Calorie restriction (CR) is as close to a real fountain of youth as any known technique is. Caloric restriction known to extend the human lifespan by up to five years has quietly become accepted among leading researchers. Even scientists who are cautious about anti-aging hype say it works. The formula is simple: Eat less. It could add years to your life. In the context of health and longevity, I analyzed data documenting proofs which suggest that the caloric restriction extends life span and retards age-related chronic diseases in a variety of species, including rats, mice, fish, flies, worms, and yeast as well as improve biomarkers of aging in humans. Research has shown that not only does it result in a longer lifespan, but it also lowers blood pressure, oxidative damage, cardiovascular disease, modifies insulin sensitivity, reduces loss of central nervous system cells, strengthens the immune system, lowers cholesterol, diminishes the rate of heart disease, reduces muscle oxygen loss, improves muscle function, reduces free radical damage to body tissue and helps stabilize blood sugar in adult-onset diabetes. Caloric restriction the most widely recognized life span-extending intervention has shown that it does indeed have age-slowing effects in humans like it has been shown to work in animals and Dr. Fontana has already made medical history in studying anti aging effects of caloric restriction.

The mass limit of neutron star has still remained a mystery. The existing Tolman-oppenheimer-Volkoff (ToV) equation for calculating the limit always gives different values, by introducing different assumptions and having been predicted like 0.7 Mo, 3.2 Mo, 3.6 Mo, where Mo = 1.98 × 1030 Kg. There is a need of some better technique to adopt other than ToV relation to seek out the value. In this paper, a new relation between the mass of the collapsing star and its average density ρ′ has been derived and used to calculate the limit of neutron star. The conditions in radii between Schwarz Child’s radius and the actual radius of the collapsing star have been introduced to calculate the mass of star above which it will transform into a black hole and below it to a neutron star. A new constant, Jn = 8.53707554 × 1039 n-3/2s-3Kg3 has been proposed with which if we introduce the average density of the collapsing neutron star, its mass limit can be calculated very easily. By putting the most possible mass density, which is the minimum required density for a collapsing star to transform into the black hole, it has been found that the mass limit of neutron star is quite higher than it has been assumed. The definition for black hole has also been re-defined on the basis of said radii conditions.

Let P（z） be a polynomial of degree n and for any complex number α, let DαP（z） = nP（z）＋（α-z）P＇（z） denote the polar derivative of P（z） with respect to α. In this paper, we obtain certain inequalities for the polar derivative of a polynomial with restricted zeros. our results generalize and sharpen some well-known polynomial inequalities.

Single crystals of holmium oxalate heptahydrate are grown by gel diffusion method using organic agar gel as a medium of growth. The crystals grow in the agar gel with hexagonal morphology having well defined habit faces Powder X-ray diffraction results show that the crystals belong to monoclinic system bearing the space group P21/c with cell parameters;a = 12.197? , b = 11.714 , c = 6.479 , α = 90°, β = 120.12°, γ = 90°, V = 799.6? 3. Fourier transform Infrared spectrum of the crystals shows the presence of water and other associated functional groups. Thermogravimetric analysis support the presence of 7 H2o molecules associated with holmium oxalate crystal lattice. The thermal decomposition in the nitrogen atmosphere leads to the formation of holmium oxide as the final product.

Pesticides are an integral part in maintaining agriculture and horticultural productivity and play a vital role in meeting the increasing food, fiber, and fuel needs of the growing population. Globally, organophosphate pesticides(oPPs) are among the most common pesticides used due to their high proficiency and relatively low persistence in the environment. However, recent studies have reported problems due to pesticide use, e.g., phorate contamination of aquatic ecosystems(fresh and groundwater), sediments, fruits and vegetables, and forage crops. This review highlights many cases where phorate has been detected above its respective maximum residue limit values. organophosphate pesticides, including phorate, have negative impacts on both the environment and human health. The ecological and public health concerns of recurrent pesticide utilization have encouraged the research related to environmental fate of *** is an effective, eco-friendly, and financially viable approach for the decontamination and degradation of toxic oPPs from the environment,compared to the costly, unecological, and time-consuming physicochemical approaches, which lead to the generation of byproducts of higher *** have recognized that a wide range of microbes, mainly bacteria, can degrade this extremely hazardous pesticide. Therefore, this review discusses the present pesticide scenarios, especially phorate contamination, its toxicity, biodegradation, and metabolic products via bacterial communities, both in India and globally. The latest and up-to-date literatures on the use, contamination, and bacterial application of phorate degradation are also summarized. This article offers national and international food safety organizations and public health authorities the ability to be involved in preventing the risks associated with the use of food and nutrition products contaminated with extremely toxic phorate pesticide. objective:To predict immunogenic promiscuous T-cell epitopes from the polyprotein of the Zika virus using a range of bioinformatics *** date,no epitope data are available for the Zika virus in the IEDB ***:We retrieved nearly 54 full length polyprotein sequences of the Zika virus from the nCBI database belonging to different outbreaks.A consensus sequence was then used to predict the promiscuous T cell epitopes that bind MHC 1 and MHC II alleles using Propred1 and Propred immunoinformatic algorithms *** antigencity predicted score was also calculated for each predicted epitope using the Vaxi Jen 2.0 ***:By using Pro Pred1,23 antigenic epitopes for HLA class I and 48 antigenic epitopes for HLA class II were predicted from the consensus polyprotein sequence of Zika *** greatest number of MHC class I binding epitopes were projected within the nS5(21%),followed by Envelope(17%).For MHC class II,greatest number of predicted epitopes were in nS5(19%) followed by the Envelope,nS1 and nS2(17% each).A variety of epitopes with good binding affinity,promiscuity and antigenicity were predicted for both the HLA ***:The predicted conserved promiscuous T-cell epitopes examined in this study were reported for the first time and will contribute to the imminent design of Zika virus vaccine candidates,which will be able to induce a broad range of immune responses in a heterogeneous HLA ***,our results can be verified and employed in future efficacious vaccine formulations only after successful experimental studies.

The brown shrimp, Farfantepenaeus californiensis, is the most important shrimp species in the Mexican Pacific coastal fisheries, with annual yields averaging 20,000 metric tons. The Mexican state of Sinaloa has the largest Mexican fleet of shrimp trawlers (736 boats) with annual landings of 7000 tons of brown shrimp on average. The status of the brown shrimp fishery was assessed using commercial catch and effort data of the Sinaloa shrimp trawl fleet over 16 years, from 1995 to 2011. We developed a biomass dynamic Schaefer model and used resampling techniques to analyze the catch-per-unit effort (CPUE) of the trawl brown shrimp fishery in the southeastern Gulf of California,Mexico. To ascertain robustness of our conclusions, two hypotheses were tested: observation and process error. Explicitly accounting for observation errors produced the best model fit to available data than including process errors. We identified several sources of observation error, for example discriminating fishing effort by species, changes in catch ability and misreported catch. The brown shrimp fishery showed symptoms of overfishing, although catch reported in the last fishing season considered in the analyses seems to indicate a rapid recovery of the stock. Finally, we predicted for the 2011-12 fishing season a catch of 9630 tonsof brown shrimp.
