近年来,世界各地汽车企业已建成许多汽车风洞,并在不久的将来会有更多汽车风洞的规划与建设。在风洞规划设计阶段确定的许多功能与参数决定了其整个运行生命周期,并影响建设和运行成本。本文研究通过适当选择3/4开口风洞的试验段几何尺寸,可以使早期的传统风洞中因有限截面发生的流动干扰在很大程度上得到补偿或减少到可忽略不计的程度。研究表明:对于具有不同堵塞度的各种车辆,流动干扰误差出乎意料地可以忽略,因此不需要对试验数据进行修正,这使得汽车风洞试验形成“自由”气流条件;试验阶段的初步尺寸可以比如今常见的情况小很多,也不影响测量结果的准确度,这带来了更低的建设成本,也降低了风洞系统运行的能源需求;自由射流的不稳定性必须被考虑,且射流长度不应该超过某个上限。

The consumption of imported dairy products is high especially in developing countries including Nigeria where little or no milk is produced locally which makes the products expensive,out of reach to common consumers and also inconvenient for lactose intolerance and ***,as plant-based milk was substituted for cow’s milk in parts and in whole.f.r the production of yoghurt and the e.f.ct of substitution was evaluated on the minerals,vitamins,microbial,and sensory properties of the products using the established *** differences(pexits among the yoghurt samples in the micronutrient *** soymilk substitution produced yoghurts with trace/macro mineral contents’range of 0.14–28.50 mg/100 g and vitamin contents(ranged 0.02–0.43 mg/100 g)that were of comparable range of values with the yoghurt made with 100%cow’s milk(0.21–29.60 mg/100 g minerals and 0.05–0.58 mg/100 g vitamins).Generally,no significant difference(perved in most of the sensory attributes evaluated(range 8.00–8.01)in the entire samples(except in the 100%soymilk yoghurt).The microbial analysis proved the safety of the entire products for *** showed the positive e.f.ct of substituting soymilk for cow’s milk at all the levels used,thus,the lactose intolerance and vegans can find alternative to dairy yoghurt in the 100%soymilk substitution and enjoy the.f.nctional health benefits of ***,the total dependence on importation of dairy milk and cost of production of composited milk yoghurt could be reduced to improve the nation’s economy and make the product economically accessible to common man.

The gamma-ray mass attenuation coe.f.cients of blood,bone,lung,eye lens,adipose,tissue,muscle,brain and skin were calculated at different energies(60,80,150,400,500,600,1000,1250,1500,and 2000 keV) by various theoretical methods such as fLUKA,GeANT4 Monte Carlo(MC) methods and XCOM program in this *** coe.f.cients were also compared with the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) *** results were highly in accordance with each other and NIST *** results showed that fLUKA was quite convenient in comparison to GeANT4 in the calculation of the mass attenuation coe.f.cients of the used human body samples for low-energy photons(60,80,and 150 keV) when compared with the NIST values.

Background:We examined the associations of cardiorespiratory fitness(CRf) and white blood cell count(WBC) with mortality ***: A total of 52,056 apparently healthy adults completed a comprehensive health examination,including a maximal treadmill test and blood chemistry *** was categorized as high,moderate,or low by age and sex;WBC was categorized as sex-specific ***:During 17.8± 9.5 years(mean± SD) of follow-up,a total of 4088 deaths *** regressed jointly,significantly decreased allcause mortality across CRf categories was observed within each quartile of WBC in *** WBC Quartile 1,all-cause mortality hazard ratios(HRs) with a 95% confidence interval(95%CI) were 1.0(referent),1.29(95%CI:1.06-1.57),and 2.03(95%CI:1.42-2.92) for high,moderate,and low CRf categories,respectively(p for trend ends were observed in the remaining 3 *** the exception of cardiovascular disease(CVD) mortality within Quartile 1(p for trend=0.743),there were also similar trends across CRf categories within WBC quartiles in men for both CVD and cancer mortality(p for trend for all).for women,there were no significant trends across CRf categories for mortality outcomes within Quartiles ***,we observed significantly decreased all-cause mortality across CRf categories within WBC Quartile 4(HR=1.05(95%CI:0.76-1.44),HR=1.63(95%CI:1.20-2.21),and HR=1.87(95%CI:1.29-2.69) for high,moderate,and low CRf,respectively(p for trend=0.002)).Similar trends in women were observed for CVD and cancer mortality within WBC Quartile 4 ***:There are strong joint associations between CRf,WBC,and all-cause,CVD,and cancer mortality in men;these associations are less consistent in women.

Pulsating stars occupy a significant place in the H-R diagram and it was thought that all stars inside the classical instability strip should pulsate. However, recent studies showed that there are many non-pulsating stars located inside the classical instability strip. The existence of these non-pulsating stars is still a mystery. To deeply understand the properties of these non-pulsating and pulsating stars, one needs precise.f.ndamental stellar parameters(e.g. mass).for this purpose, the eclipsing binaries are unique systems. Hence, in this study, we present the TeSS data analysis of one candidate pulsating eclipsing binary system, V948 Her. TeSS data were used for the binary modeling with the literature radial velocity measurements, and the precise.f.ndamental parameters of the system were obtained. The system’s age was derived as 1 ± 0.24 Gyr. The positions of the binary components in the H-R diagram were examined and the primary component was found inside the δ Scuti instability strip. However, in the.f.equency analysis of TeSS data, we.f.und no significant pulsation frequencies. Only the harmonics of the orbital periods were obtained in the analysis. Therefore, the system was classified as a non-pulsator. V948 Her is an important object to understand the nature of non-pulsating stars inside the δ Scuti instability strip.
