甲基苯乙烯作为一种环保新材料,可代替苯乙烯,广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、涂料、黏合剂以及功能性材料中,其毒性低、稳定性高,可实现下游产品无毒化生产,对构建绿色化工具有重要意义。通过对甲基苯乙烯的生产技术演进、研究现状、产品应用网络进行专利分析研究发现,间、对位甲基苯乙烯的高纯度生产是该领域的研究重点。应加强高性能催化剂研发、优化或开发新工艺路线,加快甲基苯乙烯规模化生产步伐。此外,由于甲基苯乙烯下游应用领域基本被国外企业垄断,国内应加大相关研发投入,促进我国甲基苯乙烯市场规模化应用。

In this paper, we discuss conditional stability of solitary-wave solutions in the sense of Liapunov for the generalized compound KdV equation and the generalized compound KdV-Burgers equations. Linear stability of the exact solitary-wave solutions is proved for the above two types of equations when the small disturbance of travelling wave form satisfies some special conditions.

TiN coating was prepared by reactive plasma spraying in the Ar and N2 containing plasma jet. The resuits of XRD show that the TiN coating consists of TiN and Ti3 O, neither Ti2 N nor TiO2 phases. The toughening mechanism was characterized by analyzing the SEM morphologies of the TiN coating＇s indentation of microhardness and fracture surfaces. The results indicate that the coating possesses a high toughness. The adhesion strength among the TiN layers is 25.88 MPa, which is slightly lower than that of the Ni/AI bonding coating. The oxidation process of the RPS TiN coating is TiN→Ti3 O→TiO2.

There is very thin soil layer in karst rocky desertification areas in Southwest China,sediment deposition and sediment yield in the karst area affects the development of vegetation *** the present study,the137Cs technique was used to assess the rate of sediment deposition and sediment yield in a small karst ***137Cs inventory within the depression varied between 800 m-2and 2,200 Bq m-2,with the mean value of 1,500.1 Bq ***137Cs reference inventory at a nearby reference site was 805.9 Bq *** could be inferred to that sediment deposition had occurred in the *** mean depth of sediments deposition in the depression was 6 cm and the deposition rate was approximately 0.13 cm *** analysis of the topographic characteristics of the catchment revealed that the sediment deposition occurred mainly at the lower part of the small ***,there was a sinkhole in the depression,little sediment had drained out with runoff through the sinkhole,because the local people built ridges around the sinkholes for storing *** to this,sediment yield rate in the small catchment was estimated to be approximately 19.25 to 27.5 t km-2yr-1,and the extremely low sediment yield was maybe the main obstacle to vegetation restoration in karst rocky desertification areas.

Microporosity formed in the solidification process of Al alloys is detrimental to the alloy properties.A two-dimensional cellular automaton(CA)model was developed to simulate the microstructure and microporosity formation in Al-Cu alloys,considering variations in Cu content and solidification *** results indicate that the Cu content primarily influences the growth of *** validate the model,directional solidification experiments were conducted on Al-Cu alloys with varing Cu contents and withdrawal *** experimental results of dendrites and microporosity characteristics agree well with the predictions from the developed model,thus confirming the validity of the *** alloy’s liquidus temperature,dendrite morphology,and hydrogen saturation solubility arising from different Cu contents have significant effects on microporosity *** withdrawal rate primarily affects the nucleation of hydrogen microporosity by altering cooling rates and dendritic growth rates,resulting in different microporosity characteristics.

Four coumarin derivatives（4a-4d） with different alkoxy chains were synthesized. It was found that compound 4d showed a better gelation ability than the other compounds, for example, it could self-assemble into organogels in various organic fluids via ultrasound treatment or heating-cooling process, whereas compound 4c could only gel in a few mixed solvents and compounds 4a, 4b could not form organogel. The results from fluorescent and FT-IR spectra indicate that π-π interaction had an effect on the formation of the organogels of compound 4d besides H-bonding and van der Waals interaction, which were the driving forces for the self-assembling of compound 4c in gel state. The gel of compound 4d in toluene could emit strong fluorescence under UV irradiation and the [2＋2] cyclo-addition was suggested by ^1H NMR and fluorescence spectroscopy. This light-sensitive organogel might find application in optical materials.

The complex wiring,bulky data collection devices,and difficulty in fast and on-site data interpretation significantly limit the practical application of flexible strain sensors as wearable *** tackle these challenges,this work develops an artificial intelligenceassisted,wireless,flexible,and wearable mechanoluminescent strain sensor system(AIFWMLS)by integration of deep learning neural network-based color data processing system(CDPS)with a sandwich-structured flexible mechanoluminescent sensor(SFLC)*** SFLC film shows remarkable and robust mechanoluminescent performance with a simple structure for easy *** CDPS system can rapidly and accurately extract and interpret the color of the SFLC film to strain values with auto-correction of errors caused by the varying color temperature,which significantly improves the accuracy of the predicted strain.A smart glove mechanoluminescent sensor system demonstrates the great potential of the AIFWMLS system in human gesture ***,the versatile SFLC film can also serve as a encryption *** integration of deep learning neural network-based artificial intelligence and SFLC film provides a promising strategy to break the“color to strain value”bottleneck that hinders the practical application of flexible colorimetric strain sensors,which could promote the development of wearable and flexible strain sensors from laboratory research to consumer markets.

Insulin is an essential and versatile protein taking part in the control of blood glucose levels and protein ***,under prolonged storage or high temperature stress,insulin tends to unfold and aggregate into toxic amyloid fibrils,leading to loss of physiological *** by natural chaperones,a series of temperature-sensitive polycaprolactone-based micelles were designed to prevent insulin from *** micelles were fabricated through the self-assembly of amphiphilic copolymers of methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(4-diethylformamide caprolactone-co-caprolactone)(mPEG_(17)-P(DECL-co-CL)),which had a regular spherical morphology with particle sizes of about 100 *** addition,the lower critical solution temperature(LCST)of the micelles could be tuned to 9 and 29℃by changing the ratio of DECL to *** from the temperature-sensitivity of DECL segment,the binding ability of micelles to insulin could be modulated by changing the *** LCST,micelles effectively inhibited insulin aggregation and protected it from thermal inactivation due to the strong binding ability between the hydrophobic segment DECL and *** LCST,DECL segment returned to hydrophilic and bound weakly with insulin,leading to the release of insulin and assisting in its recovery of secondary ***,these temperature-sensitive micelles provided an effective strategy for insulin protection.
