Opportunity to harmonize aspects of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)performance and structure,and morphology,as well as composition,is urgent for the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel ***,we demonstrate the design and synthesis of a functionalized-supported-Pt catalyst(Pt@HNC)featuring a hollow nitrogen-modified dodecahedral carbon substrate obtained by a stress-induced-shrink tailoring *** as-obtained Pt@HNC catalyst possesses enhanced ORR per-formance,in particular with half-wave potential,mass activity(MA)and specific activity,which greatly exceed the commercial Pt/*** density functional theory(DFT)calculations further confirmed that the charge redistribution induced by the electronegativity differences improved the electron interaction between Pt and HNC *** optimized electronic structure of Pt weakens the reaction energy barrier on the Pt@HNC surface and adsorption of^(*)OH species,thus cooperatively improving the intrinsic activity toward ***,our work indeed provides a guide for the future design of functional nanomaterials in the field of catalysts and clean energy.

Winter extreme precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau influenced by Arctic sea ice on interdecadal timescale

The Tibetan Plateau(TP)and the Arctic are the most sensitive regions to global climate ***,the interdecadal varibility of winter extreme precipitation over the TP and its linkage with Arctic sea ice are still *** this study,the characteristics and mechisnems of the TP extreme precipitation(TPEP)influenced by Arctic sea ice on interdecadal timescale are studied based on the daily precipitation,monthly sea ice concentration and ERA5 reanalysis data from 1980 to *** found that the dominant mode of the TPEP in winter mostly exhibits a uniform spatial variation on the interdecadal timescale,with an opposite weak variation in the southeastern TP,and the Arctic sea ice concentration(SIC)before 2002 are larger than that after *** interdecadal variation of TPEP is affected by two teleconnection wave trains regulated by the Barents and Kara Sea *** the light ice years,a remarkable positive geopotential height(HGT)anomaly appears over the Barents-Kara Sea and a remarkable negative HGT anomaly is located over the Lake *** wave trains originating over the Barents-Kara Sea can be *** southern branch forms a wave train through the North Atlantic along the subtropical westerly jet stream,showing a‘+-+-+'pattern of HGT anomalies from Arctic to the *** HGT anomaly controls the western TP,which creates dynamic and water vapor conditions for the *** northern branch forms a wave train through the Lake Baikal and the southeast of the TP,showing a‘+-+'HGT anomaly *** HGT anomaly controls the southeastern TP,which is not conducive to precipitation in the *** the SIC in the Barents-Kara Sea increases,the situation is *** above analysis also reveals the reason for the difference in the east-west distribution of the TPEP.

Dielectric and energy storage properties of PbO–SrO–Nb_(2)O_(5)–Na_(2)O–Si thin films by annealing

Dielectric and energy storage properties of PbOSrO-Na_(2)O-Nb_(2)O_(5)-SiO_(2)(PSNNS) thin films with annealing temperature from 700 to 850 ℃ were investigated by measuring their capacitance-electric filed curve and hysteresis *** results show that the highest dielectric constant and energy density are 81.2 and 17.0 J·cm^(-3),respectively,which is obtained in the sample with annealing temperature of 800 ℃.Annealed from 700 to800 ℃,the dielectric constant and energy storage performance of PSNNS films are continuously ***,with annealing temperature up to 850 ℃,their dielectric constant decreases,which might be related with the removal of interfacial defects as a function of annealing *** is one of the causes of space charge phenomenon,resulting in the increase in dielectric ***,the micro structure analysis by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) indicates that the change of crystallization phase and interfacial polarization takes responsibility to the results.

Oilfield analogy and productivity prediction based on machine learning: Field cases in PL oilfield, China

In the early time of oilfield development, insufficient production data and unclear understanding of oil production presented a challenge to reservoir engineers in devising effective development plans. To address this challenge, this study proposes a method using data mining technology to search for similar oil fields and predict well productivity. A query system of 135 analogy parameters is established based on geological and reservoir engineering research, and the weight values of these parameters are calculated using a data algorithm to establish an analogy system. The fuzzy matter-element algorithm is then used to calculate the similarity between oil fields, with fields having similarity greater than 70% identified as similar oil fields. Using similar oil fields as sample data, 8 important factors affecting well productivity are identified using the Pearson coefficient and mean decrease impurity（MDI） method. To establish productivity prediction models, linear regression（LR）, random forest regression（RF）, support vector regression（SVR）, backpropagation（BP）, extreme gradient boosting（XGBoost）, and light gradient boosting machine（Light GBM） algorithms are used. Their performance is evaluated using the coefficient of determination（R2）, explained variance score（EV）, mean squared error（MSE）, and mean absolute error（MAE） metrics. The Light GBM model is selected to predict the productivity of 30 wells in the PL field with an average error of only 6.31%, which significantly improves the accuracy of the productivity prediction and meets the application requirements in the field. Finally, a software platform integrating data query,oil field analogy, productivity prediction, and knowledge base is established to identify patterns in massive reservoir development data and provide valuable technical references for new reservoir development.

With the increasing demand for energy conservation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of control,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.

TIP60 acetylation of Bub1 regulates centromeric H2AT120 phosphorylation for faithful chromosome segregation

Proper function of the centromeres ensures correct attachment of kinetochores to spindle microtubules and faithful chromosome segregation in *** in the integrity and function of centromeres can result in chromosome missegregation and genomic ***1 is essential for the mitotic centromere dynamics,yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely ***,we demonstrate that TIP60 acetylates Bub1 at K424 and K431 on kinetochores in early *** acetylation increases the kinase activity of Bub1 to phosphorylate centromeric histone H2A at T120(H2Ap T120),which recruits Aurora B and Shugoshin 1(Sgo1)to regulate centromere integrity,protect centromeric cohesion,and ensure the subsequent faithful chromosome *** of the nonacetylated Bub1 mutant reduces its kinase activity,decreases the level of H2Ap T120,and disrupts the recruitment of centromere proteins and chromosome congression,leading to genomic instability of daughter *** cells exit mitosis,HDAC1-regulated deacetylation of Bub1 decreases H2Ap T120 levels and thereby promotes the departure of centromeric CPC and Sgo1,ensuring timely centromeres ***,our results reveal a molecular mechanism by which the acetylation and deacetylation cycle of Bub1 modulates the phosphorylation of H2A at T120 for recruitment of Aurora B and Sgo1 to the centromeres,ensuring faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis.

Improvement for creep strength of a second-generation single crystal superalloy by design of heat treatments

Design of heat treatments is related to the key technology for development of nickel-based single crystal superalloys(Ni-SXs). Based on the full understanding of the solidification characteristics, this work applies optimization design of heat treatments for a second-generation Ni-SX. Microstructure evolution and creep properties are compared in the material under conventional/standard(Std.) and optimized(Opt.) treatments. For the Std. sample,strong dendritic segregations determine inconsistent microstructure evolution in the dendritic(D) and interdendritic region(ID), while the latter serves as weak area to have the prior microcrack initiation, damaging overall performance of the alloy. The Opt. treatment applies higher homogenization temperature, leading to overall reduced segregations, while not inducing incipient melting. A lower temperature of first-step ageing is used to lower the size ofγ'particles. These help to form the more uniform microstructure in dendritic and interdendritic region and relieve the inconsistent microstructure evolution. The balanced local strength makes ID no longer as the weak area,thus restricting microcrack initiation. Great improvement of high temperature and low stress property is obtained by this progress, leading to the pronounced increase of creep rupture life under 1100 °C/140 MPa.

One-pot Synthesis of MoO_(3)/PI Composite with Enhanced Photocatalytic Performance for Oxidative Coupling of Amines to Imines

Organic-inorganic MoO_(3)/PI(MoPI)composites were prepared using a simple one-pot thermal copolymerization *** resulting composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity for the selective oxidation of benzylamine to N-benzylidene benzylamine(N-BDBA)in ambient air under simulated solar light irradiation compared to pristine MoO_(3) or polyimide(PI).In particular,the MoPI composite with a 0.3:1 molar ratio of Mo to melamine,referred to as MoPI-0.3,demonstrated the best performance in the photo-oxidation of benzylamine,achieving a benzylamine conversion of 95%with a N-BDBA selectivity exceeding 99%after 3 h *** enhanced photocatalytic activity of the MoPI-0.3 catalyst was attributed to the formation of a direct Z-scheme heterojunction between MoO_(3) and PI,facilitating more efficient separation of the photoinduced electrons and ***,the MoPI-0.3 composite maintained considerably high activity over four consecutive cycles,highlighting its good stability and ***,the MoPI-0.3 composite could photo-oxidize benzylamine derivatives and heterocyclic amines to their corresponding imines,demonstrating the universal applicability of this composite catalyst.

Simulation of Corrosion-Induced Cracking of Reinforced Concrete Based on Fracture Phase Field Method

Accurate simulation of the cracking process caused by rust expansion of reinforced concrete(RC)structures plays an intuitive role in revealing the corrosion-induced failure *** the quasi-brittle fracture of concrete,the fracture phase field driven by the compressive-shear term is constructed and added to the traditional brittle fracture phase field *** rationality of the proposed model is verified by a mixed fracture example under a shear displacement ***,the extended fracture phase model is applied to simulate the corrosion-induced cracking process of *** cracking patterns caused by non-uniform corrosion expansion are discussed for RC specimens with homogeneous macroscopically or heterogeneous with different polygonal aggregate distributions at the mesoscopic ***,the effects of the protective layer on the crack propagation trajectory and cracking resistance are investigated,illustrating that the cracking angle and cracking resistance increase with the increase of the protective layer thickness,consistent with the experimental ***,the corrosion-induced cracking process of concrete specimens with large and small spacing rebars is simulated,and the interaction of multiple corrosion cracking is easily influenced by the reinforcement spacing,which increases with the decrease of the steel bar *** conclusions play an important role in the design of engineering anti-corrosion *** fracture phase field model can provide strong support for the life assessment of RC structures.

Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of lysionotin in treating ***:First,target prediction based on Bernoulli Naïve Bayes profiling and pathway enrichment was used to predict the biological activity of *** binding between 5-lipoxygenase(5-LO)and lysionotin was detected by surface plasmon resonance(SPR)and molecular docking,and the inhibitory effects of lysionotin on 5-LO and proliferation of glioma were determined using enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cell viability analysis,***,the pharmaceutical effect of lysionotin was explored by cell survival rate analysis and liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The protein expression,intracellular calcium ion concentration and cytoskeleton detection were revealed by Western blot,flow cytometry and fluorescence labeling,***:Target prediction and pathway enrichment revealed that lysionotin inhibited 5-LO,a key enzyme involved in the arachidonic acid metabolism pathway,to inhibit the proliferation of *** docking results demonstrated that 5-LO can be binding to lysionotin through hydrogen bonds,forming bonds with His600,Gln557,Asn554,and *** analysis further confirmed the interaction between 5-LO and ***,enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cell survival rate analysis revealed that 50%inhibition concentration of lysionotin and the median effective concentration of lysionotin were 90 and 16.58µmol/L,respectively,and the results of LC-MS/MS showed that lysionotin inhibited the production of 5S-hydroperoxy-eicosatetraenoic acid(P<0.05),and moreover,the LC-MS/MS results indicated that lysionotin can enter glioma cells well(P<0.01)and inhibit their *** blot analysis demonstrated that lysionotin can inhibit the expression of 5-LO(P<0.05)and downstream leukotriene B4 receptor(P<0.01).In addition,the results showed that lysionotin affected intracellular calcium ion concentration by inh
