Reconfigurable SRAM-based FPGAs are highly susceptible to radiation induced single-event upsets (SEUs) in space *** bit flip in FPGAs configuration memory may alter user circuit permanently without proper bitstream reparation,which is a completely different phenomenon from upsets in traditional memory *** is important to find the relationship between a programmable resource and corresponding control bit in order to understand the impact of this *** this paper,a method is proposed to decode the bitstream of FPGAs from Xilinx Corporation,and then an analysis program is developed to parse the netlist of a specific design to get the configuration state of occupied programmable logic and *** that,an SEU propagation rule is established according to the resource type to identify critical logic nodes and paths,which could destroy the circuit topological *** decoded relationship is stored in a *** database is queried to get the sensitive bits of a specific *** result can be used to represent the vulnerability of the system and predict the on orbit system failure *** analysis tool was validated through fault injection and accelerator irradiation experiment.

＜正＞In this paper,we aim to obtain the optimal LQG controller under degree and robustness constraints. This is a mixed control problem of finding the full-order controller to provide the best nominal transient performance subject to a robust stability bound. Firstly,the set of desired controllers that meet both the degree and robust stability constraints are characterized over a convex set. Then,we carry out optimization in the convex parameter set for the controller that gives optimal transient performance. Examples and observations are presented, and comparisons with other approaches show that our approach excels.

The control strategy is the main fact to determines output wave quality of the sine wave inverter,Both the PID control of the traditional and modern control theory are difficult to realize good control effects to inverter. This paper brings forward a kind of control strategy adopting active disturbance rejection control and PID control through the analysis of different control methods. Meanwhile,MS3.0F283.5 DSP was adopted as the main control *** only simulating system through MATLAB2007B,demonstrating the trials ashibit the inverter circuit of *** and trial results show this design can realize the high precision steady output,it has a simple arithmetic,well dynamic response performance and the wonderful application prospect.

Generalized gradient projection neural network models are proposed to solve nonsmooth convex and nonconvex nonlinear programming problems over a closed convex subset of R n . By using Clarke’s generalized gradient, the neural network modeled by a differential inclusion is developed, and its dynamical behavior and optimization capabilities both for convex and nonconvex problems are rigorously analyzed in the framework of nonsmooth analysis and the differential inclusion theory. First for nonconvex optimization problems, the quasi convergence results similar to those achieved by previous work are proved. For convex optimization problems, the global convergence results are proved, i.e. any trajectory of the neural network converges to an asymptotically stable equilibrium point, which is an optimal solution of the primal problem whenever it exists. This result remains valid even if the initial condition is chosen outside the feasible set. In addition, an asymptotic control result involving a Tykhonov like regularization shows that any trajectory of the revised neural network can be forced to converge toward a particular optimal solution of the primal problem. Finally, two simulation optimization algorithms for solving the optimization and control problems are designed respectively, and three typical simulation experiments are illustrated to present the accuracy and efficiency of theoretical convergence results of this paper.

The strategy of modeling the control mechanism for generating F0 contour of speech signal is studied in this paper. Based on some dynamic characteristics of vocal cord strain, the complex laryngeal mechanism relative to local F0 regulation is simplified to be a feasible physical model. Furthermore, a model function is deduced as the control mechanism for the generation process of local rise-fall patterns, and two kinds of basic feature patterns result with so called rise-fall commands defined by model parameters. on the logarithmic scale of F0 versus time the local characteristics of an F0 contour are approximated by the sum of these patterns generated by appropriate commands. The experimenial results in analyzing and synthesizing the F0 contours of spoken Chinese utterances indicate that the observed F0 contours can be always approximated well by the model, and a good correlation exists between some model parameters and the transition duration of local F0 rising or falling. The model lays a foundation for Chinese F0 contour synthesis by rule.

The intelligent autonomous control of hypersonic vehicles has aroused great interest from the field of spacecraft. To solve the problem of longitudinal attitude control of hypersonic vehicle in gliding phase, a new intelligent controller is proposed in this paper. This new controller is based on the fuzzy dynamic characteristic modeling method. The fuzzy logic is introduced into the characteristic modeling by dividing the whole restriction range into several subspaces. Simulations show that this modification greatly improves the performance of the original method. With the same whole restriction range the fuzzy dynamic characteristic modeling decreases the time of convergence, and at the same time makes the attitude angle tracing more precise and robust. Since the sub-model is a characteristic model that has stronger adaptiveness than a fixed local model, the number of fuzzy rules is greatly reduced. Our model sharply reduces the complexity in constructing a fuzzy dynamic model. Finally, simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in dealing with the attitude control problem of hypersonic vehicle in gliding phase.
