Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3N4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3N4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

The size and shape effect(SSE) of components has become a critical issue for mechanical properties, application reliability, and processing. In this study, the creep rupture life(CRL) of components with different wall thicknesses and positions in a combustion chamber casing simulator made of K439B superalloy was investigated. The intrinsic mechanisms of the SSE were explored from the dendrite structure, volume fraction and size of the γ' phase, and element segregation, etc. It is shown that this casting exhibits a strong SSE of creep rupture life, characterized by a significant difference in the CRL values up to 60% with the variation of wall thickness and position in the casing. In terms of casting technology, the influence of SSE on CRL is actually determined by the cooling rate. The SSE on the creep rupture life originates from the dendrite structure(such as the secondary dendrite arm spacing), volume fraction size of the γ' phase in the dendrite trunk, and elements segregation rate. This work may have implications for the design and application of engineering components with large sizes and complex structures.

With the continuous increase in the disposal volume of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),properly recycling spent LIBs has become essential for the advancement of the circular *** study presents a systematic analysis of the chlorination roasting kinetics and proposes a new two-step chlorination roasting process that integrates thermodynamics for the recycling of LIB cathode *** activation energy for the chloride reaction was 88.41 kJ/mol according to thermogravimetric analysis–derivative thermogravimetry data obtained by using model-free,model-fitting,and Z(α)function(αis conversion rate).Results indicated that the reaction was dominated by the first-order(F1)model when the conversion rate was less than or equal to 0.5 and shifted to the second-order(F2)model when the conversion rate exceeded *** conditions were determined by thoroughly investigating the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,and the mass ratio of NH_(4)Cl to LiCoO_(2).Under the optimal conditions,namely 400℃,20 min,and NH_(4)Cl/LiCoO_(2)mass ratio of 3:1,the leaching efficiency of Li and Co reached 99.43% and 99.05%,*** of the roasted products revealed that valuable metals in LiCoO_(2)transformed into CoCl_(2) and ***,the reaction mechanism was elucidated,providing insights for the establishment of a novel low-temperature chlorination roasting technology based on a crystal structure *** technology can guide the development of LIB recycling processes with low energy consumption,low secondary pollution,high recovery efficiency,and high added value.

Proton exchange membrane fuel cells （PEMFCs） provide an appealing sustainable energy system,with the solid-electrolyte membrane playing a crucial role in its overall ***,sulfonated poly（1,4-phenylene ether-ether sulfone）(SPEES),an aromatic hydrocarbon polymer,has garnered considerable attention as an alternative to Nafion ***,the long-term durability and stability of SPEES present a significant *** this context,we introduce a potential solution in the form of an additive,specifically a core–shell-based amine-functionalized iron titanate （A–Fe2TiO5）,which holds promise for improving the lifetime,proton conductivity,and power density of SPEES in *** modified SPEES/A–Fe2TiO5composite membranes exhibited notable characteristics,including high water uptake,enhanced thermomechanical stability,and oxidative ***,the SPEES membrane loaded with 1.2 wt%of A–Fe2TiO5demonstrates a maximum proton conductivity of 155 mS cm-1,a twofold increase compared to the SPEES membrane,at 80°C under 100%relative humidity （RH）.Furthermore,the 1.2 wt%of A–Fe2TiO5/SPEES composite membranes exhibited a maximum power density of 397.37 mW cm-2and a current density of 1148 mA cm-2at 60°C under 100%RH,with an opencircuit voltage decay of 0.05 m V/h during 103 h of continuous *** study offers significant insights into the development and understanding of innovative SPEES nanocomposite membranes for PEMFC applications.

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FLS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FLS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FLS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

Numerous methods have been proposed to unscramble object information from degraded scattered images, resulting in considerable improvements in image contrast in degraded scenarios [1].
