针对大型活动的交通特点,以动态交通仿真模型INTEGRATION为基础,以路网可靠性算法为核心,建立了一个面向大型活动下路网可靠性影响评价的动态交通仿真平台,描述了该仿真平台的主要功能模块:路网构建模块、交通需求模块、交通运行模块和可靠性分析模块,提出了路网可靠性评价指标和算法,为大型活动下的路网可靠性评价提供了一套有效的分析工具。最后选择首都体育馆演唱会开展了实际案例的分析。

GFT-NMR method significantly shortens experimental time by reducing the number of the dimensions of multi-dimensional spectral data of isotopically labeled proteins(.Kim and ***,*** Soc.125,1385-1393(2003)),and thus facilitates protein structure determination in the proteomics *** demonstrate herein a suite often 3D→2D or(3,2)D GFT-NMR experiments with C/N-labeled ubiquitin (76 Amino acids)completed in about 18 hours.A subsuite of the GFT-NMR experiments necessary for the backbone assignments,(3,2)D HNCO,HNCACB, HN(CO)CACB,and 2DN-H HSQC,used less than 6 ***(3,2)D GFT-NMR experiments compare favorably in efficiency with those of conventional 3D experiments with at least 4-fold but up to 18-fold reduction in experimental *** facilitate the analysis of the GFT-NMR spectra,we developed a scheme for automated analysis of the GFT-NMR spectra and used a new SPARKY interface developed for viewing the GFT-NMR data..Our overall strategy illustrate that(3,2)D GFT-NMR experiments suitable for proteins of up to about 10 KDa in size can be easily performed and *** suite of experiments and tools will contribute to the increasing effort in fast structural determination of proteins by ***,the difficulties in spectral overlapping and signal sensitivity may set the limit of the applications of the method to large proteins.

＜正＞More than 170 microsurgical head and neck reconstructions are performed each year at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. The most common defects requiring major reconstructions are tongue （24%） and mandible （24%）. Other defects include pharyngoesophagus （17%）, orbitomaxilla and anterior cranial base （15%）, auriculotemporal and lateral cranial base （8%）, lip and other soft tissue （6%）, scalp （5%）, and trachea （1 % ）. The most common flap used for head and neck reconstruction in the last five years is the anterolateral thigh （ALT） flap （42%）, followed by the radial forearm flap （19%）, fibular flap （17%）, rectus abdominis muscle or myocutaneous （RAM） flap （14% ）, latissimus dorsi flap （3%）, and the jejunal flap （2%）. Notable changes include the rapidly increasing number of ALT flaps and a decrease of the RAM and jejunal flaps. The basic goal of head and neck reconstruction is to provide reliable coverage to allow primarily healing and timely delivery of adjuvant therapy as well as to avoid life - threatening complications. Therefore, failure of reconstruction is less tolerable in head and neck cancer patients. Other important goals in head and neck reconstruction include preservation or restoration of speech and swallowing functions, maximizing cosmetic results, and minimizing donor site morbidities. Complicated reconstruction requires careful planning, advanced microsurgical skills, meticulous perioperative care, and prompt management of complications. Expert team effort is essential to achieve these goals. Only these complex reconstructions will be discussed in this chapter.

Androgen deprivation in men leads to increased adiposity, but the mechanisms underlying androgen regulation of fat mass have not been fully defined. Androgen receptor （AR） is expressed in monocytes/macrophages, which are resident in key metabolic tissues and influence energy metabolism in surrounding cells. Male mice bearing a cell-specific knockout of the AR in monocytes/macrophages （M-ARKO） were generated to determine whether selective loss of androgen signaling in these cells would lead to altered body composition. Wild-type （WT） and M-ARKO mice （12-22 weeks of age, n = 12 per group） were maintained on a regular chow diet for 8 weeks and then switched to a high-fat diet for 8 additional weeks. At baseline and on both the regular chow and high-fat diets, no differences in lean mass or fat mass were observed between groups. Consistent with the absence of differential body weight or adiposity, no differences in food intake （3.0 ± 0.5 g per day for WT mice vs 2.8 ± 0.4 g per day for M-ARKO mice） or total energy expenditure （0.6 ± 0.1 Kcal h-1 for WT mice vs 0.5 ± 0.1 Kcal h-1 for M-ARKO mice） were evident between groups during high-fat feeding. Liver weight was greater in M-ARKO than that in WT mice （1.5 ± 0.1 g vs 1.3 ± 0.0 g, respectively, P = 0.02）. Finally, M-ARKO mice did not exhibit impairments in glucose tolerance or insulin sensitivity relative to WT mice at any study time point. In aggregate, these findings suggest that AR signaling specifically in monocytes/macrophages does not contribute to the regulation of systemic energy balance, adiposity, or insulin sensitivity in male mice.

＜正＞ The recognition of the scorpion toxin Maurotoxin （Mtx） by the voltaged-gated potassium（Kv1） channels, Kv1.1, Kv1.2, and Kv1.3, has been studied by means of the Brownian dynamics（BD） simulations. We consider a behavioural model of an animal choosing between two activities, based on positive feedback, and exa- mine the effect of introducing cross inhibition between the motivations for the two activities. While cross-inhibition has pre- viously been included in models of decision making, the question of what benefit it may provide to an animal＇s activity selection behaviour has not previously been studied. In neuroscience and in collective behaviour cross-inhibition, and other equivalent means of coupling evidence-accumulating pathways, have been shown to approximate statistically-optimal decision-making and to adaptively break deadlock, thereby improving decision performance. Switching between activities is an ongoing decision process yet here we also find that cross-inhibition robustly improves its efficiency, by reducing the frequency of costly switches between behaviours .

Iterative migration velocity analysis is computationally expensive,where most of the computation time is used for generating prestack depth *** using a reduced form of Kirchhoff migration,denoted as wave path migration,we can significantly speed up the depth imaging process and reduce the entire velocity analysis expense *** results with 2D synthetic and field data show that wave path migration velocity analysis can efficiently improve the velocity model and the wave path migration velocity analysis updated velocity correlates well with that from the Kirchhoff migration velocity *** central processing unit comparison shows that,for a 2D synthetic and field data set,wave path migration velocity analysis is six times faster than Kirchhoff migration velocity *** efficiency should be even greater for 3D data.
