Deeply subwavelength lasers(or nanolasers)are highly demanded for compact on-chip bioimaging and sensing at the *** of the main obstacles for the development of single-particle nanolasers with all three dimensions shorter than the emitting wavelength in the visible range is the high lasing thresholds and the resulting *** we ex-ploit exciton-polariton condensation and mirror-image mie modes in a cuboid CsPbBr3 nanoparticle to achieve coherent emission at the visible wavelength of around 0.53μm from its ultra-small(≈0.007μm3 or≈λ3/20)semiconductor *** polaritonic nature of the emission from the nanocavity localized in all three dimensions is proven by direct com-parison with corresponding one-dimensional and two-dimensional waveguiding systems with similar material *** a deeply subwavelength nanolaser is enab.ed not only by the high values for exciton binding energy(≈35 meV),re-fractive index(>2.5 at low temperature),and luminescence quantum yield of CsPbBr3,but also by the optimization of po-laritons condensation on the mie resonances with quality factors improved by the metallic ***,the key parameters for optimal lasing conditions are intermode free spectral range and phonons spectrum in CsPbBr3,which govern polaritons condensation *** chemically synthesized colloidal CsPbBr3 nanolasers can be potentially de-posited on arbitrary surfaces,which makes them a versatile tool for integration with various on-chip systems.

Special Relativity’s “Newtonization” in Complex “Para-Space”: the two theories Equivalence Question

Complex model, say C3, of “para-space” as alternative to the real m4 minkowski space-time for both relativistic and classical mechanics was shortly introduced as reference to our previous works on that subject. the actual aim, however, is an additional analysis of the physical and para-physical phenomena’ behavior as we formally transport observab.e mechanical phenomena [motion] to non-real interior of the complex domain. As it turns out, such procedure, when properly set, corresponds to transition from relativistic to more classic (or, possibly, just classic) kind of the motion. this procedure, we call the “Newtonization of relativistic physical quantities and phenomena”, first of all, includes the mechanical motion’s characteristics in the C3. the algebraic structure of vector spaces was imposed and analyzed on both: the set of all relativistic velocities and on the set of the corresponding to them “Galilean” velocities. the key point of the analysis is realization that, as a matter of fact, the relativistic theory and the classical are equivalent at least as for the kinematics. this conclusion follows the fact that the two defined structures of topological vector spaces i.e., the structure imposed on sets of all relativistic velocities and the structure on set of all “Galilean” velocities, are both diffeomorphic in their topological parts and are isomorphic as the vector spaces. As for the relativistic theory, the two approaches: the hyperbolic (“classical” SR) with its four-vector formalism and Euclidean, where SR is modeled by the complex para-space C3, were analyzed and compared.

motion and Special Relativity in Complex Spaces

A natural extension of the Lorentz transformation to its complex version was constructed together with a parallel extension of the minkowski m4 model for special relativity (SR) to complex C4 space-time. As the [signed] ab.olute values of complex coordinates of the underlying motion’s characterization in C4 one obtains a Newtonian-like type of motion whereas as the real parts of the complex motion’s description and of the complex Lorentz transformation, all the SR theory as modeled by m4 real space-time can be recovered. this means all the SR theory is preserved in the real subspace m4 of the space-time C4 while becoming simpler and clearer in the new complex model’s framework. Since velocities in the complex model can be determined geometrically, with no primary use of time, time turns out to be definab.e within the equivalent theory of the reduced complex C4 model to the C3 “para-space” model. that procedure allows us to separate time from the (para)space and consider all the SR theory as a theory of C3 alone. On the other hand, the complex time defined within the C3 theory is interpreted and modeled by the single separate C1 complex plane. the possibility for application of the C3 model to quantum mechanics is suggested. As such, the model C3 seems to have unifying ab.lities for application to different physical theories.

Background:there exist few maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2max))non-exercise-based prediction equations,fewer using machine learning(mL),and none specifically for older *** direct measurement of VO_(2max)is infeasible in large epidemiologic cohort studies,we sought to develop,validate,compare,and assess the transportab.lity of several mL VO_(2max)prediction ***:the Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging(BLSA)participants with valid VO2_(max)tests were included(n=1080).Least ab.olute shrinkage and selection operator,linear-and tree-boosted extreme gradient boosting,random forest,and support vector machine(SVm)algorithms were trained to predict VO_(2max)*** developed these algorithms for:(a)the overall BLSA,(b)by sex,(c)using all BLSA variab.es,and(d)variab.es common in aging ***,we quantified the associations between measured and predicted VO_(2max)and ***:the age was 69.0±10.4 years(mean±SD)and the measured VO_(2max)was 21.6±5.9 mL/kg/*** ab.olute shrinkage and selection operator,linear-and tree-boosted extreme gradient boosting,random forest,and support vector machine yielded root mean squared errors of 3.4 mL/kg/min,3.6 mL/kg/min,3.4 mL/kg/min,3.6 mL/kg/min,and 3.5 mL/kg/min,*** quartiles of measured VO_(2max)showed an inverse gradient in mortality *** VO_(2max)variab.es yielded similar effect estimates but were not robust to ***:measured VO_(2max)is a strong predictor of *** mL can improve the accuracy of prediction as compared to simpler approaches but estimates of association with mortality remain sensitive to *** studies should seek to reproduce these results so that VO_(2max),an important vital sign,can be more broadly studied as a modifiab.e target for promoting functional resiliency and healthy aging.

Genetic susceptibility to metab.lic associated fatty liver disease(mAFLD)is complex and poorly *** characterization of the genetic background of hepatic fat content would provide insights into disease etiology and causality of risk *** performed genome-wide association study(GWAS)on two noninvasive definitions of hepatic fat content:magnetic resonance imaging proton density fat fraction(mRI-PDFF)in 16,050 participants and fatty liver index(FLI)in 388,701 participants from the United kingdom(Uk)Biobank(UkBB).Heritab.lity,genetic overlap,and similarity between hepatic fat content phenotypes were analyzed,and replicated in 10,398 participants from the university medical Center Groningen(UmCG)Genetics Lifelines Initiative(UGLI).meta-analysis of GWASs of mRI-PDFF in UkBB revealed five statistically significant loci,including two novel genomic loci harboring CREB3L1(rs72910057-t,P=5.40E−09)and GCm1(rs1491489378-t,P=3.16E−09),respectively,as well as three previously reported loci:PNPLA3,tm6SF2,and *** of FLI in UkBB identified 196 genome-wide significant loci,of which 49 were replicated in UGLI,with top signals in ZPR1(P=3.35E−13)and FtO(P=2.11E−09).Statistically significant genetic correlation(rg)between mRI-PDFF(UkBB)and FLI(UGLI)GWAS results was found(rg=0.5276,P=1.45E−03).Novel mRI-PDFF genetic signals(CREB3L1 and GCm1)were replicated in the FLI *** identified two novel genes for mRI-PDFF and 49 replicab.e loci for *** a difference in hepatic fat content assessment between mRI-PDFF and FLI,a substantial similar genetic architecture was *** is identified as an easy and reliab.e approach to study hepatic fat content at the population level.

研究了多元超立方体交换结构(mHSF)的信元丢失率性能。分析表明,当各交换节点的流量均匀地发送到各个目的节点时,mHSF的信元丢失率d与mHSF的元数k、链路加速因子s、链路缓冲大小m以及节点内部端口数m等因素有关;同时仿真结果显示,在可应用参数范围内,d明显有随着s、m或k (通常m固定)的增加呈指数规律下降的趋势,并且在较小参数条件下mHSF就具有较低的信元丢失率。

the corrosion behavior and mechanism of 3Ni weathering steel in a simulated oceanic atmospheric environment are investigated in order to comprehend the impacts of La,as determined through electrochemical analysis and rust layer *** results of this study demonstrate that the addition of La enhances the corrosion resistance of 3Ni weathering steel in the marine atmospheric environment,thereby reducing the corrosion rate and improving the protection of the rust *** influence of La on corrosion resistance can be attributed to two primary ***,La functions as a grain refiner,minimizing the potential difference of the micro-regions on the substrate surface,thereby significantly reducing the corrosion of bare steel in the marine ***,La inhibits the process of Fe_(3)O_(4) oxidation back toγ-FeOOH during corrosion at the local site,thus decreasing the formation ofγ-FeOOH and enhancing the charge transfer *** research work may serve as a reference for expanding the application of rare earth elements in the field of weathering steel.
