Dynamic impact properties of deep sandstone under thermal-hydraulicmechanical coupling loads

The deep rock mass within coal mines situated in a challenging environment are characterized by high ground stress,high geotemperature,high osmotic water pressure,and dynamic disturbances from mechanical *** investigate the impact of this complex mechanical environment on the dynamic characteristics of roof sandstone in self-formed roadways without coal pillars,standard specimens of deep sandstone from the 2611 upper tunnel working face of the Yongmei Company within the Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group in Henan,China were prepared,and an orthogonal test was *** a self-developed geotechnical dynamic impact mechanics test system,triaxial dynamic impact tests under thermal-hydraulicmechanical coupling conditions were conducted on deep *** results indicate that under high confining pressure,deep sandstone exhibits pronounced brittle failure at low temperatures,with peak strength gradually decreasing as temperature and osmotic water pressure ***,under low confining pressure and low temperature,the brittleness of deep sandstone weakens gradually,while ductility ***,sandstone demonstrates higher peak strength at low temperatures under high axial pressure conditions,lower peak strength at high temperatures,and greater strain under low axial pressure and high osmotic water *** in impact air pressure and osmotic water pressure have proportionally greater effects on peak stress and peak *** 50%of the input strain energy is utilized as effective energy driving the sandstone fracture *** analysis identifies the optimal combination of factors affecting the peak stress and peak strain of *** the coupling effect,intergranular and transgranular fractures occur within the *** images illustrate that the damage forms range from minor damage with multiple fissures to extensive fractures and severe *** study elucidates the varied dynamic impact me

Settlement Control Standards of Construction and Expansion for Mountainous Highway Roadbeds

This article analyzes the differential settlement of new and old roadbeds after widening and its characteristics based on a highway reconstruction and expansion project case *** research proposes a subgrade settlement control standard that states that the maximum differential settlement value should be less than 5 cm when the embankment fill height exceeds 20 ***,the maximum differential settlement value should be less than 10 cm when the embankment fill height does not exceed 20 *** findings of the study can provide a useful reference for the design of roadbed widening in highway reconstruction and expansion projects.

为确定高桥隧比条件下高速公路桥隧相连的特长隧道洞口联络道的转换长度和结构形式,采用数值模拟方法,选用18.1 m的长头铰接列车为典型车辆,针对10 m~30 m五种左右幅间距及0°~45°四种行驶转换角度,模拟车辆行驶轨迹并计算联络道通行的最小长度。结果表明:1)在满足转换车道基本长度的前提下,模拟隧道洞口联络道推荐长度采用30 m或40 m;2)基于模拟结果推荐的联络道长度,为超高桥隧比的巫镇高速隧道洞口联络道设计提供了重要的基础依据;3)在运营期间,该高速的洞口联络道实现了养护维修或异常工况下的交通转换,有效提升了道路防灾减灾和运营养护能力,为类似工程的设计提供了有益参考。

Dynamic Mechanical Behavior and Numerical Simulation of an Ancient Underground Rock Mass under Impact Loading

To study the dynamic mechanical properties of tuff under different environmental conditions,the tuff from an ancient quarry in Shepan Island was *** impact damage to the rock was tested using a triaxial dynamic impact mechanical testing system(TDIMTS)with different ground stresses,temperatures,and groundwater *** time-strain relationship,dynamic stress-strain relationship,energy dissipation law,energy-peak strain relationship,and the impact damage pattern of the tuff specimens under impact air pressures were *** TDIMTS experiment on ancient underground rock mass under impact loading was also simulated using the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA based on the Holmquist-Johnson-Cook(HJC)material *** dynamic failure process,failure pattern and peak stress of tuff specimen were *** simulation results obtained using the above methods were in good agreement with the experimental *** results of the dynamic experiment show that with the same local stress,groundwater pressure,and temperature,the damage to the tuff specimens caused by blasting and quarrying disturbances gradually increases as the impact pressure *** the same local stress,groundwater pressure,and temperature,the energy required to rupture the tuffs in ancient underground caverns is relatively small if the impact pressure is low accordingly,but as the impact pressure increases,the damage to the tuff caused by quarrying disturbance gradually *** damage gradually increases and the degree of damage to the tuff and the strain energy exhibit asymptotic growth when the tuff specimens are subjected to the greater strain energy,increasing the degree of rupturing of the *** addition,the average crushing size decreases with increasing strain *** comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,it was found that the HJC model reflected the dynamic impact performance of tuff specimen,and the simulation results showe

为研究叶面施用有机硒、有机硅阻控剂对不同水稻品种富集重金属的影响,通过田间试验,在重金属污染严重地区开展筛选重金属低积累水稻品种和叶面阻控技术的研究,使水稻籽粒的重金属含量降低,从而达到粮食安全生产标准的要求。本研究选用6个广西当地主栽的晚稻品种,和市面上2种叶面阻控剂(一种硒类阻控剂,一种硅类阻控剂)作为研究对象,通过测定试验前后稻米样品中的重金属含量来开展对重金属污染土壤的安全利用技术研究。结果显示,6个水稻品种对重金属的吸附能力存在较大差异,其中,泰丰优208茎、叶的镉、砷含量均高于其他品种,泰丰优208稻米的镉含量最低,丝香1号稻米的砷含量最低。叶面施用硒类阻控剂、硅类阻控剂均可以有效降低稻米的镉含量,较CK分别下降了15.2%、17.1%;在叶面施用硒类阻控剂、硅类阻控剂也可以有效降低叶的镉含量及稻米的砷含量,叶的镉含量分别下降了12.7%、13.9%,稻米砷含量分别下降了15.9%、30.0%,同时硅类阻控剂还可以有效降低水稻叶砷含量。研究表明,施用硒类阻控剂、硅类阻控剂均可以减少砷、镉在稻米中的含量。

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has claimedmillions of lives and caused innumerable economic losses ***,state-of-the-art treatments still lag behind the continual emergence of new *** to resolving this issue is developing antivirals to deactivate coronaviruses regardless of their structural ***,we report an innovative antiviral strategy involving extracellular disintegration of viral proteins with hyperanion-grafted enediyne(EDY)*** core EDY generates reactive radical species and causes significant damage to the spike protein of coronavirus,while the hyperanion groups ensure negligible cytotoxicity of the *** EDYs exhibit antiviral activity down to nanomolar concentrations,and the selectivity index of up to 20,000 against four kinds of human coronavirus,including the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,suggesting the high potential of this new strategy in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and a future“disease X.”

Whittle’s Index Based Sensor Scheduling for Multiprocess Systems Under DoS Attacks

In this paper,the authors consider how to design defensive countermeasures against DoS attacks for remote state estimation of multiprocess *** each system,a sensor will measure its state and transmits the data packets through an unreliable channel which is vulnerable to be jammed by an *** limited communication bandwidth,only a subset of sensors are allowed for data transmission,and how to select the optimal one to maximize the accuracy of remote state estimation is the focus of the proposed *** authors first formulate this problem as a Markov decision process and investigate the existence of optimal ***,the authors demonstrate the piecewise monotonicity structure of optimal *** the difficulty of obtaining an optimal policy of large-scale problems,the authors develop a suboptimal heuristic policy based on the aforementioned policy structure and Whittle’s ***,a closed form of the indices is derived in order to reduce implementation complexity of proposed scheduling policy and numerical examples are provided to illustrate the proposed developed results.

A vertical track nonlinear energy sink

Eliminating the effects of gravity and designing nonlinear energy sinks(NESs)that suppress vibration in the vertical direction is a challenging task with numerous damping *** this paper,the dynamic design of a vertical track nonlinear energy sink(VTNES)with zero linear stiffness in the vertical direction is proposed and realized for the first *** motion differential equations of the VTNES coupled with a linear oscillator(LO)are *** the strong nonlinearity considered of the VTNES,the steady-state response of the system is analyzed with the harmonic balance method(HBM),and the accuracy of the HBM is verified *** this basis,the VTNES prototype is manufactured,and its nonlinear stiffness is *** damping effect and dynamic characteristics of the VTNES are studied theoretically and *** results show that the VTNES has better damping effects when strong modulation responses(SMRs)***,even for small-amplitude vibration,the VTNES also has a good vibration suppression *** sum up,in order to suppress the vertical vibration,an NES is designed and developed,which can suppress the vertical vibration within certain ranges of the resonance frequency and the vibration intensity.
