Lightweight refractory materials with thermal insulation properties and erosion resistance are advantageous for hightemperature *** zirconia refractories were prepared using starch as a pore-forming agent,basic magnesium carbonate as a stabilizer,and nano-zirconia as an *** effects of the nano-zirconia content on the pore and thermal insulation properties of the lightweight zirconia refractories were investigated based on the porosity,phase composition,microstructure,and thermal ***-zirconia was shown to have a high surface energy,and its addition effectively increased the driving force for sintering,reduced the sintering temperature,and promoted the sintering reaction,thereby reducing the apparent porosity and improving the density of the prepared *** to the superplasticity of nano-zirconia,the surface stress caused plastic deformation between particles,which increased the migration rate of grain boundaries and trapped more gas inside the material before it diffused to the surface,thereby enhancing the closed porosity of the *** presence of closed pores could extend the thermal conduction path,decrease the conduction rate,and hinder the conduction effect to effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of the *** a nano-zirconia content of 0.75 wt.%,the prepared lightweight zirconia had the highest closed porosity and the lowest thermal *** apparent porosity,closed porosity,and total porosity of the material were 2.8%,7.0%,and 9.8%,respectively,and the thermal conductivity at 800℃was 1.37 W m^(-1)k^(-1).

AIM:To address the challenges of data labeling difficulties,data privacy,and necessary large amount of labeled data for deep learning methods in diabetic retinopathy(DR)identification,the aim of this study is to develop a source-free domain adaptation(SFDA)method for efficient and effective DR identification from unlabeled ***:A multi-SFDA method was proposed for DR *** method integrates multiple source models,which are trained from the same source domain,to generate synthetic pseudo labels for the unlabeled target ***,a softmax-consistence minimization term is utilized to minimize the intra-class distances between the source and target domains and maximize the inter-class *** is performed using three color fundus photograph datasets(APTOS2019,DDR,and EyePACS).RESULTS:The proposed model was evaluated and provided promising results with respectively 0.8917 and 0.9795 F1-scores on referable and normal/abnormal DR identification *** demonstrated effective DR identification through minimizing intra-class distances and maximizing inter-class distances between source and target ***:The multi-SFDA method provides an effective approach to overcome the challenges in DR *** method not only addresses difficulties in data labeling and privacy issues,but also reduces the need for large amounts of labeled data required by deep learning methods,making it a practical tool for early detection and preservation of vision in diabetic patients.

Network architecture design is critical for optimizing industrial networks. Network architectures can be classified into small-scale networks and large-scale networks based on scale. Graph theory is an efficient mathematical tool for network topology modeling. For small-scale networks, their structure often has regular topology. For large-scale ones, the current body of work mainly focuses on random characteristics of network nodes and edges. Recently, widely used models include random networks, small-world networks,and scale-free networks. In this study, starting from the scale of the network, network modeling methods based on graph theory as well as their industrial applications, are summarized and analyzed. Moreover, a novel network performance metric, called system entropy, is proposed. From the perspective of mathematical properties, an analysis of its non-negativity and concavity is performed. The advantage of system entropy is that it can cover the existing regular networks, random networks, small-world networks, and scale-free networks, and has strong generality. The simulation results reveal that this proposed metric can achieve the comparison of various industrial networks under different models.

Objective:To explore the active ingredients and potential mechanism of Aidi injection in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma by network ***:Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)and Traditional Chinese Medicines Integrated Database(TCMID)were used to screen the active ingredients of four traditional Chinese medicines of Renshen,huangqi,Ciwujia,and Banmao and corresponding potential *** of hepatocellular carcinoma-related targets through the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)and GeneCards Suite(The Human Gene Database)database *** drug and disease targets are merged to obtain the intersection,and the information is imported into Cytoscape 3.7.2 to construct a network diagram of the active ingredients of Aidi injection and related targets of hepatocellular carcinoma,and the topology analysis is performed.A protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed and analyzed using the STRING online analysis *** the Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated Discovery(DAVID)to perform GO function enrichment analysis of targets and enrichment of KEGG pathways ***:A total of 33 potential active ingredients were screened from Aidi injection for treating hepatocellular carcinoma,including quercetin,kaempferol,beta-sitosterol,isorhamnetin and other important active *** are 106 potential targets for active ingredient action,6,677 disease-related targets,and 89 drug-disease common *** the network diagram,it was found that the highest degree of target is *** the PPI graph,a total of 87 *** them,the higher degree values include IL6,CASP3,VEGFA,MAPK8,JUN,EGFR,MYC,PTGS2 and FOS.A total of 60 related signal pathways were obtained by GO enrichment *** mainly involves biological processes such as inhibiting abnormal proliferation and differentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells,inhibiting angiogenes

OBJECTIVES To establish a scoring system combining the ACEF score and the quantitative blood flow ratio(QFR) to improve the long-term risk prediction of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS In this population-based cohort study, a total of 46 features, including patient clinical and coronary lesion characteristics, were assessed for analysis through machine learning models. The ACEF-QFR scoring system was developed using 1263consecutive cases of CAD patients after PCI in PANDA Ⅲ trial database. The newly developed score was then validated on the other remaining 542 patients in the *** In both the Random Forest Model and the Deep Surv Model, age, renal function(creatinine), cardiac function(LVEF)and post-PCI coronary physiological index(QFR) were identified and confirmed to be significant predictive factors for 2-year adverse cardiac events. The ACEF-QFR score was constructed based on the developmental dataset and computed as age(years)/EF(%) + 1(if creatinine ≥ 2.0 mg/d L) + 1(if post-PCI QFR ≤ 0.92). The performance of the ACEF-QFR scoring system was preliminarily evaluated in the developmental dataset, and then further explored in the validation dataset. The ACEF-QFR score showed superior discrimination(C-statistic = 0.651;95% CI: 0.611-0.691, P < 0.05 versus post-PCI physiological index and other commonly used risk scores) and excellent calibration(Hosmer–Lemeshow χ^(2)= 7.070;P = 0.529) for predicting 2-year patient-oriented composite endpoint(POCE).
