In this paper, we study the input selection for problem related to the case where high dimension of input variables severely affects the learning control performance. First we carefully select and organize data into new groups. Second, we locally transform a nonlinear mapping problem into an almost linear mapping by using its first-order derivatives. Then, based on this generated linear mapping, we perform an independence analysis for the selected set of features. We utilize the scheme in abstracting human expert skill for controlling a dynamically stabilized robot, and the implementation validates the proposed approach.

＜正＞The solution of discrete-time nonlinear output regulation problem relies on the solvability of a set of nonlinear functional equations known as the discrete regulator equations. Due to the nonlinear nature, it is difficult to obtain the exact solution of the discrete regulator equations. This paper presents a Taylor series method based approach to solving the discrete regulator equations. This approach leads to an effective way to practically solve the discrete nonlinear servomechanism problem. The approach has been illustrated using the well known Inverted Pendulum on a cart system. The simulation shows that the control law designed by the proposed approach performs much better than the linear control law does.

Even though the inverse method is less accurate than that of the incremental one,it has great potential in the conceptual design stage for its less calculation load and quick speed. However,it faces a number of unsolved problems,which limit its application. The first question is how to find a suitable initial solution while the other one is how to deal with the numerical problems caused by the vertical walls. In this paper,new methods have been proposed to solve above two questions. The methods have also been coded and applied to two parts to test its feasibility.

＜正＞ This work concerns with the pointwise control problems of delayed Hopfield-type neural network equation for quadratic cost function. More rationally, we consider the diffusion term different from other model. For the ill-posed problem with time delay, we implement the study in the framework of variational method （cf.[1,2]）. That is to prove the uniqueness and existence of weak solution for uncontrolled systems, then to verify the existence of optimal pointwise control. By constructing a proper adjoint delayed system using transposition method to give necessary optimality condition. Furthermore, to deduce the Bang-Bang principle for special admissible subset of control space.

＜正＞The global robust output regulation problem for nonlinear cascaded systems was solved recently under the assumption that the solution of the regulator equations is polynomial. This assumption essentially excludes systems with non-polynomial nonlinearities. Recently, it was found that it is possible to construct a nonlinear internal model to account for more complex nonlinearities than polynomials. In this paper, we will show that this kind of internal model can be used to solve the global robust output regulation problem for the class of nonlinear cascaded systems which contains non-polynomial nonlinearities.

Using internal model principle, we will establish the solvability conditions for the discrete-time kth-order robust servomechanism problem. As an application, we investigate a tracking problem of the inverted pendulum on a cart system.
