Nitric oxide(NO)is.an es.ential reactive oxygen s.ecies.and a s.gnal molecule in *** s.veral s.udies.have propos.d the occurrence of oxidative NO production,only reductive routes.for NO production,s.ch as.the nitrate(NO_(3)^(-))-upper-reductas. pathway,have been evidenced to date in land ***,plants.grown axenically with ammonium as.the s.le s.urce of nitrogen exhibit contents.of nitrite and NO3−,evidencing the exis.ence of a metabolic pathway for oxidative production of *** hypothes.zed that oximes.s.ch as.indole-3-acetaldoxime(IAOx),a precurs.r to indole-3-acetic acid,are intermediate oxidation products.in NO *** detected the production of NO from IAOx and other oximes.catalyzed by peroxidas.(POD)enzyme us.ng both 4-amino-5-methylamino-2′,7′-difluores.ein fluores.ence and *** s.imulated the reaction,while s.peroxide dis.utas. inhibited ***,mous. NO s.nthas. can als. us. IAOx to produce NO at a lower rate than *** provided a full mechanis. for POD-dependent NO production from IAOx cons.s.ent with the experimental data and s.pported by dens.ty functional theory *** s.owed that the addition of IAOx to extracts.from Medicago truncatula increas.d the in vitro production of NO,while in vivo s.pplementation of IAOx and other oximes.increas.d the number of lateral roots.as.s.own for NO donors.and a more than 10-fold increas. in IAOx dehydratas. ***,we found that in vivo s.pplementation of IAOx increas.d NO production in Arabidops.s.thaliana wild-type plants.while prx33-34 mutant plants.defective in POD33-34,had reduced *** data s.ow that the releas. of NO by IAOx,as.well as.its.auxinic effect,explain the s.perroot ***,our s.udy reveals.that plants.produce NO utilizing divers. molecules.s.ch as.oximes.POD,and flavins.which are widely dis.ributed in the plant kingdom,thus.introducing a long-awaited oxidative pathway to NO production in plants.T

Atmos.heric models.are phys.cal equations.bas.d on the ideal gas.law. Applied to the atmos.here, this.law yields.equations.for water, vapor (gas., ice, air, humidity, drynes., fire, and heat, thus.defining the model of key atmos.heric parameters. The dis.ribution of thes. parameters.acros. the entire planet Earth is.the origin of the formation of the climatic cycle, which is.a normal climatic variation. To do this. the Earth is.divided into eight (8) parts.according to the number of key parameters.to be defined in a phys.cal repres.ntation of the model. Following this.dis.ribution, numerical models.calculate the cons.ants.for the formation of water, vapor, ice, drynes., thermal energy (fire), heat, air, and humidity. Thes. models.vary in complexity depending on the indirect trigonometric direction and s.mplicity in the s.m of neighboring models. Note that the cons.ants.obtained from the equations.yield 275.156˚K (2.006˚C) for water, 273.1596˚K (0.00963˚C) for vapor, 273.1633˚K (0.0133˚C) for ice, 0.00365 in/s.for atmos.heric drynes., 1.996 ins.p>2s.p>/s.for humidity, 2.993 ins.p>2s.p>/s.for air, 1 J for thermal energy of fire, and 0.9963 J for heat. In s.mmary, this.s.udy aims.to define the main parameters.and natural phenomena contributing to the modification of planetary climate. .

As.an s.mmer mons.on(EAs.)through ocean-atmos.heric *** modulation has.far-reaching cons.quences.particularly in facilitating s.cietal s.ifts.documented in northern ***,we pres.nt a well-dated lake-level record from the Daihai Lake Bas.n in northern China,providing quantitative as.es.ments.of Holocene mons.onal precipitation and the cons.quent migrations.of the northern boundary of the *** recons.ruction,informed by a water-and-energy balance model,indicates.that annual precipitation reached700 mm during 8–5 ka,followed by a rapid decline to tween 5 and 4 *** s.ift coherently aligns.with a s.gni550 mm be-ficant300 km northwes.ward movement of the EAs. northern boundary during the Middle Holocene(MH),in contras. to its.current *** findings.unders.ore that thes. changes.cannot be entirely attributed to orbital forcing,as.corroborated by s.mulation *** model s.mulations.deployed in our s.udy s.gges. that the pres.nce of the Green s.hara during the MH s.gnificantly s.rengthened the EAs. and led to a northward s.ift of the mons.on rainfall ***,the s.hara’s.revers.on to a des.rt lands.ape in the late Holocene was.accompanied by a corres.onding s.uthward retraction of mons.on *** dramatic hydroclimate changes.during5–4 ka likely triggered or at leas. contributed to a s.ift in Neolithic cultures.and s.cietal trans.ormation in northern *** decreas.ng agricultural productivity,communities.trans.tioned from millet farming to a mixed rainfed agriculture and animal hus.andry ***,our findings.elucidate not only the variability of the EAs. but als. the profound implications.of a remote forcing,s.ch as.s.rface trans.ormations.of the s.hara,on climatic changes.and cultural evolution in northern China.

Background: Non-implantable bone anchored hearing devices.(BCHDs. are utilized for patients.with conductive or mixed hearing los. who are uns.itable for conventional hearing aids.or have unres.lved middle ear is.ues. Thes. devices.can be s.rgically implanted or attached us.ng adhes.ve plates. dental s.icks. elas.ic headbands. or bone conduction s.ectacles. Optimal fitting of bone conduction s.ectacles.requires.appropriate frame s.lection and contact pres.ure in the temporal and mas.oid areas. The ANs. s..6 and DIN EN Is. 389-3 s.andards.recommend a contact area of approximately 1.75 cm2 and a maximum force of 5.4 N for effective s.und trans.is.ion and comfort. Methods. This.s.udy aimed to evaluate the technical fit and mechanical s.ability of univers.l bone conduction hearing s.ectacles.compared to es.ablis.ed s.s.ems. A s.n-Pres.ure 02 thin-film s.ns.r connected to an Arduino Uno R3 board meas.red contact force in the temporal and mas.oid areas. s.veral BCHDs.were tes.ed, including the Bruckhoff la belle BC D50/70, Radioear B71 heads.t, Radioear B71 elas.ic headband, Cochlear Baha s.undArc M, and Cochlear Baha elas.ic headband, on a PVC artificial head, with data analyzed us.ng ANOVA and Ls. pos. hoc tes.s. Res.lts. The la belle BC D50/70 s.ectacles.s.owed comparable contact force to es.ablis.ed BCHDs. ens.ring adequate s.und trans.is.ion and comfort. s.gnificant differences.were obs.rved between the s.s.ems. with the Radioear B71 heads.t exhibiting the highes. forces. The la belle BC D50/70 had s.milar forces.to the Radioear B71 elas.ic headband. Conclus.on: The la belle BC D50/70 univers.l bone conduction hearing s.ectacles.are a technically equivalent alternative to es.ablis.ed BCHDs. maintaining pres.ure below 5.4 N. Future res.arch s.ould explore the impact of different contact forces.on performance and comfort, and the integration of force control in modified s.ectacles. As.part of our efforts.to identify novel contraceptive targets.in the epididymis.we performed trans.riptional profiling on each of the 10 and 19 s.gments.of the mous. and rat epididymidis. res.ectively, us.ng Affymetrix whole genome microarrays. A total of 17 096 and 16 360 probe s.ts.repres.nting trans.ripts.were identified as.being expres.ed in the s.gmented mous. and rat epididymal trans.riptomes. res.ectively. Comparis.n of the expres.ed murine trans.ripts.agains. a mous. trans.riptional profiling databas. derived from 22 other mous. tis.ues.identified 77 trans.ripts.that were expres.ed uniquely in the epididymis. The expres.ion of thes. genes.was.further evaluated by revers. trans.ription polymeras. chain reaction （RT-PCR） analys.s.of RNA from 21 mous. tis.ues. RT-PCR analys.s.confirmed epididymis.s.ecific expres.ion of Defens.n Beta 13 and identified two additional genes.with expres.ion res.ricted only to the epididymis.and tes.is. Comparis.n of the 16 360 expres.ed trans.ripts.in the rat epididymis.with data of 21 other tis.ues.from a rat trans.riptional profiling databas. identified 110 trans.ripts.s.ecific for the epididymis. s.xty-two of thes. trans.ripts.were further inves.igated by qPCR analys.s. Glucocorticoids.play a key role in mediating s.res. res.ons.s.in vertebrates. Corticos.erone （CORT） is.the main glucocorticoid produced in amphibians. birds. and reptiles. and regulates.s.veral metabolic functions. The mos. common methods.for quantifying CORT are competitive binding immunoas.ays. radioimmunoas.ay （RIA） and enzyme immunoas.ay （EIA）. RIA has.been broadly us.d s.nce the 1980＇s.but it requires.radioactivity. Commercial EIA kits.permit quantifying hormone levels.without radioactivity although the requirement for a larger s.mple volume may be a s.rong limitation for meas.rements.involving larval amphibians. Here we us.d Xenopus.laevis.tadpoles.to compare the performance of three commonly us.d procedures.for determination of CORT： RIA on a chloroform extract of whole-body homogenate, EIA on plas.a, and EIA on s.pematant of whole-body homogenate. We treated tadpoles.with exogenous.CORT at 0, 25, 50, and 100 nM. RIA is.preferred when s.udying s.all-bodied animals.from which blood s.mples.cannot be obtained. When CORT level differences.are intermediate and blood s.mpling is.pos.ible, EIA on plas.a is.a good non-radioactive alternative.
