Ionogels have garnered great attention as promising soft conducting materials for the fabrication of flexible energy storage devices,soft actuators,and ***,the leakage of the ionic liquids,weak mechanical strength,and poor manufacturability have greatly limited their reliability and ***,we propose a new ionogel synthesis strategy by utilizing granular zwitterionic microparticles to stabilize ionic *** ionic liquids swell the microparticles and physically crosslink microparticles via either electronic interaction or hydrogen *** introducing a photocurable acrylic monomer enables the fabrication of double-network(DN)ionogels with high stretchability(>600%)and ultrahigh toughness(fracture energy>10 kJ/m^(2)).The synthesized ionogels exhibit a wide working temperature of−60 to 90℃.By tuning the crosslinking density of microparticles and physical crosslinking strength of ionogels,we synthesize DN ionogel inks and print them into three-dimensional(3D)*** ionogelbased ionotronics are 3D printed as demonstrations,including strain gauges,humidity sensors,and ionic skins made of capacitive touch sensor *** covalently linking ionogels with silicone elastomers,we integrate the ionogel sensors onto pneumatic soft actuators and demonstrate their capacities in sensing large *** our last demonstration,multimaterial direct ink writing is harnessed to fabricate highly stretchable and durable alternating-current electroluminescent devices with arbitrary *** printable granular ionogel ink represents a versatile platform for the future manufacturing of ionotronics.

目的明确明桑降脂茶的降脂作用及其发挥降脂作用的物质基础。方法制备大鼠空白血清、明桑降脂茶全方和桑叶减味含药血清,以油酸诱导人正常肝细胞(LO2细胞)建立脂肪变性细胞模型,将细胞分为对照组(含空白血清)、模型组(含空白血清)、明桑降脂茶全方血清处理组、桑叶减味血清处理组。培养4 h后,显微镜下观察各组脂肪积累情况;酶标仪测定细胞内脂质含量;按试剂盒说明测定细胞内甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(totalcholesterlo,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)含量,以及过氧化物酶体增殖物启动受体α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha,PPARα)、固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c,SREBP-1c)表达。高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)研究各组指纹图谱、绿原酸和橙黄决明素含量的差异。结果与模型组比较,明桑降脂茶全方血清组、桑叶减味血清组均能显著降低细胞内脂滴数量和脂质含量,降低TG、TC、LDL-C含量和SREBP-1c表达,升高HDL-C含量和PPARα表达,全方血清组的降脂作用优于桑叶减味血清组;全方血清组、桑叶减味血清组、空白血清组共有峰分别为53、35、23个,三者共有峰18个;剔除共有峰后,全方血清组有22个不同于桑叶减味血清组的差异峰,桑叶减味血清组有4个不同于全方血清组的差异峰;全方血清组中绿原酸和橙黄决明素含量均高于桑叶减味血清组,绿原酸含量在二者之间差异显著。结论明桑降脂茶具有明显的降脂作用,桑叶在其中发挥重要降脂作用。

Hypomethylation of glycine dehydrogenase promoter in peripheral blood mononuclear cells is a new diagnostic marker of hepatitis B virus-associated hepatocellular carcinoma

Background: Glycine dehydrogenase(GLDC) plays an important role in the initiation and proliferation of several human cancers. In this study, we aimed to detect the methylation status of GLDC promoter and its diagnostic value for hepatitis B virus-associated hepatocellular carcinoma(HBV-HCC). Methods: We enrolled 197 patients, 111 with HBV-HCC, 51 with chronic hepatitis B(CHB), and 35 healthy controls(HCs). The methylation status of GLDC promoter in peripheral mononuclear cells(PBMCs) was identified by methylation specific polymerase chain reaction(MSP). The mRNA expression was examined using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(q PCR). Results: The methylation frequency of the GLDC promoter was significantly lower in HBV-HCC patients(27.0%) compared to that in CHB patients(68.6%) and HCs(74.3%)( P < 0.001). The methylated group had lower alanine aminotransferase level( P = 0.035) and lower rates of tumor node metastasis(TNM) Ⅲ/Ⅳ( P = 0.043) and T3/T4( P = 0.026). TNM stage was identified to be an independent factor for GLDC promoter methylation. GLDC mRNA levels in CHB patients and HCs were significantly lower than those in HBV-HCC patients( P = 0.022 and P < 0.001, respectively). GLDC mRNA levels were significantly higher in HBV-HCC patients with unmethylated GLDC promoters than those with methylated GLDC promoters( P = 0.003). The diagnostic accuracy of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) combined with GLDC promoter methylation for HBV-HCC was improved compared with that of AFP alone(AUC: 0.782 vs. 0.630, P < 0.001). In addition, GLDC promoter methylation was an independent predictor for overall survival of HBV-HCC patients( P = 0.038). Conclusions: The methylation frequency of GLDC promoter was lower in PBMCs from HBV-HCC patients than that from patients with CHB and HCs. The combination of AFP and GLDC promoter hypomethylation significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of HBV-HCC.

Glycosylation and sulfation of emodin by Gliocladium deliquescens NRRL 1086

The present study was designed to explore the substrate scope and biocatalytic capability of Gliocladium deliquescens NRRL 1086 on phenolic natural products. Emodin was subjected to the fermentation culture of Gliocladium deliquescens NRRL 1086 according to the standard two-stage protocol. The biotransformation process was monitored by HPLC-DAD-MS, the main product was isolated by column chromatography, and the structure was elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopy. Emodin could be fully metabolized by Gliocladium deliquescens NRRL 1086, resulting in high yield of emodin 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and small amount of sulfated product. In conclusion, our results may provide a convenient method to prepare emodin 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and the microbe catalyzed glucosylation/sulfation will give an inspiration to pharmacokinetic model studies in vitro.

Cross-species transmission and host range genes in poxviruses

The persistent epidemic of human mpox, caused by mpox virus (MPXV), raises concerns about the future spread ofMPXV and other poxviruses. MPXV is a typical zoonotic virus which can infect human and cause smallpox-likesymptoms. MPXV belongs to the Poxviridae family, which has a relatively broad host range from arthropods tovertebrates. Cross-species transmission of poxviruses among different hosts has been frequently reported andresulted in numerous epidemics. Poxviruses have a complex linear double-strand DNA genome that encodeshundreds of proteins. Genes related to the host range of poxvirus are called host range genes (HRGs). This reviewbriefly introduces the taxonomy, phylogeny and hosts of poxviruses, and then comprehensively summarizes thecurrent knowledge about the cross-species transmission of poxviruses. In particular, the HRGs of poxvirus aredescribed and their impacts on viral host range are discussed in depth. We hope that this review will provide acomprehensive perspective about the current progress of researches on cross-species transmission and HRGvariation of poxviruses, serving as a valuable reference for academic studies and disease control in the future.

Overcoming the Na-ion conductivity bottleneck for the cost-competitive chloride solid electrolytes

Chloride solid electrolytes possess multiple advantages for the construction of safe,energy-dense allsolid-state sodium batteries,but presently the chlorides with sufficiently high cost-competitiveness for commercialization almost all exhibit low Na-ion conductivities of around 10^(-5)S cm^(-1)or ***,we report a chloride solid electrolyte,Na_(2.7)ZFCl_(5.3)O_(0.7),which reaches a Na-ion conductivity of 2.29×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 25℃without involving overly expensive raw materials such as rare-earth chlorides or Na_(2)*** addition to the efficient ion transport,Na_(2.7)ZrCl_(5.3)O_(0.7)also shows an excellent deformability surpassing that of the widely studied Na_(3)PS_(4),Na_(3)SbS_(4),and Na_(2)ZrCl_(6)solid *** combination of these advantages allows the all-solid-state cell based on Na_(2.7)ZrCl_(5.3)O_(0.7)and NaCrO_(2)to realize stable room-temperature cycling at a much higher specific current than those based on other non-viscoelastic chloride solid electrolytes in literature(120 mA g^(-1)vs.12-55 mA g^(-1));after 100 cycles at such a high rate,the Na_(2.7)ZFCl_(5.3)O_(0.7)-based cell can still deliver a discharge capacity of 80 mAh g^(-1)at25℃.

Optimal Location and Sizing ofMulti-Resource Distributed Generator Based onMulti-Objective Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm

Distribution generation(DG)technology based on a variety of renewable energy technologies has developed rapidly.A large number of multi-type DG are connected to the distribution network(DN),resulting in a decline in the stability of DN *** is urgent to find a method that can effectively connect multi-energy DG to ***(PV),wind power generation(WPG),fuel cell(FC),and micro gas turbine(MGT)are considered in this paper.A multi-objective optimization model was established based on the life cycle cost(LCC)of DG,voltage quality,voltage fluctuation,system network loss,power deviation of the tie-line,DG pollution emission index,and meteorological index weight of ***-objective artificial bee colony algorithm(MOABC)was used to determine the optimal location and capacity of the four kinds of DG access DN,and compared with the other three heuristic *** tests based on IEEE 33 test node and IEEE 69 test node show that in IEEE 33 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation,and system network loss of DN decreased by 49.67%,7.47%and 48.12%,respectively,compared with that without DG *** the IEEE 69 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and system network loss of DN in the MOABC configuration scheme decreased by 54.98%,35.93%and 75.17%,respectively,compared with that without DG configuration,indicating that MOABC can reasonably plan the capacity and location of *** the maximum trade-off between DG economy and DN operation stability.

Ultra-high-temperature ceramic nanowires have shown increasing potential for use as thermal structural ***,novel single-crystal Hf_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)C solid solution nanowires were synthesized and incorporated with a HfC coating to construct a robust structure with Hf_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)C solid solution nanowires uniformly distributed and interconnected within the *** novel Hf_(0.5)Ta_(0.5)C solid solution nanowires could effectively hinder crack propagation through crack tip pinning and crack *** mechanism substantially enhanced the elastic modulus and fracture toughness of the HfC coating by 53.29%and 59.67%,*** toughened HfC coating displayed superior fracture toughness and good interfacial binding strength with the substrate to resist severe oxidation and ***,the high thermal conductivity of the toughened HfC coating promoted heat ***,in comparison to the pure HfC coating,the toughened HfC coating displayed smaller mass and linear ablation rates of−0.35 mg·s^(−1)and−0.46μm·s^(−1),which decreased by 39.66%and 36.98%,*** work not only simultaneously enhances the mechanical properties and ablation resistance of HfC-coated carbon/carbon(C/C)composites but also provides novel prospects for advanced ultrahigh-temperature ceramic nanowires under extreme conditions.

Self-actuating protection mechanisms for safer lithium-ion batteries

Safety issue is still a problem nowadays for the large-scale application of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in electric vehicles and energy storage *** unsafe behaviors of LIBs arise from the thermal run-away,which is intrinsically triggered by the overcharging and *** improve the safety of LIBs,various protection strategies based on self-actuating reaction control mechanisms(SRCMs)have been proposed,including redox shuttle,polymerizable monomer additive,potential-sensitive separator,thermal shutdown separator,positive-temperature-coefficient electrode,thermally polymerizable addi-tive,and reversible thermal phase transition *** build-in protection mechanisms,these meth-ods can sensitively detect either the temperature change inside battery or the potential change of the electrode,and spontaneously shut down the electrode reaction at risky conditions,thus preventing the battery from going into thermal *** their advantages in enhancing the intrinsic safety of LIBs,this paper overviews the research progresses of SRCMs after a brief introduction of thermal runaway mechanism and limitations of conventional thermal runaway mitigating *** importantly,the current states and issues,key challenges,and future developing trends of SRCTs are also discussed and outlined from the viewpoint of practical application,aiming at providing insights and guidance for developing more effective SRCMs for LIBs.
