TiN,Ti1-xAIxN single layer coatings and TiN/Ti1-xAIxN multilayer coatings were deposited on SKH51 tool steel substrate by arc ion *** coatings were annealed in air to study the effect of aluminum and film structure on the oxidation *** surface morphology and structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray *** element distribution on the cross section was analyzed by electron probe *** is found that the oxidation resistance of these Ti1-xAlxN based coatings is mainly attributed to aluminum content in *** comparison with the Ti1-xAlxN single layer coating,the TiN layer inserting into the Ti1-xAlxN in a multilayer coating increases the tendency of Ti diffusion toward the surface and forms a Ti-enriched top surface oxide layer,thus degrades the oxidation *** far as the oxidation resistance is concerned in this study,Ti0.33Al0.67N single layer coating performs the best among all *** kinetic of oxidation behavior of all coatings presents two definite *** is a slow oxidation growth which conforms to parabolic law,and the other presents severe mass gain with oxidation *** annealing time for severe oxidation initiation is responsible to Fe2O3formation in the oxide scale.

采用c-ARC+多弧离子镀技术在硬质合金YG8上制备了表面层分别为Ti33Al67N、Ti50Al50N和Cr30Al70lN的涂层,研究了以上涂层与TC4钛合金间的摩擦磨损行为,利用扫描电镜、电子能谱仪、显微硬度仪、划痕仪等对涂层性能及表面形貌、磨痕形貌及成分进行了表征。试验结果表明:与TC4合金摩擦时,硬质涂层最主要的磨损失效是局部撕裂,撕裂破坏程度则由涂抹的钛合金同接触物资形成的粘着节点的强度来决定。低载荷下,表面为高铝含量的Ti33Al67N涂层同TC4合金对磨时表现较佳,优于表面为中铝含量的Ti50Al50N涂层和Cr30Al70N涂层,而在高载荷下,则表面为Cr30Al70N的涂层的耐磨性较佳。

采用阴极多弧离子镀在M42工具钢表面制备了Al66Cr34N和Ti62Al34Si4N两种硬质涂层,并在室温大气环境下采用球/盘式摩擦磨损仪研究它们同40Cr齿轮钢的摩擦磨损行为。采用表面接触角测试仪OCA40Micro、3D表面形貌仪、扫描电子显微镜、电子能谱分析了涂层磨痕,探讨了两种涂层与齿轮钢对摩的磨损机理。结果表明:两种涂层与40Cr齿轮钢摩擦时,失效的主要机理均为粘着磨损,伴随着氧化磨损。在与40Cr对磨时,Ti62Al34Si4N涂层与40Cr的亲和力强,摩擦过程中接触面温度较高,容易融合形成高结合力粘结节点;表现高的摩擦系数0.6~0.7,和初始阶段高的磨损率(最高7.5×10-15m3/N·m)。Al66Cr34N涂层与40Cr的亲和力较弱,摩擦系数0.45~0.6,初始磨损率最低为2×10-16m3/N·m。

采用多弧离子镀技术在硬质合金YG8上制备了表面高铝含量的Ti33Al67N、中铝含量的Ti50Al50N复合涂层和Cr_(30)Al_(70)lN单层涂层。采用摩擦磨损仪系统研究了以上涂层与奥氏体304合金间的摩擦磨损行为。利用扫描电镜、电子能谱仪、显微硬度仪、划痕仪等对涂层性能及表面形貌、磨痕形貌及成分进行表征。试验结果表明:同含钛的表面涂层Ti33Al67N和Ti50Al50N相比,Cr_(30)Al_(70)N涂层与奥氏体304合金的亲和力更低,减少了摩擦过程中304合金在Cr_(30)Al_(70)N涂层表面的涂抹量。涂层最主要的磨损失效方式是局部撕裂,局部撕裂的本质是硬质合金基体同304合金直接接触导致高强度结点。复合涂层Cr_(30)Al_(70)N/Ti_(50)Al_(50)N及单层的Cr_(30)Al_(70)N涂层膜基结合力高,表现出优于Cr_(30)Al_(70)N/Ti_(33)Al_(67)N复合涂层的抗摩擦磨损性能;前两者磨痕表面检出的W元素含量仅为Cr_(30)Al_(70)N/Ti_(33)Al_(67)N涂层的1/10。

As the proportion of newenergy increases,the traditional cumulant method(CM)produces significant errorswhen performing probabilistic load flow(PLF)calculations with large-scale wind power *** the wind speed correlation,a multi-scenario PLF calculation method that combines random sampling and segmented discrete wind farm power was ***,based on constructing discrete scenes of wind farms,the Nataf transform is used to handle the correlation between wind ***,the random sampling method determines the output probability of discrete wind power scenarios when wind speed exhibits ***,the PLF calculation results of each scenario areweighted and superimposed following the total probability formula to obtain the final power flow calculation *** in the IEEE standard node system,the absolute percent error(APE)for the mean and standard deviation(SD)of the node voltages and branch active power are all within 1%,and the average root mean square(AMSR)values of the probability curves are all less than 1%.

Metal complexes hold significant promise in tumor diagnosis and ***,their potential applications in photodynamic therapy(PDT)are hindered by issues such as poor photostability,low yield of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and aggregation-induced ROS *** address these challenges,we present a molecular self-assembly strategy utilizing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)conjugates for metal *** a proof of concept,we synthesized a mitochondrial-targeting cyclometalated Ir(Ⅲ)photosensitizer *** approach significantly enhances the photodynamic effect while mitigating the dark toxicity associated with AIE ***-TPE readily self-assembles into nanoaggregates in aqueous solution,leading to a significant production of ROS upon light *** Ir-TPE triggers multiple modes of death by excessively accumulating ROS in the mitochondria,resulting in mitochondrial DNA *** damage can lead to ferroptosis and autophagy,two forms of cell death that are highly cytotoxic to cancer *** aggregation-enhanced photodynamic effect of Ir-TPE significantly enhances the production of ROS,leading to a more pronounced cytotoxic *** vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate this aggregation-enhanced PDT approach achieves effective in situ tumor *** study not only addresses the limitations of metal complexes in terms of low ROS production due to aggregation but also highlights the potential of this strategy for enhancing ROS production in PDT.

A new class of phosphor samples,denoted as Ba_(1-x)Al_(2)Ge_(2)O_(8):xEu^(2+)(BAGO:xEu^(2+))was synthesized using a Pechini-type sol-gel technique and subsequent thermal reduction in CO *** morphology and structural characteristics of both the BAGO host lattice and the Eu^(2+)ions activated BAGO phosphors were investigated through field-emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry analyses,*** BAGO host lattice has micro-sized particles and the Rietveld refinement reveals the presence of a monoclinic crystal phase,characterized by the space group I2/c(No.15).Introducing Eu^(2+)ions into Ba^(2+)sites under CO condition reduces the particle size,switching from microscale to *** the near-ultraviolet spectrum(353 nm),the BAGO:xEu^(2+)phosphors exhibit a broadband bluish-green photoluminescence(PL)emission characterized by a peak band at 492 *** phenomenon is attributed to the 4f^(6)5d^(1)→4f^(7) electronic *** BAGO:0.02Eu^(2+)phosphor shows the strongest bluish-green PL emission,and a co mprehensive description of the concentration quenching mechanism between Eu^(2+)ions is ***,the thermal stability of the optimized BAGO:0.02Eu^(2+)phosphor was investigated,and its activation energy was ***,the synthesized bluish-green BAGO:0.02Eu^(2+)phosphor holds the promise of being a novel and potential candidate for utilization in white light-emitting diode applications.

Statistical characteristics and the classification of the topside ionospheric mid-latitude trough are systemically analyzed,using observations from the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program F18(DMSP-F18)*** data was obtained at an altitude of around 860 km in near polar orbit,throughout *** study identified the auroral boundary based on the in-situ electron density and electron spectrum,allowing us to precisely determine the location of the mid-latitude *** differs from most previous works,which only use Total Electron Content(TEC)or in-situ electron *** our study,the troughs exhibited a higher occurrence rate in local winter than in summer,and extended to lower latitudes with increasing geomagnetic *** was found that the ionospheric mid-latitude trough,which is associated with temperature changes or enhanced ion drift,exhibited distinct ***,the ionospheric mid-latitude troughs related to electron temperature(Te)peak were located more equatorward of auroral oval boundary in winter than in *** ionospheric mid-latitude troughs related to Te-maximum were less frequently observed at 60−70°S magnetic latitude and 90−240°E ***,the troughs related to ion temperature(Ti)maximums were observed at relatively higher latitudes,occurring more frequently in *** addition,the troughs related to ion velocity(Vi)maximums could be observed in all *** troughs with the maximum-Ti and maximum-Vi were located closer to the equatorward boundary of the auroral oval at the nightside,and in both *** implies that enhanced ion drift velocity contributes to increased collisional frictional heating and enhanced ion temperatures,resulting in a density depletion within the trough region.
