Light is an indispensable energy condition for greenhouse crops manufacturing nutrients and keeping life activities,and it is the dominant factor of the greenhouse *** system give an example about the illumination demands of a common greenhouse crop tomatoes,design a greenhouse illumination wireless observe and control system which based on two dimension fuzzy control *** paper detailed description the hardware system,the lighting and fill-in light control theory,the design and implementation of the illumination fuzzy controller and its fuzzy control *** greenhouse illumination automatic control could be easily realized by use of look-up table for the fuzzy *** results show that this system is stable and meets the requirements of design.

Computer vision and its application in the precision control system arediscussed. In the process of fabricating, the accuracy of the products should be controlledreasonably and completely. The precision should be kept and adjusted according to the information offeedback got from the measurement on-line or out-line in different procedures. Computer vision isone of the useful methods to do this. In this paper, we propose a multi-objective robust controller based on fuzzy singularly perturbed models (FSPM) for the longitudinal motion of an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle. The control objective is to provide velocity and altitude tracking in the presence of the uncertainties and unknown nonlinearities in the model caused by variations in flight conditions. By approximating the multi-time-scale model with FSPM, ill-posed matrix calculations are circumvented. Under this framework, a fuzzy multi-objective robust controller is developed, and the linear matrix inequalities (LMI) condition is derived. Numerical simulation using the longitudinal model of a hypersonic aircraft is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

In order to realize the feedback control for variable polarity plasma arc welding (VPPAW) formation in the welding process, the geometrical sizes of the keyhole image must be extracted. With the properties of multiscale edge through the wavelet theory, the edge points were detected by getting the maximum modules of the gradient vector in the dircetion towards which the gradient vector points in the image plane. At coarse scales, the local maxima of modules have different positions and only detected the sharp edge. At fine scale, there are many maxima created by the image noise. The best scale where the edges are well discriminated from noises is discussed by the multiscale transform. At last, a new method of peak analysis for threshold selection is provided. It is based on the wavelet transform which provides a multiscale analysis of the information of the histogram. Many experiments show these ways are effective for the keyhole image to get the geometry parameters of the keyhole in the real time VPPAW image processing.

The multiple instance regression problem has become a hot research topic recently. There are several approaches to the multiple instance regression problem, such as Salience, Citation KNN, and MI-ClusterRegress. All of these solutions work in batch mode during the training step. However, in practice, examples usually arrive in sequence. Therefore, the training step cannot be accomplished once. In this paper, an online multiple instance regression method ＂OnlineMIR＂ is proposed. OnlineMIR can not only predict the label of a new bag, but also update the current regression model with the latest arrived bag. The experimental results show that OnlineMIR achieves good performances on both synthetic and real data sets.

The exponential stability of a multi-state device is discussed in this paper. We present that the Co-semigroup generated by the system operator is quasi-compact and irreducible. It is known that 0 is a simple eigenvalue of the system operator. In combination with this, we obtain that the time-dependent solution exponentially converges to the steady-state solution, which is the positive eigenfuction corresponding to the simple eigenvalue O.

This paper deals with the problem of guaranteed cost control for nonlinear systems with time-varying delays which is represented by Takagi-Sugeno （T-S） fuzzy models with time-varying *** derivatives of time-varying delay are not necessary to be *** on the free weighting matrix method,sufficient conditions for the existence of fuzzy guaranteed cost controller via state feedback are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）.A minimizing method is also proposed to search the suboptimal upper bound of the guaranteed cost *** results are delay-dependent but contain delay-independent criteria as a special case.A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of our work.

To express human papillomavirus(HPV)L1 capsid protein in the recombinant strain of Shigellaand study the potential of a live attenuated Shigella-based HPV prophylactic vaccine in preventing HPVinfection,the icsA/virG fragment of Shigella-based prokaryotic expression plasmid pHS3.99 was *** type 16 L1(HPV16L1)gene was inserted into plasmid pHS3.99 to form the pHS3.99-HPV16L1construct,and pHS3.99-HPV16L1 was electroporated into a live attenuated Shigella strain *** analysis showed that HPV16L1 could be expressed stably in the recombinant strain *** test results were negative,which showed that the sh42-HPV16L1 lost ***,the at-tenuated recombinant strain partially maintained the invasive property as indicated by the HeLa cell *** IgG,IgA antibody against HPV16L1 virus-like particles(VLPs)were detected in the sera,intestinal lavage and vaginal lavage from animals immunized by *** number of antibody-secreting cells in the spleen and draining lymph nodes were increased significantly compared with the *** from immunized animals inhibited murine hemagglutination induced by HPV16L1 VLPs,whichindicated that the candidate vaccine could stimulate an efficient immune response in guinea pig's *** may be an effective strategy for the development of an HPV prophylactic oral vaccine.
