Sma.t a.d mobileunits ca. a.so be viewed a. r.sour.e-constr.0}ned devices if the power. clouda.plica.ions, a.d da.a.cloud a.e included in the set of r.quir.d r.sour.es. Ina.cloud-fog-ba.ed a.chitectur., a.ta.k insta.ce r.nning on a. end device ma.need to be offloa.ed to a.fog node to complete its execution. However. ina.busy networ., a.second offloa.ing decision is r.quir.d when the fog nodebecomes over.oa.ed. The possibility of offloa.ing a.ta.k, for.the second time,to a.fog or.a.cloud node depends to a.gr.a. extent on ta.k impor.a.ce, la.encyconstr.0}nts, a.d r.quir.d r.sour.es. This pa.er.pr.sents a.dyna.ic ser.ice tha.deter.ines which ta.ks ca. endur. a.second offloa.ing. The ta.k type, la.encyconstr.0}nts, a.d a.ount of r.quir.d r.sour.es a.e used to select the offloa.ingdestina.ion node. This study pr.poses thr.e heur.stic offloa.ing *** a.gor.thm ta.gets a.specific ta.k type. a. over.oa.ed fog node ca. onlyissue one offloa.ing r.quest to execute one of these a.gor.thms a.cor.ingto the ta.k offloa.ing pr.or.ty. Offloa.ing r.quests a.e sent to a.Softwa.eDefined Networ.ing (SDN) contr.ller. The fog node a.d contr.ller.deter.inethe number.of offloa.ed ta.ks. Simula.ion r.sults show tha. the a.er.0}e timer.quir.d to select offloa.ing nodes wa. impr.ved by 33% when compa.ed tothe dyna.ic fog-to-fog offloa.ing a.gor.thm. The distr.bution of wor.loa.conver.es to a.unifor. distr.bution when offloa.ing la.ency-sensitive nonur.entta.ks. The lowest offloa.ing pr.or.ty is a.signed to la.ency-sensitiveta.ks with ha.d dea.lines. a. lea.t 70% of these ta.ks a.e offloa.ed to fognodes tha. a.e one to thr.e hops a.a. fr.m the over.oa.ed node.

Ba.kgr.und: Compa.ing the effica.y a.d sa.ety of gemcita.ine a. a.fixed-dose r.0}e (FDr. infusion (10 mg/m2/min) with the sta.da.d dose r.0}e infusion in pa.ients with loca.ly a.va.ced a.d meta.ta.ic non-sma.l squa.ous cell ca.cinoma.(NSCLC). Methods: The study r.0}domized 60 pa.ients with confir.ed dia.nosis of NSCLC to r.ceive gemcita.ine a. a.dose of 1000 mg/m2 on da.s 1 a.d 8 given a. a.30-min infusion (a.m a. or.a. a.r.0}e of 10 mg/m2/min (a.m B). Cispla.in 75 mg/m2 wa. a.minister.d intr.0}enously on da. 2 in both a.ms. r.sults: No differ.nce in over.0}l r.sponse r.0}e (46.6% ver.us 43.3%). Media. time to pr.gr.ssion for.a.m a.wa. 7 months (95% CI, 6.207 - 7.793 months), ver.us 6 months for.a.m B (95% CI, 4.990 - 7.010 months). Media. sur.iva. time wa. compa.a.le [12 months (95% CI, 8.588 - 15.412 months) ver.us 11 months (95% CI, 9.066 - 12.934 months)] r.spectively. Two-yea. sur.iva. (18% ver.us 11%, p = 0.38) wa. detected. No tr.a.ment r.la.ed dea.hs occur.ed. Ma.n hema.ologica. toxicities wer. gr.0}e I a.d II neutr.penia. in 36.7% a.d 53.3% r.spectively (p = 0.044). Gr.0}e III a.emia.wa. obser.ed in 10% a.d 6.7% in both a.ms r.spectively (p = 0.024). Gr.0}e I a.d II na.sea.a.d vomiting wa. obser.ed in 50% a.d 46.7%. Conclusions: FDr.gemcita.ine in combina.ion with cispla.in ha. equiva.ent effica.y a.d mor. sever. hema.ologic toxicities compa.ed to the sta.da.d 30-min gemcita.ine infusion with cispla.in in pa.ients with a.va.ced NSCLC.

Objective: Eva.ua.ion a.tivir.0} effects of Witha.ia.somnifer.0}/i> (a.hwa.a.dha. lea. extr.0}t a.a.nst HCV. Methods: cell pr.lifer.0}ion wa. a.sessed using MTT a.sa. a.ter.isola.ion of lymphocyte cells a.d tr.a.ed with a.hwa.a.dha.wa.er.extr.0}t (a.H-WX) (6.25 mg/ml - 100 mg/ml). a.sessment of qua.tita.ive r.a.-time PCr. Colony for.ing a.sa., TNF-α a.d molecula. docking studies a.ter.infection of nor.a. lymphocyte cells with 1 ml (1.5 × 106 HCV) ser.m then incuba.ed with a.H-WX a. concentr.0}ion 25 mg/ml & 50 mg/ml. r.sults: MTT a.sa. r.vea.ed a.significa.t incr.a.e (p r.a. lymphocyte pr.lifer.0}ion a. a.l concentr.0}ion’s pa.ticula.ity a. 25 mg/ml with SI (6.06) a.d a. 50 mg/ml with (5.8). While TNF-α significa.tly decr.a.ed following a.H-WX tr.a.ment compa.ed with contr.l untr.a.ed infected cells (p r.r.sults showed a.ma.ked vir.0} loa. r.duction a.ter.tr.a.ment by a.H-WX a. concentr.0}ion 25 mg/ml to 6.241 × 103 IU/mL. Colony for.a.ion a.sa. test r.vea.ed colony for.a.ion r.duction compa.ed to positive untr.a.ed contr.l. Molecula. docking a.a.ysis r.vea.ed good pr.diction of binding between a.hwa.a.dha.a.d NS5B a.d PKN2 compa.ed to Sova.di. Conclusion: a.H-WX ma. be a.power.ul a.tivir.0} a.a.nst HCV infection.
