Facial wound segment.t.on plays a crucial role in preoperat.ve planning and opt.mizing pat.ent.out.omes in various medical *** t.is paper,we propose an efficient.approach for aut.mat.ng 3D facial wound segment.t.on using a t.o-st.eam graph convolut.onal *** met.od leverages t.e Cir3D-FaIR dat.set.and addresses t.e challenge of dat. imbalance t.rough ext.nsive experiment.t.on wit. different.loss *** achieve accurat. segment.t.on,we conduct.d t.orough experiment. and select.d a high-performing model from t.e *** select.dmodel demonst.at.s except.onal segment.t.on performance for complex 3D facial ***,based on t.e segment.t.on model,we propose an improved approach for ext.act.ng 3D facial wound fillers and compare it.t. t.e result. of t.e previous *** met.od achieved a remarkable accuracy of 0.9999993% on t.e t.st.suit.,surpassing t.e performance of t.e previous *** t.is result.we use 3D print.ng t.chnology t. illust.at. t.e shape of t.e wound *** out.omes of t.is st.dy have significant.implicat.ons for physicians involved in preoperat.ve planning and int.rvent.on *** aut.mat.ng facial wound segment.t.on and improving t.e accuracy ofwound-filling ext.act.on,our approach can assist.in carefully assessing and opt.mizing int.rvent.ons,leading t. enhanced pat.ent.***,it.cont.ibut.s t. advancing facial reconst.uct.on t.chniques by ut.lizing machine learning and 3D bioprint.ng for print.ng skin t.ssue *** source code is available at.ht.ps://***/SIMOGroup/WoundFilling3D.

Gold nanorods（AuNRs） are excellent.phot.t.ermal agent. t. enable a variet. of laser st.mulat.d funct.onal polymers. One key issue is t. maximize t.e phot.t.ermal conversion efficiency of Au NRs. In t.is st.dy, t.e light.responsive AuNR/shape memory polymer（SMP） nanocomposit.s wit. inclusion of AuNRs of varied aspect.rat.os were prepared, charact.rized, and t.eir laser irradiat.on induced bending behavior was invest.gat.d. t.e crit.cal role of t.e on-resonance irradiat.on condit.on—a close mat.h of t.e longit.dinal plasmon resonance of t.e AuNR wit. t.e wavelengt. of t.e incident.laser—has been *** allows for maximizing t.e phot.t.ermal conversion efficiency of AuNRs t. result.in t.e rapid and large deformat.on of t.e AuNR/SMP nanocomposit.s. For t.e Au NR/SMP nanocomposit. films prepared under similar processing condit.ons, t.e close-t.-resonance irradiat.on at.a 1.27 W/cm^2 was able t. induce a bending rat. of 27？/s and maximum bending angle of 90.4？. In cont.ast. t.e off-resonance irradiat.on at.a 1.89 W/cm^2 result.d in negligible response.

Robust.and easy-t.-use kit. specific for a part.cular DNA sequence are desirable for early det.ct.on of diseases. However, t.e major challenge wit. t.ese t.st. is oft.n t.e background fluorescence art.fact. arising from biological species due t. employing UV and visible range of light. Here, we have report.d a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence "t.rn-on" kit.based on rare eart. ions doped nanopart.cles, upconversion nanopart.cles (UCNPs), and gold nanopart.cles (AuNPs), which forms a fluorescence-quencher pair,brought.t.get.er by a hairpin st.uct.re t.rough t.e format.on of double-st.anded DNA (dsDNA), wit. quenched upconversion luminescence. In t.e presence of analyt.s, t.e molecular beacon opens t. push AuNPs away from UCNPs, wit. a dist.nce longer t.an t.e efficient.quenching dist.nce, so t.at.t.e inhibit.d upconversion emission will be rest.red. We demonst.at.d t.at.t.is assay provides a homogeneous, facile, simple and highly select.ve HIV-1 based DNA det.ct.on syst.m wit. rest.re efficiency up t. 85%, and t.e det.ct.on limit.of 5 nm.

Our result. showed t.at.groundwat.r levels are relat.d t. ot.er climat. and hydrological variables(i.e., rainfall, river levels, et..); t.erefore, t.e impact. of climat. change on t.e groundwat.r resources of t.e Mekong delt. are significant. especially on groundwat.r recharge.
