6, 11, and 20 at.% were prepared by microwave synthesis method. The effects of Eu^3＋ doping concentration on structure, morphology and optical properties of nanomaterials were also investigated. The results showed that, for all studied Eu^3＋ doping concentrations, a single-crystalline phase of rhabdophane-type （Eu,Tb）PO4·H2O nanowires/nanorods was obtained by using microwave heating of an aqueous solution of terbium（Ⅲ） nitrate, europium（Ⅲ） nitrate and NH4H2PO4 with pH=2. The length and width of these nanowires/nanorods ranged from 150 to 300 nm and from 10 to 50 nm, respectively. The evidence of energy transfer from Tb^3＋ to Eu^3＋ due to the energy overlap between the donor Tb^3＋ and the acceptor Eu^3＋was observed obviously via a significant enhancement in the luminescent intensity of Eu^3＋. The representative collective digital signature scheme allows the creation of a unique collective signature on document M that represents an entire signing community consisting of many individual signers and many different signing groups,each signing group is represented by a group *** document M,a collective signature can be created using the representative digital signature scheme that represents an entire community consisting of individual signers and signing groups,each of which is represented by a group *** characteristic of this type of letter is that it consists of three elements(U,E,S),one of which(U)is used to store the information of all the signers who participated in the formation of the collective signature on document *** storing this information is necessary to identify the signer and resolve disputes later,it greatly increases the size of *** is considered a limitation of the collective signature representing 3 *** this paper,we propose and build a new type of collective signature,a collective signature representing 2 elements(E,S).In this case,the signature has been reduced in size,but it contains all the information needed to identify the signer and resolve disputes if *** construct the approved group signature scheme,which is the basic scheme for the proposed representative collective signature schemes,we use the discrete logarithm problem on the prime finite *** the end of this paper,we present the security analysis of the AGDS scheme and a performance evaluation of the proposed collective signature schemes.

Counter-Wind Deep Current in the Northern Beibu Gulf in Boreal Winter

The Beibu Gulf is at an important geographical location and rich in gas, oil and biological resources. The observed currents showed that the current in the upper layer was opposite to that in the lower layer in boreal winter in the northern Beibu Gulf and it was northeastward in the lower layer. this northeastward current was reproduced by a 3 D baroclinic model in this study. It's found that the counter-wind deep current(referred to as ‘CWDC' hereinafter) strengthened from September to November but weakened from December to the following February. A closed meridional circulation in vertical direction was found in the northern Beibu Gulf, including CWDC, surface southwestward current, an upwelling, and a downwelling. The temporal variation process of the meridional circulation was similar to that of CWDC, with strength and range stronger in November and December than in other four months. Similar to the variation process of CWDC, the monsoon wind changed from weak easterly wind in September to strong northeasterly wind in November and December, and it was transformed into weak southeasterly wind in February again. The sensitive experiments showed that CWDC and the meridional circulation were controlled by the monsoon wind and were adjusted by heat flux-and tide-induced mixing, respectively. According to the momentum balance equation, it can be revealed the counter-wind deep current is a compensation current which is induced by the surface elevation gradient balanced by the Coriolis force, vertical diffusion and baroclinic pressure gradient.

White mulberry Morus alba and jackfruit Artocarpus heterophyllus are two of seven chosen Vietnamese folk plants which showed the highest tyrosinase inhibition activity. Besides, both of them showed antioxidant and antibacterial activities. Especially, the Sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay test result of the root core extract of M. alba figured out its non-toxicity on foreskin fibroblasts.
