This study aims to investigate the effects of variable thread pitch on stress distribution in bones of different bone qualities under two different loading conditions(Vertical,and Horizontal)for a Zirconia dental *** this purpose,a three dimensional finite element model of the mandibular premolar section and three single threaded implants of 0.8 mm,1.6 mm,2.4 mm pitch was *** element analysis software was used to develop the model and three different bone qualities(Type II,Type III,and Type IV)were prepared.A vertical load of 200 N,and a horizontal load of 100 N was applied at the abutment *** von-Mises stress criterion was used to analyze the *** crestal bony-region of the mandibular section was subjected to maximum von-Mises stresses for all bone *** outcome of this study indicates that,horizontal loading had more influence on stress distribution than vertical loading,regardless of the bone qualities and pitch *** the dental implant pitch does not cause any decrease in stress distribution in bone,when the bone density *** study concluded that implants with minimum pitch values induced lesser stress values at the implant-bone interface.

Design of Deep Reinforcement Learning Controller Through Data-assisted Model for Robotic Fish Speed Tracking

It is common for robotic fish to generate thrust using reactive force generated by the tail’s physical motion, which interacts with the surrounding fluid. The coupling effect of the body strongly correlates with this thrust. However, hydrodynamics cannot be wholly modeled in analytical form. Therefore, data-assisted modeling is necessary for robotic fish. This work presents the first method of its kind using Genetic Algorithm (GA)-based optimization methods for data-assistive modeling for robotic fish applications. To begin, experimental data are collected in real time with the robotic fish that has been designed and fabricated using 3D printing. Then, the model’s influential parameters are estimated using an optimization problem. Further, a model-based deep reinforcement learning (DRL) controller is proposed to track the desired speed through extensive simulation work. In addition to a deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), a twin delayed DDPG (TD3) is employed in the training of the RL agent. Unfortunately, due to its local optimization problem, the RL-DDPG controller failed to perform well during training. In contrast, the RL-TD3 controller effectively learns the control policies and overcomes the local optima problem. As a final step, controller performance is evaluated under different disturbance conditions. In contrast to DDPG and GA-tuned proportional-integral controllers, the proposed model with RL-TD3 controller significantly improves the performance.

The aqueous extract of Phellodendron amurense Rupr. （Amur Cork Tree） provides a rich source of antioxidants and chemical compounds, and can be used for food and wood preservative materials. In this study, we characterized the chemical composition of this extract by GC and GC/MS. The antioxidant capacity was evaluated using a variety of antioxidant assays （superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical, nitric oxide radical, and DPPH radical scavenging activity）. Additionally, total polyphenolic content was determined. Phenolic acids and acetone derivatives were major compounds of the extract capable of scavenging the DPPH free radical and reducing ferric ions. DPPH and ferric ion reduction results were strongly correlated with total phenolic content of the extract which also exhibited strong nitric oxide, hydroxyl radical scavenging and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities.

Multi-Area Multi-Fuel Economic Dispatch (MAMFED) aims to allocate the best generation schedule in each area and to offer the best power transfers between different areas by minimizing the objective functions among the available fuel alternatives for each unit while satisfying various constraints in power systems. In this paper, a Fuzzified Squirrel Search Algorithm (FSSA) algorithm is proposed to solve the single-area multi-fuel economic dispatch (SAMFED) and MAMFED problems. Squirrel Search Algorithm (SSA) mimics the foraging behavior of squirrels based on the dynamic jumping and gliding strategies. In the SSA approach, predator presence behavior and a seasonal monitoring condition are employed to increase the search ability of the algorithm, and to balance the exploitation and exploration. The suggested approach considers the line losses, valve point loading impacts, multi-fuel alternatives, and tie-line limits of the power system. Because of the contradicting nature of fuel cost and pollutant emission objectives, weighted sum approach and price penalty factor are used to transfer the bi-objective function into a single objective function. Furthermore, a fuzzy decision strategy is introduced to find one of the Pareto optimal fronts as the best compromised solution. The feasibility of the FSSA is tested on a three-area test system for both the SAMFED and MAMFED problems. The results of FSSA approach are compared with other heuristic approaches in the literature. Multi-objective performance indicators such as generational distance, spacing metric and ratio of non-dominated individuals are evaluated to validate the effectiveness of FSSA. The results divulge that the FSSA is a promising approach to solve the SAMFED and MAMFED problems while providing a better compromise solution in comparison with other heuristic approaches.

A semi-flexible binder-free graphitic carbon nitride(g-CN) intercalated polypyrrole(PPy) nanocomposite thin film was prepared via hybrid electrospray technique. A homogeneous thin film was achieved by the controlled spray process. A deposited thin film illustrated the amorphous nature of composite with high surface purity and good chemical composition. The surface analysis confirmed the smoother surface with well-defined distinct phases of g-CNand PPy matrix in the composite thin film. The electrochemical studies exhibited that a maximum areal capacity of the thin film was achieved to be 289.6 mF/cm~2 at a current density of 0.4 mA/cm~2,which is higher than that of pristine PPy(194.8 mF/cm~2). The heterostructure electrode illustrated that the life cycles of 99% could be up to 10,000 cycles with low resistance due to the synergetic effect of g-CNand PPy matrix with strong material adhesion(hybrid spray process) on the surface. A binder-free heterostructure thin film will play a significant role in the energy storage application.

Objective： To identify the free radical scavenging activity of ethanolic extract of Evolvulus alsinoides. Methods： The free radical scavenging activity was evaluated by in vitro methods like reducing power assay, total antioxidant activity, 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） reduction, superoxide radical scavenging activity, 2,2＇-azinobis-（3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid）（ABTS＊） scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging assay, and nitric oxide radical scavenging assay, which were studied by using ascorbic acid as standard. Results： The extract showed significant activities in all antioxidant assays compared with the reference antioxidant ascorbic acid. The total antioxidant activity as well as the reducing power was also found to increase in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： Evolvulus alsinoides may act as a chemopreventive agent, providing antioxidant properties and offering effective protection from free radicals.
