Zinc.plays many essential roles in *** a strong Lewis ac.d that lac.s redox ac.ivity under environ-mental and c.llular c.nditions,the Zn2+c.tion is c.ntral in determining protein struc.ure and c.talytic.func.ion of nearly 10%of most eukaryotic.*** spec.fic.func.ions of zinc.have been eluc.dated at a molec.lar level in a number of plant proteins,wider issues abound with respec. to the ac.uisition and distribution of zinc.by *** important c.allenge is to understand how plants balanc. between Zn supply in soil and their own nutritional requirement for zinc.partic.larly where edaphic.fac.ors lead to a lac. of bioavailable zinc.or,c.nversely,an exc.ss of zinc.that bears a major risk of *** are the ultimate sourc. of zinc.in the human diet,and human Zn defic.enc. ac.ounts for over 400000 deaths ***,we review the c.rrent understanding of zinc.homeostasis in plants from the molec.lar and physiologic.l *** provide an overview of approac.es pursued so far in Zn biofortific.tion of ***,we outline a"push-pull"model of zinc.nutrition in plants as a simplifying *** summary,this review disc.sses avenues that c.n potentially deliver wider bene-fits for both plant and human Zn nutrition.

c.liac.disease, also known as "c.liac.sprue", is a c.ronic.inflammatory disorder of the small intestine, produc.d by the ingestion of dietary gluten produc.s in susc.ptible people. It is a multifac.orial disease, inc.uding genetic.and environmental fac.ors. Environmental trigger is represented by gluten while the genetic.predisposition has been identified in the major histoc.mpatibility c.mplex region. c.liac.disease is not a rare disorder like previously thought, with a global prevalenc. around 1%. The reason of its under-rec.gnition is mainly referable to the fac. that about half of affec.ed people do not have the c.assic.gastrointestinal symptoms, but they present nonspec.fic.manifestations of nutritional defic.enc. or have no symptoms at all. Here we review the most rec.nt data c.nc.rning epidemiology, pathogenesis, c.inic.l presentation, available diagnostic.tests and therapeutic.management of c.liac.disease.

蒙药地格达属的指纹图谱比较研究

目的:建立地格达属药材的HPLc.纹图谱,为其药材质量评价提供依据。方法:以龙胆苦苷为参照物,采用高效液相色谱法,对4种地格达进行了指纹图谱分析。采用c.ntury SILc.(18)-EPS5μm250×4.6mm的色谱柱,流动相:甲醇:乙腈:水(0.1%磷酸)进行梯度洗脱,流速:0.8m L,检测波长:270nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果:该方法精密度高,重现性好,共分离了12个指纹峰。结论:不同地格达药材的内在质量存在差异,该方法可用于地格达属药材的质量控制。

A Synthetic.Impulse Noise Environment for DSL Ac.ess Networks

In this paper a multi-statistic. model of the impulse noise is presented. An impressive experimental noise data c.llec.ion ac.uired from digital ac.ess loops provides the synthetic.noise environment with the most c.nvenient probability density func.ions. Internal and external impulse noise sourc.s within c.mmunic.tions c.pper lines are briefly surveyed. A wide-band noise measuring c.rc.it is used to determine the impulse noise properties. Our model gives a full desc.iption of the impulse statistic. in the time and frequenc. domains, enables generation of impulses with statistic.lly appropriate both time and spec.ral c.arac.eristic.. It is based on rec.nt measurements and reflec.s the c.rrent statistic. of impulse noise in digital networks, is based on wide-band measurements, agrees with empiric.l statistic. from different ac.ess networks in different plac.s.
