This socialized environment among educated and developed people causes themto focusmore on their appearance and health,which turns them towards medical-related treatments,leading us to discuss anti-aging treatment methods for each age group,particularly for urban people who are interested in *** anti-aging therapies are used to address the alterations brought on by aging in human life without the need for surgery or negative *** anti-aging therapies such as microdermabrasion or dermabrasion,laser resurfacing anti-aging skin treatments,chemical peels,dermal fillers for aged skin,and botox injections are considered in this *** on the criteria of safety risk,investment cost,customer happiness,and side effects,the optimal alternative is *** a result,a NormalWiggly Hesitant Pythagorean Fuzzy Set(NWHPFS)is constructed and used in Multi-Criteria Decision-Making(MCDM)using traditional wavy mathematical *** entropy approach is utilized to determine weight values,and the Normal Wiggly Hesitant Pythagorean-VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(NWHPF-VIKOR)method is utilized to rank alternatives using MCDM *** analysis and comparative analysis were performed to ensure the robustness and reliability of the proposed *** smart final choice will undoubtedly assist Decision Makers(DM)in making the right judgments,and the MCDM approach will undoubtedly assist individuals in understanding the medicine.

BACKGROUND Nutrition recommendations in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are to consume rye or integral bread instead of white bread.A positive effect on glucoregulation has been achieved by enriching food with various biologically active substances of herbal origin,so we formulated an herbal mixture that can be used as a supplement for a special type of bread(STB)to achieve better effects on postprandial glucose and insulin levels in patients with *** To compare organoleptic characteristics and effects of two types of bread on postprandial glucose and insulin levels in T2DM *** This trial included 97 patients with T2DM.A parallel group of 16 healthy subjects was also *** participants were given 50 g of rye bread and the same amount of a STB with an herbal mixture on 2 consecutive *** blood glucose and insulin levels were compared at the 30^(th),60^(th),90^(th) and 120th min.A questionnaire was used for subjective estimation of the organoleptic and satiety features of the two types of *** Compared to patients who consumed rye bread,significantly lower postprandial blood glucose and insulin concentrations were found in T2DM patients who consumed *** relevant differences were found among the healthy *** estimated organoleptic and satiety characteristics are better for STB than for rye *** STB have better effects than rye bread on postprandial glucoregulation in T2DM *** estimated organoleptic and satiety characteristics are better for STB than for rye ***,STB can be recommended for nutrition in T2DM patients.

On the Semivalues and the Least Square Values Average Per Capita Formulas and Relationships

In this paper, it is shown that both the Semivalues and the Least Square Values of cooperative transferable utilities games can be expressed in terms of n^2 averages of values of the characteristic function of the game, by means of what we call the Average per capita formulas. Moreover, like the case of the Shapley value earlier considered, the terms of the formulas can be computed in parallel, and an algorithm is derived. From these results, it follows that each of the two values mentioned above are Shapley values of games easily obtained from the given game, and this fact gives another computational opportunity, as soon as the computation of the Shapley value is efficiently done.

Series LC DC circuit breaker

The article proposes a mechanical DC circuit breaker(CB)based on a series LC *** requires two switches(a fast disconnector and an AC circuit breaker),an inductor and a capacitor,and therefore the cost is expected to be low.A series LC circuit is analysed and it is concluded that fault current will always have natural zero-current crossings which enable use of simple AC *** current commutation into a capacitor is investigated since this is important for successful operation.A number of analytical conditions are derived for the voltage stress across disconnector contacts which enable arc-less contact *** results on a 900 V laboratory prototype LC DC CB illustrate successful DC fault clearing,with commutation of 130 A and peak DC current of 190 A.A detailed PSCAD model for 320 kV LC DC CB is developed and DC fault clearing is evaluated in order to understand the possible benefit for high-voltage direct current *** comparisons with the commercialised hybrid DC CB and mechanical DC CB on 320 kV system illustrate some benefits in terms of performance and *** mechanical LC DC CB operates very fast because of early capacitor insertion,and this results in low peak current and energy dissipation.

Appraising the European randomized study of screening for prostate cancer： what do the results mean？

The value of screening for prostate cancer has been a contentious issue within the medical literature for several decades. At the crux of the matter lies a judgment call of whether the potential benefits of screening, a reduction in prostate cancer and all-cause mortality, outweigh the limitations, overdiagnosis and overtreatment. The study by SchrSder et al. reports 9, 11 and 13-year follow-up data on men participating in the European randomized study of screening for prostate cancer （ERSPC）. While the authors report a significant reduction in prostate cancer mortality, they conclude that potential harms associated with screening currently circumvent any recommendation for a population-based approach to screening for prostate cancer.

Diagnosis of Intermittent Connections for DeviceNet

An intermittent connection is one of the major problems that affect the network reliability and communication ***,little attention has been paid to the detection,analysis and localization of the intermittent *** due to the limitations of the DeviceNet protocol,there is no effective online diagnostic tool available to identify the location of intermittent *** the basis of different DeviceNet fault scenarios induced by intermittent connections,a new graph-based diagnostic method is developed to analyze DeviceNet fault patterns,identify the corresponding fault scenarios,and infer the location of the intermittent connection problem by using passively captured network faults.A novel error source analysis tool,which integrates network data-link layer analysis and feature based network physical layer information,is developed to restore the snapshots of the network communication at each intermittent connection induced error.A graph based location identification method is developed to infer the location of the intermittent connections based on the restored error patterns.A 3-node laboratory test-bed,using master-slave polling communication method,is constructed to emulate the intermittent connection induced faults on the network drop cable by using digital switches,whose on/off states are controlled by a *** experiments,the network fault diagnosis is conducted by using information collected on trunk cable（backbone）.Experimental study shows that the proposed method is effective to restore the snapshots of the network errors and locate the drop cable that experiences the intermittent connection problem.

The digital twins concept enhances modeling and simulation through the integration of real-time data and feedback. This review elucidates the foundational elements of digital twins, covering their concept,entities, domains, and key technologies. More specifically, we investigate the transformative potential of digital twins for the wastewater treatment engineering sector. Our discussion highlights the application of digital twins to wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) and sewage networks, hardware(i.e., facilities and pipes, sensors for water quality and activated sludge, hydrodynamics, and power consumption), and software(i.e., knowledge-based and data-driven models, mechanistic models, hybrid twins, control methods, and the Internet of Things). Furthermore, two cases are provided, followed by an assessment of current challenges in and perspectives on the application of digital twins in WWTPs. This review serves as an essential primer for wastewater engineers navigating the digital paradigm shift.

Enhanced Osteogenesis of Nanosized Cobalt-substituted Hydroxyapatite

Hydroxyapatite （HAp） is an extensively studied material with known biocompatible and osteoconductive properties in bone tissue reconstruction. The improvement of the osteogenetic potential of HAp has been tested through modification of its structure, by replacing Ca2＋ ions with Co2＋ ions. In our study, we comparatively analyze the osteogenetic potential of the syn- thesized HAp and Co2＋-substituted HAp （HAp/Co） designed on the nano-scale with the aim of specifically stimulating osteo- genesis in vivo. We present a quantitative study of the microscopic organization and structure of the newly formed tissue in a bone defect after 12 weeks and 24 weeks. A quantitative analysis of the calcium, magnesium and phosphorus content in the defect and its close environment was used to determine the deposition of minerals after bone reconstruction. The defect recon- structed with HAp/Co nanoparticles （Co2＋ content 12 wt%） was filled with a new tissue matrix composed of dense collagen fibers containing centers of mineralization after 24 weeks. The mineral deposition rate was also higher when the defect was reconstructed with HAp/Co than when it was filled with pttre HAp. A histological analysis confirmed that the alveolar bone, in which osteoporosis-induced defects were repaired using HAp/Co nanoparticles, was recuperated.
