This study presents a new method for characterizing the thermal lattice deformation of a monochromator with high precision under service conditions and first reports the operando measurements of nanoscale thermal lattice deformation on a double-crystal monochromator at different incident *** nanoscale thermal lattice deformation of the monochromator first crystal was obtained by analyzing the intensity of the distorted DuMond *** diagrams of the 333 diffraction index,sensitive to lattice deformation,were obtained directly using a 2D detector and an analyzer crystal orthogonal to the *** increasing incident power and power density,the maximum height of the lattice deformation increased from 3.2 to 18.5 nm,and the deformation coefficient of the maximum height increased from 1.1 to 3.2 nm/*** maximum relative standard deviation was 4.2%,and the maximum standard deviation was 0.1 *** on the measured thermal deformations,the flux saturation phenomenon and critical point for the linear operation of the monochromator were predicted with increasing incident *** study provides a simple solution to the problem of the lower precision of synchrotron radiation monochromator characterizations compared to simulations.

For treatment of sulfion-containing wastewater,coupling the electrochemical sulfion oxidation reaction(SOR)with hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)can be an ideal way for sulfur and H_(2)resources ***,we synthesize a metal-modified carbon nanotube arrays electrode(Co@N-CNTs/CC)for SOR and *** electrode has excellent performance for SOR and HER attributed to the unique array *** can achieve 99.36 mA/cm^(2)at 0.6 V for SOR,and 10 mA/cm^(2)at 0.067 V for *** functional theory calculations verify that metal modification is able to regulate the electronic structure of carbon nanotube,which is able to optimize the adsorption of *** Co@N-CNTs/CC as bifunctional elec-trodes to establish a hybrid electrolytic cell can reduce about 67%of energy consumption compared with the traditional water splitting electrolytic ***,the hybrid electrolytic cell is used to treat actual sulfion-containing wastewater,achieving the sulfur yield of 30 mg h^(−1)cm^(−2)and the hydrogen production of 0.64 mL/min.

Pt-Ir alloy is potential superalloys used above 1300℃because of their high strength and creep ***,the ductility of Pt-Ir alloy has rapidly deteriorated with the increase of Ir,resulting in poor *** work quantitatively evaluated the solid solution strengthening(SSS)and grain refinement strengthening(GRS)of Pt-Ir alloy using first-principles calculations combined with experimental ***,the stretching force constants in the second nearest neighbor region(SFC^(2nd))of pure Ir(193.7 eV·nm^(-2))are 3.40 times that of pure Pt(57.0 eV·nm^(-2)),i.e.,the interatomic interaction is greatly enhanced with the increase of Ir content,which leads to the decrease of ductility,and modulus misfit plays a dominant role in ***,the physical mechanisms responsible for the hardness(H_(V))of Pt-Ir alloy,using the power-law-scaled function of electron work function coupled SSS and GRS,are attributed to the electron redistribution caused by different Ir ***,a thorough assessment of the thermodynamic characteristics of Pt-Ir binary alloy was conducted,culminating in development of a mapping model that effectively relates enmposition,temperature and *** results revealed that the compressive strength incrcases with the Ir content,and the highest strength was observed in Pt_(0.25)Ir_(0.75).This study provides valuable insights into the Pt-Ir alloy system.
