The burgeoning growth of the new energy vehicles and aviation industry has escalated the need for energy storage capacitors capable of stable operation in harsh *** advent of metal-polyimide complexes has illuminated a novel approach for preparing tem perature-resistant ***,the general application of these metal-polyimide com plexes is impeded by the high dielectric loss and low breakdown strength,consequences of main-chain coordination and excessive metal ions ***,our study proposes a novel polyimideCu complex material(POP-Cu)predicated on side-chain-type pyridine-Cu coordination,utilizing the structural backbone PMDA-ODA of mature commercial PI(Kapton)with reliable *** to the high degree of freedom afforded by the side chain with suppressed relaxation activation energy and the long-range electron delocalization formed by d-πcoordination,the dielectric constant of this material containing merely 2.7 mol%Cu increases from 3.25(POPI)to 5.58,while maintaining a remarkably low dielectric loss of ***,this material exhibits a substantial DC breakdown strength of 436.2 MV·m^(-1)and a high energy density of 5.42 J·cm^(-3),coupled with superior mechanical and thermal *** at 150℃,it retains over 90%of its room-temperature energy density,demon strating notable dielectric stability under high *** attributes underscore its promising application for capacitors operating in harsh environments.

Metal-containing covalent organic frameworks(MCOFs),as a class of crystalline organic polymers with abundant single-atom metal sites,can respond effectively to various vital reactions,including hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR),oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The advent of MCOFs provides a platform for the establishment of model catalysts with highly repetitive structure to facilitate theoretical calculations and high-throughput screening while designing flexibility in mono-mer construction to lay the foundation for the development of highly selective and active photo/*** this review,we summarize the recent progress in this field and highlight several important MCOFs photo/electrocatalysts for OER,ORR,HER,and CO_(2)***,various approaches are also mentioned to improve or optimize the catalysts and indicate the future research direction on enhancing the performance of MCOFs catalysts based on the current existing challenges.

Palladium-assisted Metal Patterning on Polyimide Surfaces

A novel method of patterning high precision copper conductive micropatterns on flexible polymer substrate(polyimide)is *** utilized the coordination effect between palladium salts and pyridine structures to fix the palladium chloride(PdCl_(2))on the surface of polymer film while the 2,6-dimethylpyridine structures formed in the specific areas under ultraviolet light guaranteed the resolution of final *** thermal reduction of PdCl_(2) on the surface can be achieved in the process of thermal cyclization of the polymer *** a consequence,the obtained polyimide(PI)film can be patterned with conductive copper micropatterns directly by electroless *** particular,we accomplished the deposition of high precision copper pattern with a minimum line width of 50μm and minimum line spacing of 20μm on PI thin films(thickness~10μm)by electroless *** prepared conductive copper micropatterns exhibit a low resistivity of 1.78μΩ·cm the same as the pure block *** the relationship between the structures of the polymer chains and the physical properties of polymer substrates,such as the dimensional stability,mechanical and dielectric properties were also discussed in *** simple and novel method of patterning metal on the polymer surface does not need to achieve the catalytic metal adhesion required for electroless plating at the cost of destroying the substrate surface and avoiding the introduction of unstable *** patterning method is compatible with the current roll-to-roll production process and can be used to develop high-performance micro-integrated circuits.

Cloud-Model-Based Feature Engineering to Analyze the Energy-Water Nexus of a Full-Scale Wastewater Treatment Plant

Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)are important and energy-intensive municipal *** energy consumption and relatively low operating performance are major challenges from the perspective of carbon ***,water-energy nexus analysis and models for WWTPs have rarely been reported to *** this study,a cloud-model-based energy consumption analysis(CMECA)of a WWTP was conducted to explore the relationship between influent and energy consumption by clustering its influent’s *** principal component analysis(PCA)and K-means clustering were applied to classify the influent condition using water quality and volume *** energy consumption of the WWTP is divided into five standard evaluation levels,and its cloud digital characteristics(CDCs)were extracted according to bilateral constraints and golden ratio *** results showed that the energy consumption distribution gradually dispersed and deviated from the Gaussian distribution with decreased water concentration and *** days with high energy efficiency were extracted via the clustering method from the influent category of excessive energy consumption,represented by a compact-type energy consumption distribution curve to identify the influent conditions that affect the steady distribution of energy *** local WWTP has high energy consumption with 0.3613 kW·h·m^(-3)despite low influent concentration and volumes,across four consumption levels from low(I)to relatively high(IV),showing an unsatisfactory operation and management *** average oxygenation capacity,internal reflux ratio,and external reflux ratio during high energy efficiency days recognized by further clustering were obtained(0.2924-0.3703 kg O_(2)·m^(-3),1.9576-2.4787,and 0.6603-0.8361,respectively),which could be used as a guide for the days with low energy ***,this study offers a water-energy nexus analysis method to identify influent conditions with operational manageme

In this study,a novel equivalent damping ratio model that is suitable for reinforced concrete(RC)structures considering cyclic degradation behavior is developed,and a new equivalent linearization analysis method for implementing the proposed equivalent damping ratio model for use in seismic damage evaluation is *** this end,Ibarra’s peak-oriented model,which incorporates an energy-based degradation rule,is selected for representing hysteretic behavior of RC structure,and the optimized equivalent damping for predicting the maximum displacement response is presented by using the empirical method,in which the effect of cyclic degradation is ***,the relationship between the hysteretic energy dissipation of the inelastic system and the elastic strain energy of the equivalent linear system is established so that the proposed equivalent linear system can be directly integrated with the Park-Ang seismic model to implement seismic damage *** to the simplicity of the equivalent linearization method,the proposed method provides an efficient and reliable way of obtaining comprehensive insight into the seismic performance of RC *** verification demonstrates the validity of the proposed method.

Construction of RuO2-Ru/MoO2@carbon cloth bifunctional electrocatalyst for efficient overall water splitting

Efficient bifunction electrocatalyst is extremely interesting for electrochemical overall water splitting （OWS）.Herein,a new RuO2-Ru/MoO2@CC（RRM/CC） bifunctional electrocatalyst was prepared via a solid phase reaction *** obtain a suitable precursor for SPR,MoS2nanosheets and RuO2nanoparticles （NPs）were sequentially loaded onto carbon cloth conductive ***,the prepared RuO2/MoS2/CC precursor was sealed in a furnace and annealed in Ar to trigger the redox *** SPR,active RuO2-Ru/MoO2units containing metal–metal oxide interfaces were formed on CC substrate *** optimized RRM/CC sample annealed at 400℃ exhibited a overpotential of 13 m V for hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） and 231 mV for oxygen evolution reaction （OER） at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition,respectively,which can be deduced to the modulated electronic structure and unique hierarchica *** addition,a low cell voltage of 1.48 V for OWS was required at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition Meanwhile,RRM/CC exhibited excellent pH-independent durability.

A Major QTL, Ghd8, Plays Pleiotropic Roles in Regulating Grain Productivity, Plant Height, and Heading Date in Rice

Rice yield and heading date are two distinct traits controlled by quantitative trait loci （QTLs）. The dissection of molecular mechanisms underlying rice yield traits is important for developing high-yielding rice varieties. Here, we report the cloning and characterization of Ghd8, a major QTL with pleiotropic effects on grain yield, heading date, and plant height. Two sets of near isogenic line populations were developed for the cloning of GhdS. Ghd8 was narrowed down to a 20-kb region containing two putative genes, of which one encodes the OsHAP3 subunit of a CCAAT-box binding protein （HAP complex）; this gene was regarded as the Ghd8 candidate. A complementary test confirmed the identity and pleiotropic effects of the gene; interestingly, the genetic effect of Ghd8 was dependent on its genetic background. By regulating Ehdl, RFT1, and Hd3a, Ghd8 delayed flowering under long-day conditions, but promoted flowering under short-day conditions. Ghd8 up-regulated MOC1, a key gene controlling tillering and branching; this increased the number of tillers, primary and secondary branches, thus producing 50% more grains per plant. The ectopic expression of Ghd8 in Arabidopsis caused early flowering by 10 d-a situation similar to the one observed by its homolog AtHAP3b, when compared to wild-type under long-day conditions; these findings indicate the conserved function of Ghd8 and AtHAP3b in flowering in Arabidopsis. Our results demonstrated the important roles of Ghd8 in rice yield formation and flowering, as well as its opposite functions in flowering between rice and Arabidopsis under long-day conditions.

Dual-Confined Bead-Like CoSe_(2)@NC@NCNFs Bifunctional Catalyst Boosting Rechargeable Zinc-Air Batteries

Rationally developing efficient and durable bifunctional catalysts toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is critical for rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,a bead-like CoSe_(2)@NC@NCNFs bifunctional catalyst was designed and fabricated by confining cubic CoSe_(2)nanoparticles to three-dimensional(3D)porous MOFs-derived nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)and one-dimensional(1D)N-doped carbon nanofibers(NCNFs)through a facile encapsulate *** 1D/3D continuous network structure contributes to the improvement of specific surface area and electronic conductivity,while the strong synergistic effect between CoSe_(2)sites and Co-Nx-C sites can effectively enhance electron/mass transfer and reduce the diffusion *** as-constructed CoSe_(2)@NC@NCNFs catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity and stability toward ORR/OER with a high half-wave potential of 0.80 V(***)in ORR and a low overpotential of 280 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)in *** encouragingly,the rechargeable ZABs with CoSe_(2)@NC@NCNFs cathode deliver high peak power densities(126.8 mW·cm^(−2)),large specific capacities(763.1 mA·h·g^(−1)),and robust charge-discharge cycling stability over 240 *** study provides a facile strategy for designing efficient bifunctional catalysts for rechargeable energy conversion applications.
