In order to solve the problems posed by multi-focus image fusion in wavelet domain,we propose an M-bands wavelet transformation based image fusion *** the M-bands domain is superior to 2-bands domain in aspects of energy compaction and direction *** the multi-scale,multi-direction and local correlation attributes in M-bands wavelet domain,an cross-band-window based image fusion approach is brought *** experimental results show that the approach is superior to the 2-bands wavelet based method both in visual effect and quantized norms.

研究复杂劳动及复杂劳动过程的三要素特性 ,提出复杂劳动是大脑神经网络以非线性、并行的方式进行模糊信息处理的过程 ,是从混沌搜索已知记忆状态的过程。基于这种特性 ,引入混沌、神经网络等非线性理论 ,应用知识工程、模糊技术等 ,给出复杂劳动非线性计量的思路 ,建立了非线性计量系统 ,并以椅子类设计为例 ,给出案例分析。

Security-mediated certificateless （SMC） signature not only addresses the issues about instantaneous revocation of keys in certificateless signature （CLS） but also resolves the key escrow problem in identity-based signature （IBS）. In this paper, based on Waters’ signature scheme [15], Paterson et al.’s IBS scheme [13] and Xiong et al.’s CLS scheme [18], we propose a SMC signature scheme which is secure against malicious-but-passive KGC attack in the standard model.

According to the stakeholder theory,based on research achievements on hand,the thesis applies interviews and other methods to establish a set of Hebei corporate social responsibility evaluation index system which consists of 5 first-class indexes and 12 second-class *** this basis,through empirical studies on 26 listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange（SSE）and Shenzhen Stock Exchange（SZSE）,a model for evaluating corporate social responsibly of Hebei is *** order to prove the validity,we apply the model to make comprehensive evaluation of corporate social responsibility in Hebei over the past five *** results of this comprehensive evaluation show that the social responsibility of the enterprises in Hebei is still in the unbalanced state,and among them,the social responsibility varies wildly,and they as a whole have made limited contributions to the stakeholders other than the stockholders.
