Background Despite the increasing focus on strengthening One Health capacity building on global level, challenges remain in devising and implementing real-world interventions particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Recognizing these gaps, the One Health Action Commission (OHAC) was established as an academic community for One Health action with an emphasis on research agenda setting to identify actions for highest *** text This viewpoint describes the agenda of, and motivation for, the recently formed OHAC. Recognizing the urgent need for evidence to support the formulation of necessary action plans, OHAC advocates the adoption of both bottom-up and top-down approaches to identify the current gaps in combating zoonoses, antimicrobial resistance, addressing food safety, and to enhance capacity building for context-sensitive One Health *** By promoting broader engagement and connection of multidisciplinary stakeholders, OHAC envisions a collaborative global platform for the generation of innovative One Health knowledge, distilled practical experience and actionable policy advice, guided by strong ethical principles of One Health.

BACKGROUND Situs inversus totalis(SIT)may be an incidental finding in asymptomatic *** may not understand the implications of this condition and the importance of relaying the diagnosis to their healthcare *** SUMMARY We report an asymptomatic seventeen-year-old adolescent with previouslydiagnosed SIT who presented for a routine well-child *** history taking,he denied any past medical conditions,including cardiovascular *** when physical exam revealed point of maximal impulse and heart sounds on the right side,did he convey that he had been diagnosed with SIT incidentally at age of 12 *** was not aware of associated conditions or the potential implications of his diagnosis,nor did he realize it is pertinent medical history to be relayed to healthcare *** X-ray confirmed dextrocardia and abdominal X-ray showed right-sided *** sonogram showed left-sided liver and right-sided *** showed normal valvular structure and function.A comprehensive discussion was provided to address the patient’s lack of understanding that SIT is a medical diagnosis with potential *** While SIT is rare and mostly asymptomatic,affected patients may not comprehend the importance of the diagnosis and its potential *** of the patient’s lack of awareness allows the healthcare provider to educate the patient and hopefully can prevent potential medical and surgical complications.

Alloy based implants have made a great impact in the clinic and in preclinical *** responses are one of the major causes of failure of these implants in the *** the immune responses toward non-degradable alloy implants are well documented,there is a poor understanding of the immune responses against degradable alloy ***,there have been several reports suggesting that degradable implants may develop substantial immune *** phenomenon needs to be further studied in detail to make the case for the degradable implants to be utilized in ***,we review these new recent reports suggesting the role of innate and potentially adaptive immune cells in inducing immune responses against degradable ***,we discussed immune responses to allergen components of non-degradable implants to give a better overview on differences in the immune response between non-degradable and degradable ***,we also provide potential areas of research that can be undertaken that may shed light on the local and global immune responses that are generated in response to degradable implants.

In the past,sketches were a standard technique used for recognizing offenders and have remained a valuable tool for law enforcement and social security ***,relying on eyewitness observations can lead to discrepancies in the depictions of the sketch,depending on the experience and skills of the sketch *** the emergence of modern technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs),generating images using verbal and textual cues is now possible,resulting in more accurate sketch *** this study,we propose an adversarial network that generates human facial sketches using such cues provided by an ***,we have introduced an Inverse Gamma Correction Technique to improve the training and enhance the quality of the generated *** evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed method,we conducted experiments and analyzed the results using the inception score and Frechet Inception Distance *** proposed method achieved an overall inception score of 1.438±0.049 and a Frechet Inception Distance of 65.29,outperforming other state-of-the-art techniques.

BACKGROUND Warts are common in recipients of kidney transplantation(KT).Resistant warts which are not amenable to conventional therapies may lead to significant *** data exists on safety and efficacy of local immunotherapy among immunocompromised KT *** SUMMARY We report a seven-year-old child who presented with recalcitrant plantar periungual warts in the early KT *** consisted of tacrolimus,mycophenolate and *** to failure of conventional anti-wart therapies,he was treated with two sessions of intralesional(IL)candida immunotherapy along with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy leading to complete resolution of the ***,de novo BK viremia was seen about three weeks following the last candida *** required reduction of immunosuppression and other anti-BK viral *** function remained stable but there were donor specific antibodies *** also was elevated level of plasma donor derived cell-free DNA.A pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia occurred ten months following completion of immunotherapy that was successfully treated with *** this ten-month follow-up period,there have been no recurrence of warts,and transplant kidney function has remained *** Stimulation of cell-mediated immunity against the human papilloma virus induced by the IL candida immunotherapy is thought to be a cause for wart *** this therapy,whether it is necessary to augment the immunosuppression to prevent rejection is unclear as that may come with a risk of infectious ***,prospective studies in pediatric KT recipients are needed to explore these important issues.

Climate change is expected to threaten the developing countries the most. Nepal is considered one of the five countries most vulnerable to climate change in the world. The mountainous area such as rasuwa District in Nepal is more vulnerable due to complex topography, human activity(tourism), and climate change. In this context, we carried out this study to assess the climate change and its impact on agriculture production as well as people’s perceptions on the impact of climate change. The long-term(1980–2014) observed climate data(temperature and precipitation) and field-based survey data on people’s perceptions were analyzed. Mann-Kendall trend test and Sen’s slope estimation were used to analyze the temperature and precipitation trends. Furthermore, key informant interviews(KIIs) and focal group discussions(FGDs) were conducted to understand people’s perceptions of the impact of climate change on agricultural production. Further, Era5 and Asian Precipitation-Highly Resolved Observational Data Integration Towards Evaluation of Water Resources(APHRODITE) datasets were used to compare the in situ climate data. The maximum temperature and total precipitation in summer monsoon(June–September) were found increasing significantly at rates of 0.07℃/a and 19.89 mm/a, respectively. But the minimum winter temperature and winter precipitation were found decrease by 0.05℃/a and 4.89 mm/a, respectively. Moreover, a large number of respondents reported a decrease in millet and wheat productions while an increase in potato production over the considered time duration(1990–2014). It is noteworthy that the respondents from the mid-elevation regions perceived an increasing trend in crop production compared to those from the low elevation regions. In recent years, people living in the high elevation regions of rasuwa District have started to shift their cropping calendar to increase agricultural production.
