The poultry industry is experiencing rapid growth *** accelerated growth has led to multiple food fraud incidents across the food supply chain,which consequently created a demand for precise determination of quality poultry *** increase in demand for precise poultry production quality has necessitated advanced *** has emerged as a viable solution by offering detailed differentiation of biochemical indicators throughout the poultry supply ***,this study provides a means to address risk factors affecting the poultry industry without compromising animal welfare,which is a critical *** review focuses on important issues related to poultry product quality *** adulteration has escalated in recent years as it is driven by the increasing focus on cons.m.ng high-quality and nutritious ***,there is no specifc guideline for such determinations,especially when appearance,texture,and taste can be manipulated by substituting for food *** can pave the way for a deeper understanding of existing and novel biochemical indicators responsible for determining the quality of poultry meat and *** approach holds the potential to enhance the overall quality of poultry meat and egg products while also preventing food fraud.

In addition to their visible motion such as swimming(e.g.,with the help ofﬂagella),bacteria can also exhibit nanomotion that is detectable only with highly sensitive instruments,and this study shows that it is possible to detect bacterial nanomotion using an AFm detection *** results show that the nanomotion characteristics depend on the bacterial strain,and that nanomotion can be used to sense the metabolic activity of bacteria because the oscillations are sensitive to the food preferences of the bacteria and the type of surrounding medium.

Rhombohedral phase Hf_(x)Zr_(1.x)O_(2)(HZO,x from 0 to 1)films are promising for achieving robust ferroelectric polarization without the need for an initial wake-up pre-cycling,as is normally the case for the more commonly studied orthorhombic ***,a large spontaneous polarization observed in rhombohedral films is not fully understood,and there are also large discrepancies between experimental and theoretical *** this work,in rhombohedral ZrO_(2)thin films,we show that oxygen vacancies are not only a key factor for stabilizing the phase,but they are also a source of ferroelectric polarization in the *** is shown experimentally through the investigation of the structural properties,chemical composition and the ferroelectric properties of the films before and after an annealing at moderate temperature(400℃)in an oxygen environment to reduce the V_(o)concentration *** experimental work is supported by density functional theory(DFT)calculations which show that the rhombohedral phase is the most stable one in highly oxygen defective ZrO_(2)*** DFT calculations also show that V_(o)contribute to the ferroelectric *** findings reveal the importance of V_(o)for stabilizing rhombohedral ZrO_(2)thin films with superior ferroelectric properties.

The availability of nitrogen(N)is crucial for both the productivity of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems ***,the overuse of artificial fertilizers and the energy required to fix nitrogen have pushed the global nitrogen cycle(N-cycle)past its safe operating limits,leading to severe nitrogen pollution and the production of significant amounts of greenhouse gas nitrous oxide(N2O).The anaerobic ammonium oxidation(anammox)mechanism can counteract the release of ammonium and N2O in many oxygenlimited situations,assisting in the restoration of the homeostasis of the Earth’s N *** this work,we looked into the characteristics of the anammox hotspots’distribution across various types of ecosystems *** hotspots are present at diverse oxic-anoxic interfaces in terrestrial systems,and they are most prevalent at the oxic-anoxic transition zone in aquatic *** on the discovery of an anammox hotspot capable of oxidizing ammonium anoxically into N2 without N2O by-product,we then designed an innovative concept and technical routes of nature-based anammox hotspot geoengineering for climate change,biodiversity loss,and efficient utilization of water *** 15 years of actual use,anammox hotspot geoengineering has proven to be effective in ensuring clean drinking water,regulating the climate,fostering plant and animal diversity,and enhancing longterm environmental *** sustainable biogeoengineering of anammox could be a workable natural remedy to resolve the conflicts between environmental pollution and food security connected to N management.

Image authentication techniques have recently received a lot of attention for protecting images against unauthorized *** to the wide use of the Internet nowadays,the need to ensure data integrity and authentication *** techniques,such as watermarking and encryption,are used for securing images transmitted via the *** majority of watermarking systems are PC-based,but they are not very *** watermarking methods need to be developed to accommodate real-time applications and provide *** paper presents hybrid data security techniques using a zero watermarking method to provide copyright protection for the transmitted color images using multi-channel orthogonal Legendre Fourier moments of fractional orders.m.rLFms)and the advanced encryption standard(AEs)algorithm on a low-cost Raspberry *** order to increase embedding robustness,the watermark picture is scrambled using the Arnold *** watermarking is implemented on the Raspberry Pi to produce a real-time ownership verification *** sending the ownership verification key and the original image to the monitoring station,we can encrypt the transmitted data with AEs for additional security and hide any viewable *** receiver next verifies the received image’s integrity to confirm its authenticity and that it has not been tampered *** assessed the suggested algorithm’s resistance to many *** suggested algorithm provides a reasonable degree of robustness while still being *** proposed method provides improved bit error rate(BER)and normalized correlation(NC)values compared to previous zero watermarking *** performance analysis is performed to demonstrate its *** a 256×256 image size,it takes only 2 s to apply the zero-watermark algorithm on the Raspberry Pi.

The Ti−45Nb(wt.%)alloy properties were investigated in relation to its potential biomedical *** surface modification was utilized to improve its performance in biological *** a result of the laser treatment,(Ti,Nb)O scale was formed and various.m.rphological features appeared on the alloy *** electrochemical behavior of Ti−45Nb alloy in s.m.lated body conditions was evaluated and showed that the alloy was highly resistant to corrosion deterioration regardless of additional laser surface modification ***,the improved corrosion resistance after laser treatment was evident(the corrosion current density of the alloy before laser irradiation was 2.84×10^(−8)A/cm2,while that after laser treatment with 5 mJ was 0.65×10^(−8)A/cm2)and ascribed to the rapid formation of a complex and passivating bi-modal surface oxide *** cytotoxicity and effects of the Ti−45Nb alloy laser surface modification on the mRC-5 cell viability,morphology,and proliferation were also *** Ti−45Nb alloy showed no cytotoxic ***,cells showed improved viability and adherence to the alloy surface after the laser irradiation *** highest average cell viability of 115.37%was attained for the alloy laser-irradiated with 15 *** showed that the laser surface modification can be successfully utilized to significantly improve alloy performance in a biological environment.
