为了解决原始稠油储层射频加热技术存在加热距离短的技术难题,提出助剂辅助稠油射频加热技术。在介绍加热机理和工艺的基础上,设计了模拟实验系统并开展了助剂辅助稠油射频加热模拟实验并对稠油温度分布的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:稠油样品温度随着金属镍粉末和活性炭粉末注入量的增大而升高,但金属镍粉末对稠油样品温度的影响程度较活性炭粉末更大;在助剂使用总量相同的情况下,金属镍粉末和活性炭粉末协同作用比其单独运用时稠油样品的温度更高、射频加热效果更好。研究结果对于射频加热助剂优选和提高射频加热性能提供了指导。

The biodiversity of natural or semi-natural native,old oak woodlands have high conservation importance,especially in landscapes of monocultural forest plantations and arable *** a wider variety of microhabitats and foraging sources,such old oak forests can provide essential habitat for native forest bird *** conducted a study using bird point counts to compare the forest bird communities of old pedunculate oak(Quercus robur)remnants with native and non-native plantations in central Hungary in a landscape of mostly arable fields,settlements,and monocultural *** surveys were carried out in old oak forest remnants,middle-aged oak,white poplar(Populus alba),hybrid poplar(Populus×euramericana),black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia),and pine(Pinus spp.)*** has been carried out in nine study sites,where all six habitat types were represented(with a few exceptions),to determine total abundance,species richness,Shannon–Wiener diversity,species evenness,dominant and indicator species,and guild *** found that old oak forest remnants were the most diverse habitats among the studied forest types,while hybrid poplar and pine plantations exhibited the lowest avian *** avian guilds most sensitive to the loss of old oak forest remnants were ground foragers,bark foragers,cavity-nesters,residents,and Mediterranean migratory *** habitats were more diverse than non-native *** results suggest that it is important to conserve all remaining high biodiversity old oak stands and to avoid clear-cutting of monocultural plantations in favour of practices such as mixed-species plantations,longer rotation lengths,or retention forestry.

【目的】从9种寄主气味中筛选对橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis雌虫具有引诱效果的挥发性物质,为橘小实蝇的绿色防治提供参考。【方法】将载有不同剂量(0.01、0.05和0.25mg)的9种单一寄主植物挥发物(酯类:丁酸乙酯、辛酸甲酯、辛酸乙酯;萜烯类:β-石竹烯、α-石竹烯、3-蒈烯;芳香族类:苯乙醛、苯乙醇、苯甲酸乙酯)的棉芯分别固定在白色粘虫板上,将粘虫板悬挂在芒果树上,用于测试不同植物挥发物在元江县芒果园对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱集效果。在此基础上选取每种类别中引诱效果最好的物质按照正交实验L_(9)(3^(3))进行混配,测定不同配比的三元混合物对雌虫的诱集效果,并测试清除落果对三元混合物诱集雌虫效果的影响。【结果】在单一物质的诱虫效果中,酯类物质中以丁酸乙酯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(6.0±2.1)头/板/d]为佳,萜烯类物质中以3-蒈烯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(3.5±2.1)头/板/d]为佳,芳香族类物质中以苯甲酸乙酯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(4.7±2.0)头/板/d]为佳。三元混合物中以丁酸乙酯+苯甲酸乙酯+3-蒈烯[剂量0.05 mg,5∶0.2∶5,V/V/V]对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱集效果[(5.3±1.7)头/板/d]最好。清理田间落果后可显著提高该三元混合物对雌虫的诱集量[剂量0.25 mg,诱虫量(31.8±6.0)头/板/d]。【结论】三元混合物丁酸乙酯+苯甲酸乙酯+3-蒈烯[5∶0.2∶5,V/V/V]可作为一种有效的橘小实蝇雌虫引诱剂,用于芒果园橘小实蝇的防治。

The development of multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of the major challenges to the success of chemotherapy treatment of cancer. This phenomenon is often associated with the overexpression of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters P-gp (P-glycoprotein, ABCB1), multidrug resistance-associated protein 1, ABCC1 and breast cancer resistance protein, ABCG2 (BCRP). These transporters are constitutively expressed in many tissues playing relevant protective roles by the regulation of the permeability of biological membranes, but they are also overexpressed in malignant tissues. P-gp is the first efflux transporter discovered to be involved in cancer drug resistance, and over the years, inhibitors of this pump have been disclosed to administer them in combination with chemotherapeutic agents. Three generations of inhibitors of P-gp have been examined in preclinical and clinical studies;however, these trials have largely failed to demonstrate that coadministration of pump inhibitors elicits an improvement in therapeutic efficacy of antitumor agents, although some of the latest compounds show better results. Therefore, new and innovative strategies, such as the fallback to natural products and the discover of dual activity ligands emerged as new perspectives. BCRP is the most recently ABC protein identified to be involved in multidrug resistance. It is overexpressed in several haematological and solid tumours together with P-gp, threatening the therapeutic effectiveness of different chemotherapeutic drugs. The chemistry of recently described BCRP inhibitors and dual P-gp/BCRP inhibitors, as well as their preliminary pharmacological evaluation are discussed, and the most recent advances concerning these kinds of MDR modulators are reviewed.

AIM： To analyze the importance in predicting patients risk of mortality due to upper gastrointestinal （UGI） bleeding under today＇s therapeutic regimen. METHODS： From 1998 to 2001, 121 patients with the diagnosis of UGI bleeding were treated in our hospital. Based on the patients＇ data, a retrospective multivariate data analysis with initially more than 270 single factors was performed. Subsequently, the following potential risk factors underwent a logistic regression analysis： age, gender, initial hemoglobin, coumarines, liver cirrhosis, prothrombin time （PT）, gastric ulcer （small curvature）, duodenal ulcer （bulbus back wall）, Forrest classification, vascular stump, variceal bleeding, MalloryWeiss syndrome, RBC substitution, recurrent bleeding, conservative and surgical therapy. RESULTS： Seventy male （58%） and 51 female （42%） patients with a median age of 70 （range： 21-96） years were treated. Their in-hospital mortality was 14%. While 12% （11/91） of the patients died after conservative therapy, 20% （6/30） died after undergoing surgical therapy. UGI bleeding occurred due to duodenal ulcer （n = 36; 30%）, gastric ulcer （n = 35; 29%）, esophageal varicosis （n = 12; 10%）, Mallory-Weiss syndrome （n = 8, 7%）, erosive lesions of the mucosa （n = 20; 17%）, cancer （n = 5; 4%）, coagulopathy （n = 4; 3%）, lymphoma （n = 2; 2%）, benign tumor （n = 2; 2%） and unknown reason （n = 1, 1%）. A logistic regression analysis of all aforementioned factors revealed that liver cirrhosis and duodenal ulcer （bulbus back wall） were associated risk factors for a fatal course after UGI bleeding. Prior to endoscopy, only liver cirrhosis was an assessable risk factor. Thereafter, liver cirrhosis, the location of a bleeding ulcer （bulbus back wall） andpatients＇ gender （male） were of prognostic importance for the clinical outcome （mortality） of patients with a bleeding ulcer.CONCLUSION： Most prognostic parameters used in clinical routine today are not reliable enough in predicting a patient＇s vital

Black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia L.) was the first North-American tree species imported to Europe at the beginning of the seventeenth century. It is commonly planted worldwide because of its adaptability to environmental stresses, its valuable wood, easy propagation, frequent and abundant seed production, excellent coppicing,high seedling survival, and relatively high wood yield. In Europe, Romania and Hungary have the most highly-developed black locust growing techniques and *** a result of increasing interest in black locust in many countries, this review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art site requirements, propagation, improvement and management(including growth and yield as well as use in energy plantations).

BACKGROUND Vaginal abscess is a treatable disease and should be considered in female patients with voiding difficulties and perineal tenderness. There are no reported cases of vaginal abscess causing voiding dysfunction in the absence of a previous surgery. Early diagnosis and drainage of vaginal abscesses may lead to excellent *** SUMMARY We presented a case of vaginal abscess that caused voiding dysfunction without surgery history. A 64-yearold woman had a past history of type 2 diabetes mellitus. She came to our clinic following urinary difficulty with perineal tenderness. Bladder ultrasonography revealed a pelvic cystic lesion with a mass effect on the bladder. The presence of a vaginal abscess was suspected following pelvic examination and transvaginal *** transvaginal drainage of the vaginal abscess and a full course of antibiotic treatment, she recovered well without any urination symptoms. CONCLUSION Voiding dysfunction caused by vaginal abscess is rare but should be considered in female patients with perineal tenderness.

In Hungary, black locust （Robinia pseudoacacia L.） is one of the most important exotic species, forming entire stands. Its importance is increasing in many other countries. As a result of a new selection program eight black lo- cust clones have been improved for establishing clone trials and a seed orchard. In this study juvenile growth and stem quality of micropropagated clones of black locust were evaluated on a marginal site in central Hungary. At ten years old, the clones ＇MB17D3/4＇ and ＇PV201E2/4＇ appeared to be especially promising for high quality wood production under arid hydrological conditions. A tissue culture method can be considered a suitable tool of propagating superior individual trees and offers new prospects for the rapid cloning of selected genotypes.
