The correlation between the longitudinal crack occurrence and integrated heat transfer of the mold with data mining methods was ***,three kinds of support vector machine models based on principal component analysis with different input features were established to explore the effect of integrated heat transfer on the accuracy of the prediction model for the longitudinal *** results show that the accuracy was improved while features including mean and standard deviation of integrated heat transfer were ***,the difference in integrated heat transfer between defect and normal samples under the same process parameters was quantitatively *** with normal samples,the temperature difference of cooling water for defect samples decreased by 0.65%,and the temperature difference fluctuation increased by 31.1%.Finally,the literature data were used to provide support for the quantitative correlation according to defect formation mechanism.A new criterion for the prediction of longitudinal crack and a discovering method for correlation between product quality and process parameters in the manufacturing industry have been provided.

Epithelioid angiosarcomas （EAS） are very uncommon tumors accounting for less than 1% of all sarcomaand most frequently occur in the skin and subcuits. Primary angiosarcomas in alimentary tract are very rare, especially in esophagus and only one case has been reported in the Chinese literature.I Evidence-based advice regarding optimal management is lacking. Here, we reported a case of 54-year-old man who was found to have EAS in the esophagus.

不同产地甘草中核苷和碱基类成分分析与评价

为揭示不同产地甘草物质基础不同,本研究采用UPLC-TQ/MS测定153批不同产地甘草样品中12种核苷、碱基类成分含量,并利用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)进行不同产地质量特征分析。研究结果显示,不同产地总核苷、碱基类成分含量宁夏>甘肃>内蒙古>新疆,产地之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。甘草核苷类成分以胞苷和鸟苷含量较高,二者占总核苷和碱基含量的26.2%~47.8%;碱基类成分以腺嘌呤和鸟嘌呤较高,二者占总核苷和碱基含量的19.3%~38.7%。基于测定的12种核苷、碱基类成分,PLS-DA判别分析可以将不同产地的甘草分为两组,一组为宁夏和内蒙古产甘草,另外一组为甘肃和新疆产甘草,主要差异成分为鸟嘌呤、腺嘌呤、尿苷、胞苷和鸟苷。进一步采用PLS-DA分别分析两个组内不同产地的甘草质量特征显示,甘肃和新疆产甘草可以明确区分,宁夏和内蒙古产甘草不能准确区分。以上研究结果表明,不同产地甘草中核苷、碱基类成分存在差异,进而影响其质量特征。基于核苷、碱基类成分分析,宁夏和内蒙古产甘草质量一致度较高。本研究为揭示不同产地甘草质量存在差异提供了理论支持,为其合理开发利用奠定了基础。

目的探讨三子养亲汤合二陈汤联合温针灸治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月南阳医学高等专科学校附属中医院收治的痰浊阻肺型COPD急性加重期患者150例作为研究对象,按照信封随机法分为对照组与联合组,各75例。对照组在常规治疗基础上进行温针灸治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合三子养亲汤合二陈汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症指标、肺通气功能、生活质量[慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床呼吸问卷(CCQ)评分]及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,两组肺通气功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且联合组比对照组更高(P0.05)。结论三子养亲汤合二陈汤联合温针灸治疗痰浊阻肺型COPD患者的效果显著,可显著改善临床症状,恢复肺通气功能,降低炎症因子水平,提升生活质量,具有较高安全性。

Prediction of maximum carbon element content in continuous casting billets of 82B cord steel based on statistics of extreme values method

The research of carbon content along the casting direction of 82B cord steel billets is of great significance for improvingthe quality of cord products from subsequent ***,the traditional segregation and billets quality evaluationmethods have certain limitations,such as sampling length and analysis *** affect the accuracy of quality *** statistics of extreme values(SEV)was introduced to predict the maximum value of carbon element contentalong the casting direction,which can quantitatively characterize the segregation *** size of the selected billet is150 mm×150 mm,and the sampling location is the centerline of the *** experiment was conducted by consideringthe effect of cooling intensity and casting speed on the maximum value of carbon element ***,the calculationresults show that the SEN method can predict the maximum value of carbon element content along the casting directionof 82B cord steel,and the SEV method is proved to be effective by analyzing the carbon distribution and fluctuation in *** some extent,the SEV method can break the limitations of the sampling length and analysis area by predicting themaximum value of carbon element on a larger range of continuous casting billets with few *** the continuouscasting process the increase in cooling intensity makes the surface shrinking rate increase,which can slow down the flowof solute-enriched liquid to the center,and the center segregation can be *** the other hand,the function area ofthe final electromagnetic stirring can be expanded with the increase in the casting speed,which can reduce the concentration of carbon element in the center of the billets and reduce the maximum value of carbon element *** can providea new theoretical reference for the quantitative calculation of carbon content in continuous casting billets and the qualityevaluation of continuous casting billcts.

Based on coal seam geological condition and mining technological characteristic in Jisan Mine, coal seamgeological condition is quantitative evaluated by using fuzzy evaluation with the view of coal mining and coalfaceproduction. The structure and index system of evaluation factor, the membership functions and weights of evaluationfactor, evaluation model and reliability in the coal seam geological conditions are expounded in detail. Eighty-twocoalfaces which will be exploited is classified. All of these have provided a theoretical foundation for the selection ofcoal mining technology and for sustainable development of the coal mine.

High-amylose maize starch has great pote ntial for widespread in dustrial use due to its ability to form strong gels and film and in the food processi ng field,thus servi ng as a resista nt starch ***,there is still a substa ntial shortage of high-amylose maize due to the limitation of natural germplasm resources,although the well-known amylose extender(ae)gene mutants have bee n found to produce high-amylose maize lines since *** this con text,high-amylose maize lines(13 inbreds and 18 hybrids)originating from a natural amylose mutant in our testing field were utilized to study the correlation between amylose content(AC)and phenotypic traits(kernel morphology and endosperm glossiness),grain filling characteristics,gene expression,and amylose *** results showed that AC was negatively correlated with total starch con tent but was not correlated with grain phe no types,such as kernel full ness,kernel morphology and endosperm *** lines with higher amylose had a greater grain filling rate than that of the controI(B73)during the first 20 days after pollination(DAP).Both starch debranching enzyme(DBE)groups and starch branching enzyme lib(SBEIIb)groups showed a greater abundance in the control(B73)than in the high-amylose maize *** parents directly predicted AC of Fv which was moderately positively correlated with the F2 generation.
