In this paper we present an a posteriori parameter choice strategy for nonlinear ill-posed operator equations involving monotone operators. Under certain conditions, this a posteriori parameter choice strategy guarantees the optimal convergence rate O (δ1/2) for Tikhonov-Browder regularization, where δ denotes the noise level of the data perturbation.

A class of multivariate filter banks with a matrix factorization has been developed by Chen et al. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss some further properties of this kind of filter bank, such as the completeness, accuracy of the corresponding scaling functions and the relationships with Daubechies' wavelets and the multi-wavelets provided by Chui and Lian. Moreover, some examples are given to show that this kind of filter bank has a higher accuracy for the scaling functions.

We propose a fully discrete fast Fourier-Galerkin method for solving an integral equation of the first kind with a logarithmic kernel on a smooth open arc,which is a reformulation of the Dirichlet problem of the Laplace equation in the *** optimal convergence order and quasi-linear complexity order of the proposed method are established.A precondition is *** this method with an efficient numerical integration algorithm for computing the single-layer potential defined on an open arc,we obtain the solution of the Dirichlet problem on a smooth open arc in the *** examples are presented to confirm the theoretical estimates and to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.

This paper focuses on the congestion control mechanism to be used in receiver-driven layered multicast. Since delay infers the transmission performances of jitter, bandwidth and throughput, it is necessary to concern delay properties in real-time multimedia transmission. In this paper, by analyzing the relationship between arrival delay intervals and network congestion, the congestion control parameter Intervalar i is obtained. By using delay parameters SR deg and SR det , the path’s available bandwidth can be estimated for the decision of layer join. By using the available bandwidth estimation results, Intervalar i and the packet-loss event Lost deg , a new layered multicast congestion control protocol BDP is proposed. The ns2 simulation results show that BDP can achieve scalability, stability, fast convergence and TCP- fairness.

Many practical problems in commerce and industry involve finding the best way to allocate scarce resources a-mong competing activities. This paper focuses on the problem of integer programming, and describes an evolutionary soft a-gent model to solve it. In proposed model, agent is composed of three components: goal, environment and behavior. Experimental shows the model has the characters of parallel computing and goal driving.

＜正＞ We introduce the general AC（attribute certificate）, the role specification AC and the role assignment AC. We discuss the role-based PMI （Privilege Management Infrastructure） architecture. The role-based PMK Public-Key Infrastructure) secure model for E-government is researched by combining the role-based PMI with PKI architecture（Public Key Infrastructure）. The model has advantages of flexibility, convenience, less storage space and less network consumption etc. We are going to use the secure model in the E-government system.
