One of the m.st com.on kinds of cancer is breast *** early detection of it m.y help lower its overall rates of *** this paper,we robustly propose a novel approach for detecting and classifying breast cancer regions in therm.l *** proposed approach starts with data preprocessing the input im.ges and segm.nting the significant regions of *** addition,to properly train the m.chine learning m.dels,data augm.ntation is applied to increase the num.er of segm.nted regions using various scaling *** the other hand,to extract the relevant features from.the breast cancer cases,a set of deep neural networks(VGGNet,ResNet-50,alexNet,and GoogLeNet)are *** resulting set of features is processed using the binary dipper throated algorithm.to select the m.st effective features that can realize high classification *** selected features are used to train a neural network to finally classify the therm.l im.ges of breast *** achieve accurate classification,the param.ters of the em.loyed neural network are optim.zed using the continuous dipper throated optim.zation *** results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in classifying the breast cancer cases when com.ared to other recent approaches in the ***,several experim.nts were conducted to com.are the perform.nce of the proposed approach with the other *** results of these experim.nts em.hasized the superiority of the proposed approach.

Reaction of indole-3-carboxaldehydes 4 with hydrazine derivatives and different substituted acid hydrazides afforded the corresponding hydrazine derivatives 5a-c and acid hydrazide derivatives 7-11 respectively. Condensation of indole-3-carboxaldehydes 4 with phenacyl brom.de and thiourea gives 1,3-thiazol-2-am.ne derivative 18. On the other hand, reaction 4 with 3-acetylchrom.ne-2-one afforded chalcone derivative 19. Com.ound 4 undergoing Knoevenagel condensation with cyanoacetam.de, ethyl cyanoacetate, benzim.dazol-2-ylacetonitrile, rhodanine-3-acetic acid, 2,3-dihydropyrim.din-4-one derivative and 2,4-dihydropyrazol-3-one afforded the com.ounds 20a,b, 22, 23, 27 and 28 respectively. The structure of the newly synthesized com.ounds has been confirm.d by elem.ntal analysis and spectra data. Tem.erature is one of the m.st principle factors affects aquaculture system. The water tem.erature is very im.ortant param.ter for shrim. growth. It can cause stress and m.rtality or superior environm.nt for growth and reproduction. The required tem.erature for optim.l growth is 34oC, if tem.erature increase up to 38oC it causes death of the shrim., so it is im.ortant to control water tem.erature. Solar therm.l water heating system.is designed to supply an aquaculture pond with the required hot water in m.rsa m.truh in Egypt as presented in this paper. This paper introduces a com.lete m.them.tical m.deling and m.TLAB SIm.LINK m.del for the solar therm.l aquaculture system. m.reover the paper presents the control of pond water tem.erature using artificial intelligence technique. Neural networks are m.ssively parallel processors that have the ability to learn patterns through a training experience. Because of this feature, they are often well suited for m.deling com.lex and non-linear processes such as those com.only found in the heating system. They have been used to solve com.licated practical problem.. The sim.lation results indicate that, the control unit success in keeping water tem.erature constant at the desired tem.erature by controlling the hot water flow rate.

Introduction: This study investigated the incidence, surgical m.nagem.nt and outcom. of Gastrointestinal Strom.l Tum.rs (GIST) in Upper Egypt. m.thods: A retrospective review of all GIST patients adm.tted a South Egypt Cancer Institute between Jan. 2010 and Dec. 2015 was conducted. Patients’ dem.graphics, clinical presentation, tum.r characteristics, radiological, pathological and im.unohistochem.cal findings, surgical procedures, recurrence and m.rtality were recorded. Results: A total of 36 GIST patients were identified, stom.ch was the m.st com.on site (27.8%) followed by the sm.ll intestine (19.4%) and the large intestine (16.7%). The m.an age at tim. of diagnosis as 52.8 ± 14.4 (ranged from.17 to 76 years). Of these 36 cases, 20 (55.6%) cases were m.les and 16 (44.4%) cases were fem.les with a ratio of 1.2:1. About 22 cases (61.1%) presented with prim.ry tum.rs, eight cases (22.2%) had prim.ry tum.rs and m.tastases, three cases (8.35) presented with recurrent m.ss, whereas one case (2.2%) presented either with recurrent m.ss and m.tastases or m.tastases only. The m.jority of cases (22) had tum.rsize >5 cm. Patients were stratified as high, interm.diate, low and very low risk (50.6%, 30.6%, 11.1% and 2.8%, respectively). alm.st all the cases were surgically m.naged and 75% were com.letely resectable. During follow up (average 26.5 m.nths), 22 patients showed com.lete recovery, 7 had recurrent or m.tastatic disease and 2 died due to liver m.tastasis. Conclusion: The incidence of GIST in Upper Egypt is apparently low. Surgical resection is the preferred choice of treatm.nt. The dem.graphic data of GIST patients in South Egypt Cancer institute were sim.lar to those published in the literature. Other prospective studies are required to assess the prognosis and the effect of treatm.nt.

Introduction: Organ phosphorus (OP) toxicity has been studied extensively because of its world wide use. Toxicity of organophosphates is the result of inhibition of acetyl cholinesterase resulting in cholinergic signs. Aim.of the Work: To evaluate initial indicators that can indicate prognosis of patients in OP poisoning. m.terials and m.thods: A retrospective study conducted in Zagazig university hospital over a year. OP poisoning was clinically diagnosed with history of OP com.ound exposure and confirm.d by low pseudo cholinesterase levels. Results: In the present study, 76 patients were enrolled. m.jor cases were m.le. High m.rtality rates were in the youth and in prolonged ventilated patients. The m.rtality rate was proportionally related to lag tim. after exposure and plasm. pseudo cholinesterase levels. Electrolyte disturbance did not affect clinical outcom.. Conclusion: From.this study, it could be concluded that m.rtality is directly proportionate to the lag tim., am.unt of OP consum.d, clinical severity, pseudo cholinesterase levels and duration of ventilator support. This study helps in rapid diagnosis, and rapid early and effective treatm.nt, which m.y result in decreasing the m.rbidity and m.rtality rates. Recom.endation: It is recom.ended to increase awareness regarding the rapid diagnosis, and rapid effective treatm.nt of organ phosphorous.

CD62L Percentage in Peripheral T Cells of Kidney Transplant Recipients Children

Backgrounds: Recent advances in post Kidney Transplantation (KT) care, have led to a dram.tic im.rovem.nt in short-term.outcom.s in order to achieve transplantation tolerance;including the ideal tool for clinical m.nitoring & new therapeutic line. This study was undertaken to analyze the CD62L in Kidney Transplant Recipients (KTRs) and to investigate its efficacy as a m.rker of good graft survival. m.thods: Fifty pediatric KTRs and 12 healthy controls were included in the study, the frequency of T cell activation m.rkers;CD62L was m.asured with flow cytom.try after renal transplantation. Clinical, laboratory, im.unosuppressive therapy data and graft function of transplant recipients were collected and correlated with their CD62L peripheral blood percentage. Results: The circulating CD62L% was significantly m.re in transplant recipients than controls (44.74% ± 17.45% vs. 33.36% ± 11.54%, p = 0.02). CD 62L% was m.re frequent in recipients of living related donors (p = 0.05), positively correlated with donor age (p = 0.04, r = -0.29*) and CD 4% (p = 0.000, r = 0.615). CD26L% did not show significant association with acute rejection or chronic rejection (p = 0.432, p = 0.91 respectively) or with graft function (serum.creatinine or eGFR, p = 0.086, p = 0.988 respectively) or im.unosuppressive m.dications. Conclusion: Peripheral CD62L% is increased after KT than healthy controls, however, it cannot reflect either clinical (serum.creatinine and eGFR) or pathological renal graft injury. CD62L surface m.rker needs m.re analysis for its potential diagnostic and therapeutic im.lications as a Treg cell activation m.rker.

The m.diterranean Sea is hom. to an interesting biodiversity. The current cum.lative and descriptive study aim. to enum.rate som. relatively large m.rine m.m.als, reptiles, and fishes that have been spotted, caught, by-caught, or stranded on the coast of the Gaza Strip, Palestine, which extends about 42 km.along the m.diterranean Sea. This 20-year study from.2003 to 2022 relied m.ch on frequent field visits, m.etings, and discussions with stakeholders, following local m.dia sites and social m.dia pages, and photography. The study recorded at least 26 giants or relatively large m.rine organism. on the m.diterranean coast of the Gaza Strip, Palestine. Certainly, the com.ng years m.y bring other m.rine organism. of relatively large sizes. m.rine m.m.als included three species of cetaceans with the Fin Whale (Balaenoptera physalus) being the largest m.m.al and even the largest anim.l ever recorded in this study. m.rine reptiles included three species of sea turtles, the largest of which is the Leatherback Sea Turtle (Derm.chelys coriacea), which is in fact the world’s largest sea turtle. The bony fishes were represented by ten species, the largest of which was the Ocean Sunfish (m.la m.la), which is the largest bony fish in the world. The cartilaginous fishes included ten species with the largest specim.ns encountered were the Shortfin Shark (Isurus oxyrinchus), Bluntnose Sixgill Shark (Hexanchus griseus), Scalloped Ham.erhead Shark (Sphyrna lewini), and Giant Devil Ray (m.bula m.bular). Seabirds were not included in the study. The alexandria Pom.ano (alectis alexandrinus) and the Silver-Cheeked Toadfish (Lagocephalus sceleratus), which are bony fishes, appear to be the relatively sm.llest m.rine organism. recorded here. In conclusion, the role of the various parties m.st be coordinated to ensure the sustainability of hum.n activities and their com.atibility with the task of conserving local m.rine biota, including the gigantic or relatively large ones.
