Nickel-based superalloys and near-equiatomic high-entropy alloys containing molybdenum are known for higher temperature strength and corrosion ***,complex solid-solution alloys offer a huge design space to tune for optimal properties at slightly reduced *** refractory Mo-W-Ta-Ti-Zr,we showcase KKR electronic structure methods via the coherent-potential approximation to identify alloys over five-dimensional design space with improved mechanical properties and necessary global(formation enthalpy)and local(short-range order)*** is modeled with classical molecular dynamic simulations,validated from our first-principle *** predict complex solid-solution alloys of improved stability with greatly enhanced modulus of elasticity(3×at 300 K)over near-equiatomic cases,as validated experimentally,and with higher moduli above 500 K over commercial alloys(2.3×at 2000 K).We also show that optimal complex solid-solution alloys are not described well by classical potentials due to critical electronic effects.

The attractiveness of flying several SAR （synthetic aperture radar） satellites in a semi-active configuration has been proposed by several studies. The closest implementation of such a mission scenario is exemplified by the current Terra SAR-X and Tandem-X mission, where both spacecraft are identical monostatic platforms capable of operating in various modes. The bistatic operation mode of the Tandem-X mission is a basic form of the semi-active multi-static operation mode where one satellite serves as a transmitter while the other records the scattered signals simultaneously. The use of a typical monostatic SAR spacecraft operating in-tandem with several receiver only spacecraft is a semi-active mode of operation. This paper examines the capabilities of implementing a constellation of S-band spaceborne SAR platform for alongtrack interferometry over the equatorial region for velocity measurement with particular focus on ship detection. The orbit for the mission is an inclined circular low Earth orbit, which ensures high revisit time, quick coverage and high data throughput. The pendulum configuration is adopted to maintain the relative distance between successive SAR platforms. The conditions and constraints necessary to achieve the orbit geometry required to conduct alongtrack interferometry are defined. The alongtrack separation between platforms necessary to measure specified ship velocity is also discussed. Finally an error budget estimate of the measure radial velocity is provided.

BACKGROUND Atrophic gastritis is characterized by loss of appropriate glands and reduction in gastric secretory function due to chronic inflammatory processes in gastric mucosa. Moreover, atrophic gastritis is considered as a precancerous condition of gastric cancer. However, little is known about the molecular mechanism underlying gastric mucosal atrophy and its contribution to gastric ***, we hypothesized that transcription factor NKX6.3 might be involved in maintaining gastric epithelial homeostasis by regulating amyloid β(Aβ)*** To determine whether NKX6.3 might protect against gastric mucosal atrophy by regulating Aβ *** We identified NKX6.3 depletion induced cell death by cell count and Western blot assay. Production and mechanism of Aβ oligomer were analyzed by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, real-timequantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescence analysis. We further validated the correlation between expression of NKX6.3, Helicobacter pylori CagA, Aβ oligomer, apolipoprotein E(ApoE), and β-secretase 1(Bace1) in 55 gastric *** NKX6.3 depletion increased both adherent and floating cell populations in HFE-145 cells. Expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,-9, and poly ADP ribose polymerase were elevated in floating HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. NKX6.3 depletion produced Aβ peptide oligomers, and increased expression of ApoE, amyloid precursor protein, Aβ, Bace1, low-density lipoprotein receptor, nicastrin, high mobility group box1, and receptor for advanced glycosylation end product proteins. In immunoprecipitation assay, γ-secretase complex was stably formed only in HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. In gastric mucosae with atrophy, expression of Aβpeptide oligomer, ApoE, and Bace1 was detected and inversely correlated with NKX6.3 expression. Treatment with recombinant Aβ 1-42 produced Aβoligomeric forms and decreased cell viability in HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. Addition
