The beneficial effects of exercise have been recognized for many years yet the molecular mechanisms by which exercise show benefits on health are still elusive. A combination of experimental and bioinformatics approaches can be an invaluable tool to increase the cellular understanding of the molecular mechanisms that underlie the aerobic exercise in obese adolescents. muscle skeletal proteins were separated by 2D-PAGE and changes in protein expression were revealed by Imagemaster 2D Platinum analysis software. Proteins with expression changes after aerobic exercise were identified by comparison with 2D maps from SWISS-2DPAGE and interactions of proteins were analyzed with STRING and david databases. After aerobic exercise, all participants decreased glucose, insulin, total cholesterol, body mass index and waist circumference. Proteomic differential analysis revealed 10 overexpressed proteins after aerobic training, which correspond to carbonic anhydrase III, beta enolase, creatine kinase, ATP synthase beta subunit, aldolase A, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, triosephosphate isomerase, pyruvate kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and adenylate kinase. Exercise increased glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation pathways, which is likely to be regulated by ubiquitin c protein. In conclusion, our analysis suggested that obese adolescents show changes in their body mass index, waist circumference and serum glucose after aerobic exercise through improved protein expression patterns that aid, especially, glucose metabolism and increase the oxidative phosphorylation. The most likely explanation for the observed pattern is that ubiquitin c protein keeps the glycolytic enzymes bound within skeletal muscle, obtaining a non-degradative role in cell signaling.

[背景]流行病学研究报道了空气污染暴露与心血管疾病发病率和死亡率增加之间的关联。空气污染物暴露可以影响心脏自主神经节律并降低心率变异性,可能增加心律失常的风险,特别是在敏感的患者群体中。[目的]研究在可控制的空气污染物暴露期间和之后,统计分析了健康志愿者和冠状动脉心脏疾病患者的心律失常发生率。[方法]分析数据来自13个随机双盲交叉研究,包括282名参加者(140名健康志愿者和142例稳定性冠状动脉心脏疾病患者)的连续心电图记录。记录研究人群每次暴露时发生心律失常的情况。[结果]在稀释的柴油车尾气、木材烟雾、臭氧、浓缩的环境颗粒物、工程碳纳米颗粒或空气污染高环境水平的暴露期间或者之后,无论在健康志愿者或冠状动脉心脏疾病患者中,任何形式心律失常的发生均没有增加。[结论]急性、可控制的空气污染物暴露不增加受试者发生心律失常的短期风险。研究中所采用的这些技术,对于确定涉及空气污染不利影响的重要病理生理途径依然至关重要,并且在为环境和公共卫生政策决策提供信息中也起着重要的作用。

Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in Dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,Lichenoconiaceae,muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,Salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,Dyfrolomycetales,Lichenoconiales,Lichenotheliales,monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on Dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

Loss of function of the von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)tumor suppressor gene is a hallmark of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC).The importance of heterogeneity in the loss of this tumor suppressor has been under *** study the impact of intratumoral VHL heterogeneity observed in human ccRCC,we engineered VHL gene deletion in four RCC models,including a new primary tumor cell line derived from an aggressive metastatic *** VHL gene-deleted(VHL-KO)cells underwent epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EmT)and exhibited increased motility but diminished proliferation and tumorigenicity compared to the parental VHL-expressing(VHL+)*** tumors with either VHL+or VHL-KO cells alone exhibit minimal metastatic *** tumors displayed rampant lung metastases,highlighting a novel cooperative metastatic *** poorly proliferative VHL-KO cells stimulated the proliferation,EmT,and motility of neighboring VHL+***(POSTN),a soluble protein overexpressed and secreted by VHL non-expressing(VHL−)cells,promoted metastasis by enhancing the motility of VHL-WT cells and facilitating tumor cell vascular *** deletion or antibody blockade of POSTN dramatically suppressed lung metastases in our preclinical *** work supports a new strategy to halt the progression of ccRCC by disrupting the critical metastatic crosstalk between heterogeneous cell populations within a tumor.

Objective:To describe a 60-year-old male with diffuse generalized lymphadenopathy preceding a diagnosis of rheumatoid *** presentation:The patient was admitted on suspicion of *** positron emission/computed tomography showed enlarged lymph nodes bilaterally,mediastinum in the perihilar,retroperitoneum,and inguinal regions,with normal hematopoiesis of bone *** node biopsy revealed reactive follicular *** was present,and a rheumatoid factor test was positive eight months after the initial medical evaluation.A diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis associated with generalized lymph node involvement was *** patient was treated with leflunomide and corticosteroids and showed complete recovery without recurrence at 18 months of ***:Once histological findings of reactive lymph node hyperplasia are established as primarily related to rheumatic disease activity,clinicians should consider a possible diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
