Automatic discovery and composition of Web services is an important research area in Web service technology, in which the specification of Web services is a key issue. This paper presents a Web service capability description framework based on the environment ontology. This framework depicts Web services capability in two aspects： the operable environment and the environment changes resulting from behaviors of the Web service. On the basis of the framework, a requirement-driven Web service composition model has been constructed. This paper brings forward the formalization of Web service interactions with π calculus. And an automatic mechanism converting conceptual capability description to the formal process expression has been built. This kind of formal specification assists in verifying whether the composite Web service model matches the requirement.

Bone morphogenetic protein 4(BMP4)can induce the formation of chicken primordial germ cells(PGCs)in vitro;however,its regulatory mechanism in poultry remains *** study aimed to use RNA-seq to analyze PGCs in chicken embryos and iPGCs induced by BMP4 in vitro,clarify the internal regulatory factors of PGCs,analyze the mechanism of the formation of PGCs,and lay a theoretical foundation for the further optimization of PGCs induction *** stem cells(ESCs),PGCs and iPGCs induced by BMP4 in vitro were *** transcriptional maps of the three cell types were studied using *** results showed 6,142.genes differentially expressed between PGCs and iPGCs,of which 2.72. were upregulated in iPGCs and 3.414 were downregulated in *** to that in ESCs,BMP4 was significantly upregulated in PGCs and *** results showed that both the TGF-βand Wnt signaling pathways were activated during the formation of PGCs in vitro and in vivo,and the activation was more significant during iPGCs induced by *** expression of Nodal,an inhibitory factor of TGF-βsignaling,was significantly decreased in PGCs and iPGCs,but was not expressed in iPGCs,which further supports our ***,the Lysosome and PI3.-AKT signaling pathways were significantly enriched in PGCs and iPGCs,***,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results showed that the number of autolysosomes was significantly higher after the addition of BMP4,which is consistent with the KEGG ***,the number of PGCs was significantly reduced after ATG14 was interfered in vivo and in *** conclusion,this study screened out the key signaling pathways during the formation of PGCs,aiming to provide help for enriching the mechanism network regulating PGCs formation in chicken and laying a theoretical foundation for further improving the efficiency of inducing PGCs in vitro.

How to analyze flocking behaviors of a multi-agent system with local interaction functions is a challenging problem in *** and Tadmor in 2.11 also stressed the significance to assume that the interaction function is rapidly decaying or cut-off at a finite distance(*** and Tadmor in ***.2.11).In this paper,we study the flocking behavior of a Cucker–Smale type model with compactly supported interaction *** properties of a connected stochastic matrix,together with an elaborate analysis on perturbations of a linearized system,we obtain a sufficient condition imposed only on model parameters and initial data to guarantee ***,it is shown that the system achieves flocking at an exponential rate.

Herein,the successful preparation of a singleatom catalyst V-N-C using vanadium-doped zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-8 as a precursor is *** experimental results showed that the V-N-C had a good promoting effect on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2.,and the optimal addition amount of V-N-C was 10wt%.The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation apparent activation energies of 10 wt%V-N-C-catalyzed MgH_(2.were reduced by 44.9 and 53.5 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively,compared to those of additive-free MgH_(2..The 10 wt%V-N-C-catalyzed MgH_(2.could reabsorb 5.92.wt%of hydrogen in 50 min at 150℃,with a capacity retention rate of 99.1%after 3. cycles of hydrogen absorption and *** analysis showed that V-N-C was partially transformed into VN and metallic V when it was milled with MgH_(2.;the in-situ-formed VN and metallic V played an important role in improving the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2..This approach provides a potential solution for obtaining high-performance Mg-based hydrogen storage materials through synergistic interactions between V,N and C.

Based on the Indian and Chinese precipitation data and the NCEP-NCAR reanalysis circulation data, the relationship between the Indian summer monsoon (ISM) onset and the Meiyu over the Yangtze River Valley has been discussed by the methods of correlation analysis and composite analysis. The results show that the date of ISM onset over Kerala in the southwestern coast of the Indian Peninsula is about two weeks earlier than the beginning of the Meiyu over the Yangtze River Valley. After the outbreak of ISM, the teleconnection mode sets up from the western coast of India via the Bay of Bengal (BOB) to the Yangtze River Valley and southern Japan. It is different both in time and space from the telecon- nection mode which is from the northwest of India via the Tibetan Plateau to northern china. The for- mer mode is defined as the "south" teleconnection of the Asian summer monsoon, forming in the pe- riod of ISM onset; while the latter mode is called the "north" teleconnection, mainly occurring in the Asian monsoon culminant period. During the process of the "south" teleconnection’s formation, the Asian monsoon circulation has experienced a series of important changes: ISM onset, the northward movement of the south Asia high (SAH), the onset vortex occurrence, the eastward extension of the stronger tropical westerly belt, and the northeastward jump of the western Pacific subtropical high (WPSH), etc. Consequently, since ISM sets up over Kerala, the whole Asian continent is covered by the upper SAH after about two weeks, while in the mid- and lower troposphere, a strong wind belt forms from the Arabian Sea via the southern India, BOB and the South china Sea (SCS), then along the western flank of WPSH, to the Yangtze River Valley and southern Japan. With the northward moving of the subtropical jet streams, the upper westerly jet stream and the low level jet have been coupled ver- tically over east Asia, while the Yangtze River Valley happens to locate in the ascen{2. motion

Hydraulic fracturing is a mainstream technology for unconventional oil and gas reservoirs development all over the *** to use this technology to achieve high-level oil and gas resource extraction and how to form complex fracture networks as hydrocarbon transportation channels in tight reservoirs,which depends to a large extent on the interaction between hydraulic and pre-existing *** hydraulic fracturing of fractured reservoirs,the impact of natural fractures,perforation direction,stress disturbances,faults and other influencing factors will produce a mixed I&II mode hydraulic *** forecast whether hydraulic fractures cross pre-existing fractures,according to elastic mechanics and fracture mechanics,a stress state of cracks under the combination of tensile(I)and shear(II)is presented.A simple mixed-mode I&II hydraulic fracture's crossing judgment criterion is established,and the propagation of hydraulic fractures after encountering natural fractures is *** results show that for a given approaching angle there exists a certain range of stress ratio when crossing *** high approaching angle and large stress ratio,it is likely that hydraulic cracks will go directly through pre-existing *** reinitiated angle is always controlled within the range of approximately 3.among the main direction of penetration.

The buildings and structures of mines were monitored automatically using modern surveying technology. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, the deformation characteristics were found out from three aspects containing points, lines and regions, which play an important role in understanding the stable state of buildings and structures. The stability and deformation of monitoring points were analysed, and time-series data of monitoring points were denoised with wavelet analysis and Kalman filtering, and exponent function and periodic function were used to get the ideal deformation trend model of monitoring points. Through calculating the monitoring data obtained, analyzing the deformation trend, and cognizing the deformation regularity, it can better service mine safety production and decision-making.

We propose a new principle of the cascade utilization of both chemical energy and physical energy in energy systems with the integration of chemical processes and thermal cycles. Particularly, a general equation of energy levels of substance, Gibbs free energy of chemical reaction and physical energy is explicitly founded. On the basis of this equation, a chemical-looping combustion and an indirect combustion are investigated. Furthermore, a mechanism of energy release, with the combination of decreasing the energy level of Gibbs free energy and upgrading the energy level of low or middle- temperature thermal energy, is clarified. The promising results obtained here establish a theoretical basis for the further investigation of multi-function systems in which energy and the environment are compatible, and create a new approach to improve the performance of traditional thermal cycles.

Oxidation behavior of low-grade vanadiferous titanomagnetite concentrate with high titanium

In order to clarify the oxidation mechanisms and make better use of the low-grade vanadiferous titanomagnetite concentrate with high titanium(LVTC),the oxidation behavior of LVTC was *** results showed that oxidation degree was achieved within 90 min when temperature was not lower than 700°C,and the main phases of the oxidized LVTC consisted of Fe9TiO15,Fe2.3.CaSiTiO5 and a small amount of *** temperature is favorable to the formation of *** surface of LVTC gradually becomes rough,with fine particles of needle-like and granular shape appearing on the surface,which finally turn from laminar to creamy,spread out,and are interspersed with many tiny *** phase oxidation paths in LVTC were as follows:(1)Fe2.75Ti0.2.O4→Fe9TiO15+Fe2.3.(2.Fe2.75Ti0.2.O4→Fe2.3.FeTiO3.Fe2.iO5;(3.FeTiO3.Fe2.3.Fe2.i3.9→*** is predominantly mesoporous whether oxidized or not,with the pores mainly distributed in the range of 2.40 nm,and the specific surface area of LVTC decreases significantly with increasing temperature.
