Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

Solar-driven CO2conversion into value-added chemical provides an attractive strategy for sustainable development. However,the enhanced CO2photoreduction performance with target product selectivity remains a major challenge. Here, we develop a novel strategy involving Cu2O nanoparticles in situ grown on the surface of ZIF-67-derived Co@C-N nanocages （CC） to create abundant active sites and appropriate heterointerfaces. A remarkable CO selectivity of 95.7%with a yield of 117.39μmol g-1h-1and an apparent quantum efficiency as high as 1.88%at 420 nm was obtained over CC-60 catalyst in pure water, which was 87.6times higher than that of pure Cu2O. Theoretical calculations and experiments indicated that Co@C-N nanocages as charge mediator not only rapidly trap photogenerated electrons to promote charge separation efficiency, but also regulate the d-band center of Cu atoms to move to the Fermi energy level, thereby optimizing the reaction kinetics to facilitate the highly selective conversion of the key intermediate *CO desorption to CO.

Early identification and treatment of stroke can greatly improve patient outcomes and quality of *** clinical tests such as the Cincinnati Pre-hospital Stroke Scale(CPSS)and the Face Arm Speech Test(FAST)are commonly used for stroke screening,accurate administration is dependent on specialized *** this study,we proposed a novel multimodal deep learning approach,based on the FAST,for assessing suspected stroke patients exhibiting symptoms such as limb weakness,facial paresis,and speech disorders in acute *** collected a dataset comprising videos and audio recordings of emergency room patients performing designated limb movements,facial expressions,and speech tests based on the *** compared the constructed deep learning model,which was designed to process multi-modal datasets,with six prior models that achieved good action classification performance,including the I3D,SlowFast,X3D,TPN,TimeSformer,and *** found that the findings of our deep learning model had a higher clinical value compared with the other ***,the multi-modal model outperformed its single-module variants,highlighting the benefit of utilizing multiple types of patient data,such as action videos and speech *** results indicate that a multi-modal deep learning model combined with the FAST could greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of early stroke identification of stroke,thus providing a practical and powerful tool for assessing stroke patients in an emergency clinical setting.

The globus pallidus plays a pivotal role in the basal ganglia circuit. Parkinson's disease is characterized by degeneration of dopamine-producing cells in the substantia nigra, which leads to dopamine deficiency in the brain that subsequently manifests as various motor and non-motor symptoms. This review aims to summarize the involvement of the globus pallidus in both motor and non-motor manifestations of Parkinson's disease. The firing activities of parvalbumin neurons in the medial globus pallidus, including both the firing rate and pattern, exhibit strong correlations with the bradykinesia and rigidity associated with Parkinson's disease. Increased beta oscillations, which are highly correlated with bradykinesia and rigidity, are regulated by the lateral globus pallidus. Furthermore,bradykinesia and rigidity are strongly linked to the loss of dopaminergic projections within the cortical-basal ganglia-thalamocortical loop. Resting tremors are attributed to the transmission of pathological signals from the basal ganglia through the motor cortex to the cerebellum-ventral intermediate nucleus circuit. The cortico–striato–pallidal loop is responsible for mediating pallidi-associated sleep disorders. Medication and deep brain stimulation are the primary therapeutic strategies addressing the globus pallidus in Parkinson's disease. Medication is the primary treatment for motor symptoms in the early stages of Parkinson's disease, while deep brain stimulation has been clinically proven to be effective in alleviating symptoms in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease,particularly for the movement disorders caused by levodopa. Deep brain stimulation targeting the globus pallidus internus can improve motor function in patients with tremordominant and non-tremor-dominant Parkinson's disease, while deep brain stimulation targeting the globus pallidus externus can alter the temporal pattern of neural activity throughout the basal ganglia–thalamus network. A coordinated planning strategy of energy storage allocation and line upgrading to increase photovoltaic consumption with lowest planning cost

Random integration of massive distributed photovoltaic (PV) generation poses serious challenges to distribution networks. Voltage violations, line overloads, increased peak–valley differences, and power-flow reversals can occur at different locations, times, and severities. Traditional planning methods such as energy storage (ES) allocation and upgrading of lines may result in poor economics and low equipment utilization. This study proposes a distribution-network planning strategy that coordinates three planning mechanisms:ES allocation to substations and to feeders, and line upgrading. The proposed strategy achieved the lowest annual cost, considering the distribution network problems at different locations, times, and severities. A net load curve description method was first proposed considering economic planning and the uncertain distribution of loads and PVs. Second, a multistage optimization model for ES allocation and line upgrading was established based on the net load curves. Finally, an improved IEEE33 node system was used in the case study. The planning results show that the proposed coordinated planning strategy can address the problems caused by the random integration of massive distributed PVs, improve equipment utilization, and obtain the lowest total annual planning cost.
