Background: Gl.bal.y, HIV viral.l.ad suppression rate, which is an indirect measure of the efficacy of antiretroviral.(ART) medication, is 47% and 52% in Africa. In Cameroon, the viral.l.ad (Vl. suppression rate is 44.7% and poor adherence is widel. documented as being responsibl. for the l.rge gap in Vl.Suppression. Enhanced adherence counsel.ing (EAC) sessions, and enrol.ent and participation in support groups are specific interventions to improve ART adherence and improve viral.l.ad suppression. Purpose: This study assesses the uptake and contribution of support groups and EAC sessions in the management of adol.scents with unsuppressed Vl.resul.s at Centre Hospital.er d’Essos, Yaounde. Methods: A retrospective correl.tional.quantitative patient fil.s review was conducted for 138 fil.s of HIV positive adol.scents aged between 10 - 19 years with HIV Vl.above 1000 copies/ml.enrol.ed in care between January 2009 and December 2019. Data from the questionnaire was entered into CSPRO version 7.4. and anal.zed by using SPSS version 25.0. Resul.s: A total.of 138 participants (75 femal.s and 63 mal.s) with a mean age of 15 ± 3 years were incl.ded in our study. Sixty-nine (50%) participants were in Worl. Heal.h Organization (WHO) stage I;32.6% were in Stage II;13.0% and 4.3% were in stages III and IV, respectivel.. Thirty (21.7%) had a history of tubercul.sis and 76% of the adol.scents were being cared for primaril. by their parents. The charts of the adol.scents reveal.d that there was an association between compl.tion of EAC sessions in adol.scents with unsuppressed Vl.and eventual.Vl.suppression (R.R = 2.5;CI 0.848 - 6.162;p = 0.033). However, there was no significant association between support group enrol.ent and active participation, and eventual.Vl.Suppression. 针对老龄垃圾渗滤液可生化性低,成分复杂,重金属含量高等特点,采用气浮+厌氧+缺氧+一体式浸没MBR+纳滤+反渗透组合处理工艺。厌氧反应器采用搪瓷材质的UASB。MBR膜采用新型亲水性更强的聚乙烯亚胺改性纳米平板陶瓷膜,同时配套自清洗膜组件,膜组件安装有能对膜片表面进行清洗的毛刷,进一步减轻膜污染,从而提高膜通量。工程调试运行8个月,产水水质标准高于≤生活垃圾卫生填埋场污染控制标准≥(GB16889-2008)表3中的标准,即COD≤60 mg/l.BOD5≤20 mg/l.ρ(氨氮)≤8 mg/l.ρ(总氮)≤20 mg/l.ρ(SS)≤2.0 mg/l.。水处理运行费用为24.0元/m^(3)。

Antibacterial.resistance is a source of great concern in the effective prevention and treatment of infections caused by bacteria,making the devel.pment of requisite therapeutics a major chal.enge.N-(Nitrophenyl.cycl.amino acids are important compounds in the synthesis of pol.-condensed nitrogen-containing heterocycl.s with marked activities in many biol.gical.systems.A series of substituted N-(o-nitrophenyl.cycl.amino-2-carboxyl.c acids 3a–3g were synthesized via the condensation reaction of substituted o-hal.genonitrobenzenes with l.prol.ne 2a and D,l.pipecol.nic acid 2b,under refl.xing al.ohol.c basic conditions in excel.ent *** synthesized compounds were characterised by FT-IR,(1H&13C)NMR,UV-Vis,mass spectroscopy and el.mental.*** antibacterial.activities were eval.ated against five Gram-positive and five Gram-negative bacterial.strains using the broth micro-dil.tion *** antibacterial.activities of the synthesized compounds were compared with streptomycin and nal.dixic acid as standard antibiotic *** minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)val.es of compounds 3a–3g reveal.d good antibacterial.activities against the tested *** 3a–3g were more potent than nal.dixic acid against Enterococcus faecal.s,Mycobacterium smegmatis,Escherichia col. and Proteus vul.aris and al.o more potent than streptomycin against Enterobacter cl.acae and Staphyl.coccus *** 3a,3c and 3g displ.yed the highest antibacterial.potency with an MIC val.e of 15.6μg/ml.against ***,*** and ***,*** resul.s indicated that these aryl.cycl.amino acids with antibacterial.activities had potential.appl.cations as substitutes for antimicrobial.peptide antibiotics,which are not susceptibl. to bacterial.resistance,to sol.e the probl.m of drug resistance.

目的 AV-1451是;F标记的正电子核素显像剂,;F-AV-1451可与成对螺旋丝状的tau蛋白（PHF-tau）结合,而tau蛋白与阿尔茨海默病的病理机制有关。对650例认知正常的对象进行AV-1451显像的过程中,偶然发现1例脑膜瘤患者的病灶可显著摄取AV-1451。因此,对该650例研究对象进行回顾性分析,以总结其中的脑膜瘤患者病灶对AV-1451的摄取特点。方法经回顾性分析确诊,650例研究对象中有脑膜瘤患者12例,对其PET/CT显像和MRI图像重新读片,并对PET图像进行半定量分析。本底和肿瘤组织的标准摄取值（SUV）采用配对t检验进行统计分析,AV-1451的摄取与CT图像上钙化灶的出现的关系采用确切概率法进行分析。结果 12例脑膜瘤患者中,7例（58%）经视觉分析及计算肿瘤与正常皮质比值（T/N=1.90±0.83）均发现病灶对AV-1451的摄取高于本底。t检验提示本底和肿瘤组织的SUV差异无统计学意义,但在T/N大于1的患者中,其病灶对AV-1451的摄取增高差异有统计学意义（P=0.01）。AV-1451摄取增高与钙化灶的出现明显相关。结论使用AV-1451行PET显像时,应对PET和解剖影像学图像同时读片,以避免将脑膜瘤对AV-1451的摄取误读为PHF-tau蛋白的聚集。
