In this review article,we explore the interplay between obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),highlighting a significant yet often overlooked *** delve into the pathophysiological links between OSA and diabetes,specifically how OSA exacerbates insulin resistance and disrupts glucose *** research examines the prevalence of OSA in diabetic patients and its role in worsening diabetes-related *** the importance of comprehensive management,including weight control and positive airway pressure therapy,the study advocates integrated approaches to improve outcomes for patients with T2DM and *** review underscores the necessity of recognizing and addressing OSA in diabetes care to ensure more effective treatment and better patient outcomes.

Family history of diabetes(FH+)has been associated with early metabolic alteration including insulin resistance,lipid metabolism,and ectopic fat accumulation even in healthy individuals.1-3 Furthermore,normoglycemic firstdegree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)have been documented having increased carotid intimamedia thickness_and pro-inflammatory cytokines.4.s Taken together,individuals with FH+,who were otherwise healthy,have shown to possess susceptibility for diabetes mellitus(DM)chronic ***,this study aimed to investigate whether FH+increased the risk of chronic complications in patients with overt T2DM.

The Potential of Subculture Helicoverpa armigera Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus as an Alternate Synthetic Insecticides to Control Insect Pests in Cabbages Plantation （Brassica oleracea var. capitata l.）

Subculture Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus （HaNPV） is an entomopathogenic virus isolated from cadaver of Helicoverpa armigera larvae, and is successfully produced in Spodoptera litura larvae as an alternate host. These viral agents have been used to control the population of three species insect pests Spodoptera litura, Crocidolomia pavonana and Plutella xyllostella, which were infested in cabbages plantation. The concentration of virus of 4 × 10^7 polyhedra/ml was sprayed in cabbage leaves 24 h before infested of larva and every four days after. The research used randomized design which consisted of one factor （three species of second instar larvae, S. litura, C. pavonana, P. xyllostella） and eight replications. The result showed that the three species of larvae were sensitive against subculture HaNPV infection. The mortality of each larval species （S. litura, C. pavonana and P. xyllostella） was 100%, 97.5% and 98.7%, respectively. Subculture HaNPV can be utilized to control the population of three species of insect pests in cabbage plantation.

目的研究异硫氰酸苯己酯（PHI）对肝癌SMMC-7721细胞组蛋白乙酰化调控及凋亡的影响.方法采用台盼蓝拒染直接计数法观察PHI对SMMC-7721细胞增殖的影响,采用原位末端标记（TUNEl）法检测PHI对SMMC-7721细胞凋亡的影响,采用Western blot法检测PHI对SMMC-7721细胞组蛋白乙酰化及凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响.结果 PHI可抑制SMMC-7721细胞的增殖,与0 μmol/l作用组比较,5、10、20、40和80 μmol/l的PHI对SMMC-7721细胞均有不同程度的增殖抑制作用.PHI可诱导SMMC-7721细胞产生凋亡,PHI作用于SMMC-7721细胞7 h后,10、20和40 μmol/lPHI组的细胞凋亡率分别为6.9%±2.4%、17.5%±4.2%和54.5%±5.4%,明显高于0 μmol/l PHI组（4.5%±2.3%,P＜0.05）.PHI作用于SMMC-7721细胞3 h时,与0 μmol/l PHI组比较,10、20和40 μmol/l PHI组中Bcl-2、Procaspse-9和Procaspse-3的表达下降,caspase-9和caspase-3的表达上升,而Procaspase-8的表达未见明显变化;作用7 h时,这种变化趋势更加明显.PHI作用于SMMC-7721细胞3 h时,与0 μmol/l PHI组比较,10、20和40 μmol/l PHI组中组蛋白H3的乙酰化分别增加了1.87倍、2.43倍和3.67倍,组蛋白H4的乙酰化分别增加了1.29倍、1.45倍和2.25倍;作用7 h时,这种变化趋势更加明显.结论 PHI是一种组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,可调控组蛋白的乙酰化水平,影响其表观遗传学,并通过线粒体凋亡途径诱导细胞凋亡.

Adsorption of Formin Acid Modified Clinoptilolite on *** O55

Natural clinoptilolite is a natural,the shelf containing aluminum silicate non-metallic minerals that has monoclinic crystal structure symmetry,strong adsorptive,high ion exchange capacity and high speci ? c surface area,have been widely used as a ***,the hydrophilic surfaces of parent clinoptilolites are less effective in adsorbing bacteria and *** modification of clinoptilolites with organic cations,results in an increased hydrophobicity of the mineral surface providing a high affinity for bacteria *** acid,an organic acidifier,has a dicky causticity and the antibacterial mechanism,which has been overused as a feed additive(acidifer) in the farming *** purpose of this study is to prepare formic acid-modified clinoptilolite by cation exchange and to evaluate its absorption properties on Escherichia coli O under ambient conditions,in *** of clay concentration,ionic concentration,lysine concentration,and time as well as bacterial suspensions concentration on *** O adsorption was also *** results show that(1) The amount of adsorption of *** O from solution to clay minerals were significantly increased with parent clinoptilolite and acid-modified clinoptilolite content increasing.(2) The adsorption processes occurring on each of the tested adsorbents reached equilibrium at 25 mg/ml clay *** discrepancy may result from the different amounts of parent clinoptilolite and acid-modified clinoptilolite added,which were between 30 to 50 mg/ml clay mineral in this study.(3 ) Ionic strength has an importmant influence on bacteria-clay mineral interaction.
