This study presents a biomechanical analysis of the performance of the STS(sit-to-stand)movement applied to elderly and people with difficulty of displacement comparing it with and without an assistive technology device.A biomechanical kinemetry method was used for the movement evaluation.A two-dimensional virtual human model was developed through segmented ergonomic video analysis and the data obtained were numerically simulated to measure the inertial forces and torques of the complete execution of the STS *** device allows a vertical elevation of 0 to 400 mm and an anterior slope of up to 25°.A prototype was used to compare the movement with and without the assistive *** a result,the torques in the lower limbs’joints and the vertical ground reaction forces were reduced by up to 60%and 23%,*** was a reduction of up to 37°in the maximum trunk flexion angle during the *** horizontal displacement of the center of mass was reduced by up to 70%.

目的:分析和比较市售的粗糙表面螺纹种植体与多孔圆柱种植体在兔模型愈合的不同时期骨沉积情况。此外,研究种植体表面形态对变形链球菌粘附的影响。材料与方法:采用粉末冶金技术的新方法,制备有致密核心和多孔表面的钛种植体.以增加种植体骨结合率(BIC)。15只兔中,植入60个种植体。在每只兔子右、左侧胫骨各植入两个实验组和对照组种植体。实验组采用敲击就位,对照组自螺纹就位。术后4周、8周和12周处死动物.脱钙处理,检测种植体骨接触率。此外.在16个种植体(8个实验组,8个对照组)表面培养变形链球菌,评价细菌粘附情况。分别进行方差分析和t检验。结果:两组组织学均显示种植体-骨界面紧密接触.无软组织介入。多孔圆柱型种植体BIC(72.41%±9.47%)高于粗糙螺旋种植体(61.23%±14.12%)(P=O.013).而变形链球菌粘附情况无显著差异(P=O.351)。愈合4周时,两组间差距更明显(P=O.029)。两组间BIC在整个实验周期无显著性差异(P=O.333),但BIC随时间延长而提高。结论:在本研究条件.结果显示:新型种植体增加了BIC,且未增加变形链球菌粘附。

Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma(FLHCC) is a rare malignant liver neoplasm, commonly observed in adolescents and young adults of both genders. The disease is more common in Caucasians and in patients without a prior history of liver disease. The best treat-ment option is a surgical resection associated with liver hilum lymph node dissection. However, there is no established systemic drug treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease. We report on a patient with advanced FLHCC, initially considered un-resectable due to invasion of the right and the middle hepatic veins and circumferential involvement of the left hepatic vein. Following the treatment with gem-citabine-oxaliplatin systemic chemotherapy, the patient exhibited a significant tumor reduction. As a result, a complete resection was performed with an extended right hepatectomy associated with a partial resection of the inferior vena cava, a wedge resection in segment 2, and lymphadenectomy of the hepatic hilum. The case was unusual due to the significant tumor downstaging with gemcitabine-oxaliplatin, potentially enabling cura-tive resection. More studies are needed to confirm the efficacy of the systemic drug treatment for FLHCC.

Mesenteric adenitis consists of an important differential diagnosis of potentially serious diseases such as acute appendicitis, since they manifest themselves with a similar clinical picture. Case report: A 17-year-old male patient presented with periumbilical abdominal pain for 2 days, of abrupt onset and moderate intensity, who gave away with a common analgesic, which progressed to the right iliac fossa (RIF) and increased of intensity. He also reported liquid diarrhea, with several episodes a day, without mucus and/or blood, 38°C fever, anorexia and vomiting. He was hospitalized for investigating a possible diagnostic of Acute Appendicitis. In the exams, it was considered mesenteric adenitis, and antibiotic therapy was prescribed. The patient had complete improvement at the end of treatment. Conclusions: Given its importance as a differential diagnosis of numerous pathologies, as well as controversial before the therapeutic and diagnostic conduct, it is essential to report these cases in order to elucidate the specificities of this disease.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
