We report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked *** the use of partial differential equations and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system of partial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using the suitable similarity *** transformed differential equations are solved *** of the magnetic parameter,solid volume fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentum and temperature distribution have been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and Nusselt number were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking sheet and unique solution for the stretching ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comparing with Cu/H_(2)O ***,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are u.s.a.le.

The effect of adding Ta on the changes of microstructure and Ms temperature of a dualphase shape memory alloy with compositions of (Ni51 Ti49)1 -***. and Ni50-Ti50 -***.g were systematically studied. An optical microscope, sEM, X-ray diffraction and DsC were utilized in this work. The evolution of the microstructure as a function of Ta content was characterized. The variation of the Ni/Ti ratio in the NiTi phase plays an important role in the change of the Ms temperatures due to the addition of Ta. A pseudobinary NiTi-Ta phase diagram was proposed based on these results.

Railroad condition monitoring is paramount due to frequent passage through densely populated *** significance arises from the potential consequences of accidents such as train derailments,hazardous materials leaks,or collisions which may have far-reaching impacts on communities and the surrounding *** a solution to this issue,the use of distributed acoustic sensing(DAs)-fiber optic cables along railroads provides a feasible tool for monitoring the health of these extended ***,analyzing DAs data to assess railroad health or detect potential damage is a challenging *** to the large amount of data generated by DAs,as well as the unstructured patterns and su.s.a.tial noise present,traditional analysis methods are ineffective in interpreting this *** paper introduces a novel approach that harnesses the power of deep learning through a combination of CNNs and LsTMs,augmented by sliding window techniques(CNN-LsTM-sW),to advance the state-of-the-art in the railroad condition monitoring *** well as it presents the potential for DAs and fiber optic sensing technologies to revolutionize the proposed CNN-LsTM-sW model to detect conditions along the rail track *** insights from the data of High tonnage load(HTL)-a 4.16 km fiber optic and DAs setup,we were able to distinguish train position,normal condition,and abnormal conditions along the ***,our investigation demonstrated that the proposed approaches could serve as efficient techniques for processing DAs signals and detecting the condition of railroad infrastructures at any remote distance with DAs-Fiber optic cable ***,in terms of pinpointing the train's position,the CNN-LsTM architecture showcased an impressive 97%detection *** a sliding window,the CNN-LsTM labeled data,the remaining 3%of misclassified labels have been improved dramatically by predicting the exact locations of each type of ***,these prop

Background : Many kinds of orchids have significant health benefits although adequate research on their biological functions is yet to be carried out. This study investigated the paracetamol-i nduced liver damage–protecting effect of epiphytic Aerides odorata methanol extract(AODE).Methods : The protective effects of AODE were studied by analyzing its effect on liver function parameters, messenger RNA(mRNA) expression, and tissue histopathological architecture. The results were confirmed by ligand–receptor interaction of molecular docking and multitarget interaction of network pharmacological *** : AODE significantly( p se-dependent increase in acid phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyl transferase, lactate dehydrogenase, and total bilirubin compared to the reference drug silymarin. Malondialdehyde level decreased, and the antioxidant genes catalase( CAT), superoxide dismutase( sOD), β-actin, paraoxonase-1( PON1),and phosphofructokinase-1( PFK-1) were upregulated in AODE-treated paracetamolintoxicated rats. A total of 376 compounds comprising phenols and flavonoids were identified using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole timeof-flight-mass spectrometry(uPLC-qTOF-Ms). The online toxicity assessment using swissADME and admetsAR exhibited drug-l ike, nontoxic, and potential pharmacological properties. Additionally, in silico analysis showed that isoacteoside, one of the identified compounds, exhibited the best docking score(-11.42) with the liver protein human pituitary adenylate cyclase-1(Protein Data Bank ID: 3N94). Furthermore,network pharmacology analysis identified the top 10 hub genes, namely AKT1(protein kinase B), CTNNB1(catenin beta-1), sRC(proto-oncogene c-src), TNF(tumor necrosis factor), EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor), HsP90AA1( heat shock protein 90α),MAPK3(mitogen-activated protein kinase 3), sTAT3(signal transducer and activator

Multi-strain probiotics provide the most dependable approaches to improve health,immune response,and disease resistance in farmed *** the present study,we examined the effects of multi-species probiotics on the survival,growth,immune response,and disease resistance of rohu(Labeo rohita)*** hatched larvae from the day of first feeding(average weight of 0.003 g)were reared with multi-species probiotics having a combination of Bacillus subtilis(109 colony forming units(cfu)/mL)and Lactobacillus spp.(Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus buchneri-1011 cfu/mL)in water containing doses of 0(control-C),0.5 mL/L(treatment 1-T1),and 1.0 mL/L(treatment 2-T2)in triplicates for 90 *** the experiment,a challenge test was performed to assess the fish's resistance to pathogenic Aeromonas *** higher survival was recorded in larvae of treated groups(87%in T2 and 79%in T1)compared to the control(62%).significantly higher growth performance(weight gain and specific growth rate—sGR)was shown by the probiotic-treated larval groups compared to the *** supplementation resulted in significantly higher counts of total viable colony(TVC)and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)in the *** immunological parameters(mucosal fold fattening,goblet cell abundance,expansion of lamina propria and enterocytes)of the gut were significantly better in probiotic-treated *** liver of treated fish showed irregular shape nuclei turning into regular shape and reducing spaces between the hepatic ***-treated fish had the highest post-challenge survival rate(90%)against *** *** erythrocytes of challenged fish treated with probiotics had significantly lower frequencies of various nuclear and cellular *** findings suggest that multi-species probiotic supplements could improve the survival,growth,health status,and immune response of rohu in the early stages of its development.

Recently, we have proposed an iterative projection and contraction (PC) method for a class of linear complementarity problems (LCP)([4]). The method was showed to be globally convergent, but no statement could be made about the rate of convergence. In this paper, we develop a modified globally linearly convergent PC method for linear complementarity problems. Both the method and the convergence proofs are very simple. The method can also be used to solve some linear variational inequalities. several computational experiments are presented to indicate that the method is surprising good for solving some known difficult problems.
