Improving link prediction models through a performance enhancement scheme:a study on semi-supervised learning and model soup

As an important method for knowledge graph(KG)complementation,link prediction has become a hot research topic in recent *** this paper,a performance enhancement scheme for link prediction models based on the idea of semi-supervised learning and model soup is proposed,which effectively improves the model performance on several mainstream link prediction models with small changes to their *** novel scheme consists of two main parts,one is predicting potential fact triples in the graph with semi-supervised learning strategies,the other is creatively combining semi-supervised learning and model soup to further improve the final model performance without adding significant computational *** validate the effectiveness of the scheme for a variety of link prediction models,especially on the dataset with dense *** terms of CompGCN,the model with the best overall performance among the tested models improves its Hits@1 metric by 14.7%on the FB15K-237 dataset and 7.8%on the WN18RR dataset after using the enhancement ***,it is observed that the semi-supervised learning strategy in the augmentation scheme has a significant improvement for multi-class link prediction models,and the performance improvement brought by the introduction of the model soup is related to the specific tested models,as the performances of some models are improved while others remain largely unaffected.

The inherent catalytic anisotropy of two-dimensional(2D) materials has limited the enhancement of LiO_(2) batteries(LOBs) performance due to the significantly different adsorption energies on 2D and edge *** the adsorption strength in 2D materials to the reaction intermediates is essential for achieving high-performance ***,a MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure is designed as a cathode catalyst by adjusting the adsorption behavior at the *** from the toroidal-like discharge products on the MoS_(2) cathode,the MnS/MoS_(2) surface displays an improved adsorption energy to reaction species,thereby promoting the growth of the film-like discharge *** can disturb the layer growth of MoS_(2),in which the stack edge plane features a strong interaction with the intermediates and limits the growth of the discharge *** and theoretical results confirm that the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure possesses improved electron transfer kinetics at the interface and plays an important role in the adsorption process for reaction species,which finally affects the morphology of Li_2O_(2),In consequence,the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure exhibits a high specific capacity of 11696.0 mA h g^(-1) and good cycle stability over 1800 h with a fixed specific capacity of 600 mA h g^(-1) at current density of100 mA g^(-1) This work provides a novel interfacial engineering strategy to enhance the performance of LOBs by tuning the adsorption properties of 2D materials.

Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8(ZIF-8)material was prepared by chemical precipitation *** microstructure and physical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,BET,FESEM and UV *** self-made four-channel measurement device was used to test the gas sensitivity of ZIF-8 material toward ethanol gas under photo-thermal synergistic *** results showed that the sample was typical ZIF-8(E_(g)=4.96 eV)with a regular dodecahedron shape and the specific surface is up to 1793 m^(2)/*** as-prepared ZIF-8 has a gas response value of 55.04 to 100 ppm ethanol at 75℃ and it shows good gas sensing selectivity and repeated *** excellent gas sensitivity can be attributed to the increase of free electron concentration in the ZIF-8 conduction band by photo-thermal synergistic excitation,and the large specific surface area of ZIF-8 material provides more active sites for gas-solid surface *** reaction mechanism of ZIF-8 material under multi-field excitation was also discussed.

Artificial biomaterials with dynamic mechano-responsive behaviors similar to those of biological tissues have been drawing great *** this study,we report a TiO_(2)-based nanowire(TiO_(2)NWs)scaffolds,which exhibit dynamic mechano-responsive behaviors varying with the number and amplitude of nano-deformation *** is found that the elastic and adhesive forces in the TiO_(2)NWs scaffolds can increase significantly after multiple cycles of *** nanofriction experiments show the triboelectric effect of increasing elastic and adhesive forces during the nano-deformation cycles of TiO_(2)NWs *** properties allow the TiO_(2)NW scaffolds to be designed and applied as intelligent artificial biomaterials to simulate biological tissues in the future.

Photosensitization related to energy/electron transfer process is of great importance to natural ***,we proposed a promising strategy to improve the sensitizing ability of the typical photoactive MOFs(UiO-Ir)by engineering its metal coordination center with NBI(1,8-naphthalenebenzimidizole)*** resulting MOFs(UiO-Ir-NBI)exhibited a strong sensitizing ability for significantly boosting ***,the catalytic yield of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfoxide with UiO-Ir-NBI can reach 99%,over 6 times higher than that with UiO-Ir(16.4%).Moreover,UiO-Ir-NBI exhibited an excellent catalytic stability and a broad substrate tolerance,highlighting its great application *** investigations revealed that the strong visible light absorption,long excited state lifetime and efficient electron-hole separation of UiO-Ir-NBI greatly contributed to harvesting visible light and facilitating interface electron/energy transfer for efficient solar energy *** work provides a new horizon to boost photosythesis of MOFs by engineering their metal sensitizing centers at a molecular level.

Despite experiencing a decadal shift towards drought conditions at the end of the 2Oth century,semiarid grasslands in northeast Asia(NEA)exhibited an evident greening trend from 1982 to ***,the mechanism behind this phenomenon remains ***,we analysed the interdecadal changes in vegetation response to drought on the basis of the standardised precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI)and Global Inventory Modelling and Mapping Studies LAI4g datasets,with an emphasis on the differences between direct and legacy effects(as measured by resilience),to explore the mechanism of persistent grassland *** revealed that during the post-drought shift period(2000-2020),the sudden decrease in the water content of the intermediate soil layer triggered an intensified vegetation response to ***,although direct effects and resilience were amplified,they exhibited asymmetric *** was stronger than direct effects,and this difference increased with increasing drought(drought recovery)*** combined effects may account for persistent greening against intensified drying in the semiarid grasslands in *** the projected exacerbation of future droughts,this study holds notable importance for comprehending the long-term change dynamics of dryland ecosystems.

In recent years,the path planning for multi-agent technology has gradually matured,and has made breakthrough *** main difficulties in path planning for multi-agent are large state space,long algorithm running time,multiple optimization objectives,and asynchronous action of multiple *** solve the above problems,this paper first introduces the main problem of the research:multi-objective multi-agent path finding with asynchronous action,and proposes the algorithm framework of multi-objective loose synchronous(MO-LS)*** combining A*and M*,MO-LS-A*and MO-LS-M*algorithms are respectively *** completeness and optimality of the algorithm are proved,and a series of comparative experiments are designed to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the algorithm,verifying that the proposed MO-LS-M*algorithm has certain advantages.

The poor resolution of conventional seismic data could not fit it for reservoir description. Meanwhile only seismic data could provide 3 D information of reservoir, it is very important to improve resolution of seismic data. Here a method is put forward, by using inversion techniques, to improve the seismic data with the quality of higher resolution and lower noise. The specific character of this method is the usage of geologic rules in processing seismic data, which is quite different from the hypothesis of some deconvolution. There are always some assumptions about wavelet or reflect series in conventional deconvolution is not appropriate. Application of this method on seismic data from several oilfields show its effectivenese and efficency.
