In non-small cell lung cancers,the non-squamous and squamous subtypes（nsqNSCLC and sqNSCLC） exhibit disparities in pathophysiology,tumor immunology,and potential genomic correlates affecting responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor（ICI）-based *** our inhouse training cohort（n=85）,the presence of the LRP1B deleterious mutation（LRP1B-del） was associated with longer and shorter progression-free survival（PFS） on ICIs alone in nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs,respectively(Pinteraction=0.008).These results were validated using a larger public ICI cohort(n=208,Pinteraction<0.001).Multiplex immunofluorescence staining revealed an association between LRP1B-del and increased and decreased numbers of tumor-infiltrating CD8+T cells in nsqNSCLCs（P=0.040） and sqNSCLCs（P=0.014）,*** the POPLAR/OAK cohort,nsqNSCLCs with LRP1B-del demonstrated improved PFS benefits from atezolizumab over docetaxel(hazard ratio（HR）=0.70,P=0.046),whereas this benefit was negligible in those without LRP1B-del（HR=1.05,P=0.64）.Conversely,sqNSCLCs without LRP1B-del benefited more from atezolizumab（HR=0.60,P=0.002） than those with LRP1B-del（HR=1.30,P=0.31）.Consistent results were observed in the in-house CHOICE-01 cohort,in which nsqNSCLCs with LRP1B-del and sqNSCLCs without LRP1B-del benefited more from toripalimab plus chemotherapy than from chemotherapy alone(Pinteraction=0.008).This multi-cohort study delineates the antithetical impacts of LRP1B-del in nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs on predicting the benefits from ICI alone or with chemotherapy over chemotherapy *** findings highlight the distinct clinical utility of LRP1B-del in guiding treatment choices for nsqNSCLCs and sqNSCLCs,emphasizing the necessity for a detailed analysis based on pathological subtypes when investigating biomarkers for cancer therapeutics.

Molecular materials showing synergetic coupling of near-infrared （NIR） fluorescence and spin-crossover （SCO） are promisingly applicable in in-vivo bioimaging,temperature sensing,and spintronic *** the related study faces formidable *** this work we graft the NIR fluorophore xanthene onto the dipyridyl substituted triazole ligand and construct a new Febased SCO material,{FeⅡ（ddxc-abpt）2[N（CN）2]2}(1,ddxc-abpt:（E）-4-(((3,5-di（pyridin-2-yl）-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)imino)methyl)-N,N-diethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-xanthen-6-amine).Magnetic studies indicate that compound 1 exhibits thermally induced SCO property in both the solid and solution ***-temperature fluorescence emission spectra reveal a remarkable 7-fold increase in photoluminescence intensity upon the transition from the low-spin state at 110 K to the high-spin state at 280 K,which is the record of all reported coupled fluorescence-SCO ***-temperature ultraviolet-visible （UV-Vis）absorption spectra show a significant change in absorption intensity within the fluorescence emission window,consistent with the F?rster resonance energy transfer （FRET） ***-dependent density functional theory （TD-DFT） calculations demonstrate that the strong coupling is attributed to disrupted energy transfer between the xanthene fluorophore and high-spin *** work provides a feasible approach for expanding the synergetic SCO-fluorescence materials to the NIR-Iwavelength region,and hopefully contributes to the applications of tunable NIR-SCO molecule-based sensors and devices.

Respiratory rate monitoring is of great significance in pig healthy breeding for the early detection and timely prevention of respiratory diseases. Humidity sensing is an important noncontact method to monitor pig respiration, which does not cause direct harm to pigs and meets the requirements of animal welfare. This paper proposes a humidity sensor based on graphene oxide wrapped-silica microspheres （GO@SiO2）. First, the sensor shows fast response/recovery performances of0.24/0.73 s. Experiments demonstrate that the wrapped microsphere structure can inhibit water aggregation. It is speculated that the wrapped microsphere structure can inhibit the stacking of GO, and its curved surface can promote the evaporation of water molecules. Second, the sensor shows a high sensitivity of 1.2%/%RH–4.2%/%RH in 11%–95%RH range. This can be attributed to different sensing mechanisms, from hopping transport to increasing ion transport, leading to a significant change in the sensor’s resistance. Third, the sensor shows selectivity to water molecules due to the hydrophilic characteristic of GO and the significant increase in conductivity by ion transport. Finally, the sensor is applied to realize the respiratory rate monitoring of adult pigs and piglets.

Deployable mechanisms with light weight and high storage ratio have received considerable attention for space applications. To meet the requirements of space missions, a parabolic cylindrical deployable antenna based on cable-rib tension structures is proposed and verified by a physical prototype. The parabolic cylindrical antenna adopts simple parallel four-bar mechanisms to construct the basic deployable unit, and the cylindrical direction dimension can be easily extended by modularization, which has obvious advantages in storage ratio and area density. Considering the complexity of the entire antenna structure design, including cable networks and flexible trusses, the form-finding design optimization model of a parabolic cylindrical antenna is established using the force density sensitivity method, and then the kinematics analysis of the deployable mechanism is carried out. Finally, a single-module prototype with a deployable diameter of 4 m × 2 m was designed and fabricated. The results of the ground deployment process test and surface accuracy measurements show that the antenna has good feasibility and practicability.

Immobilizing highly dispersed Au nanoparticles onto titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) by a simple impregnation method under light is still a challenging *** this work,a high photostable Au precursor protected by thiol ligands was firstly synthesized,and the as-prepared Au precursor displayed excellent stability under light for over 30 days,while the Au precursor without thiol ligands formed precipitates after just 2 h under ***,the Au precursor protected by thiol ligands was immobilized on the external surface of uncalcined TS-1 (i.e.,TS-1-B) by the incipient wetness impregnation method (IWI method) to prepare Au/TS-1-B *** activity of as-prepared Au/TS-1-B catalyst in the hydro-oxidation of propane to acetone was 1.4 times higher than that of the catalyst prepared by the deposition-precipitation urea method (DPU method).The structures of the Au/TS-1-B catalysts prepared by different methods were analyzed by multiple *** to the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the DPU method,the Au/TS-1-B catalyst synthesized by the IWI method exhibited a narrower size distribution of Au nanoparticles and had more small Au particles (<2 nm),which is the main reason for its superior ***,the effects of gold loadings,reaction temperature and Si/Ti molar ratio on the catalytic performance of the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the IWI method were also *** addition,the Au/TS-1-B catalyst prepared by the IWI method also exhibited excellent stability for over 140 h.

In order to avoid serious safety accidents caused by closed fire zone,based on the continuous monitoring of atmospheric pressure at different monitoring points in multiple mines,the atmospheric pressure fluctuation model and the air leakage model were established and *** change law with time of oxygen concentration and gas concentration in the fire zone were obtained due to atmospheric disturbances under the influence of different pressure difference,volume and size of fire area,wind resistance,gas emission,sealing moments,*** as to evaluate the explosion risk of a closed fire *** showed that the mine atmosphere fluctuates with the atmosphere of ground,and the pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the enclosed fire zone is affected by the periodic fluctuation of atmosphere,which has about 16-h cosine fluctuation and approximate 8-h fixed *** with the fire zone with poor sealing quality,good sealing fire zone has better resistance to atmospheric *** reduction of oxygen concentration in the inner side of a well-sealed fire zone mainly depends on the dilution of methane,which is more likely to accumulate and rise *** the fire zone with poor sealing quality is easy to be *** inner oxygen concentration and gas concentration are easily affected by the absolute gas emission and the air leakage in the fire *** zone with small wind resistance and small volume is especially *** the initial stage of the closed fire zone it's very possible to happen *** time duration of explosion danger varies under different conditions,and the atmospheric disturbance may lead to repeated explosions in some ***'s suggested to take some methods to avoid explosions according to the real-time situation,closure time,oxygen concentration and gas concentration of fire zone.

Propylene epoxidation by H_(2)and O_(2)to propylene oxide(PO)over the Au-Ti bifunctional catalysts,as an ideal reaction for PO production,has attracted great *** the mechanism of acrolein formation is of great importance for understanding the mechanism of molecular oxygen activation and the formation of hydroperoxo species on the Au ***,we investigate the reaction mechanism of propylene oxidation to acrolein on the Au/uncalcined TS-1(Au/TS-1-B)catalyst through a combination of multiple characterization,H_(2)/D_(2)exchange,kinetics experiment,and *** Ti sites are found to be non-essential to acrolein ***,the acrolein formation on the Au/TS-1-B catalyst is confirmed to be promoted by H_(2)through hydroperoxo species formation,which includes two main steps:propylene dehydrogenation to*C_(3)H_(5)with the aid of*OOH species,and*C_(3)H_(5)oxidation by*OOH to *** latter step is determined to be the rate-determining step because the corresponding kinetics model gives the best description for experimental *** work not only provides kinetics insights for the propylene hydro-oxidation to acrolein on the Au-Ti bifunctional catalysts,but also facilitates the rational design of Au catalysts with high activity and selectivity in the direct propylene epoxidation with H_(2)and O_(2).
