company bankruptcies cost billions of dollars in losses to banks each year. Thus credit risk prediction is a critical part of a bank＇s loan approval decision process. Traditional financial models for credit risk prediction are no longer adequate for describing today＇s complex relationship between the financial health and potential bankruptcy of a company. In this work, a multiple classifier system （embedded in a multiple intelligent agent system） is proposed to predict the financial health of a company. In our model, each individual agent （classifier） makes a prediction on the likelihood of credit risk based on only partial information of the company. Each of the agents is an expert, but has limited knowledge （represented by features） about the company. The decisions of all agents are combined together to form a final credit risk prediction. Experiments show that our model out-performs other existing methods using the benchmarking compustat American corporations dataset.

Photobiomodulation (PBM)- the irradiation of cells or tissues with low-intensity red to near-infrared light - is emerging as an effective means of enhancing cell and tissue resilience and repair. As reviewed elsewhere (Gordon et al., 2019), the intracellular effects of PBM appear to be primarily mediated by cytochrome c oxidase, a key enzyme in the mitochondrial respiratory chain and a primary photoacceptor of red to near-infrared light. Absorption of light by cytochrome c oxidase alters its redox state, resulting in increased ATP production, the liberation of nitric oxide and a transient burst in reactive oxygen species.

Background:cholera remains an important public health concern in developing countries including Kenya where 11,769 cases and 274 deaths were reported in 2009 according to the World Health Organization(WHO).This ecological study investigates the impact of various climatic,environmental,and demographic variables on the spatial distribution of cholera cases in ***:district-level data was gathered from Kenya’s division of disease Surveillance and Response,the Meteorological department,and the National Bureau of *** data included the entire population of Kenya from 1999 to ***:Multivariate analyses showed that districts had an increased risk of cholera outbreaks when a greater proportion of the population lived more than five kilometers from a health facility(RR:1.025 per 1%increase;95%cI:1.010,1.039),bordered a body of water(RR:5.5;95%cI:2.472,12.404),experienced increased rainfall from October to december(RR:1.003 per 1 mm increase;95%cI:1.001,1.005),and experienced decreased rainfall from April to June(RR:0.996 per 1 mm increase;95%cI:0.992,0.999).There was no detectable association between cholera and population density,poverty,availability of piped water,waste disposal methods,rainfall from January to March,or rainfall from July to ***:Bordering a large body of water,lack of health facilities nearby,and changes in rainfall were significantly associated with an increased risk of cholera in Kenya.

Insulin-like growth factor-I （IGF-I） regulates cell growth, survival, and differentiation by acting on the IGF-I receptor, （IGF-IR）-a tyrosine kinase receptor, which elicits diverse intracellular signaling responses. All skeletal cells express IGF-I and IGF-IR. Recent studies using tissue/cell-specific gene knockout mouse models and cell culture techniques have clearly demonstrated that locally produced IGF-I is more critical than the systemic IGF-I in supporting embryonic and postnatal skeletal development and bone remodeling. Local IGF-I/IGF-IR signaling promotes the growth, survival and differentiation of chondrocytes and osteo- blasts, directly and indirectly, by altering other autocrine/paracrine signaling pathways in cartilage and bone, and by enhancing interactions among these skeletal cells through hormonal and physical means. Moreover, local IGF-I/IGF-IR signaling is critical for the anabolic bone actions of growth hormone and parathyroid hormone. Herein, we review evidence supporting the actions of local IGF-I/IGF-IR in the above aspects of skeletal development and remodeling.

cement is the most consumed building material in the ***,cement manufacture is responsible for 5-7%of the world cO_(2)*** this paper,cement was partially replaced by styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)polymeric latex in order to reduce cement ***,effects of SBR addition on the strength and physical properties of plain mortar exposed to three different curing regimes are *** different curing regimes were applied to the 40×40×160 mm prismatic mortar specimens:(Ⅰ):Specimens were cured in water until the test age(cW),(Ⅱ):after demoulding,specimens were immersed in water for 2 days and kept in ambient temperature until the time of the test(2dWA)and(Ⅲ)involved 2 days of water curing followed by 1 day in an oven at 50℃and subsequentely placing in ambient temperature until the test time(2W1OA).Results showed that combin-ing 2 days of water curing followed by ambient temperature curing(2dWA)along with 3%SBR polymer content showed good performance in terms of compressive strength,water absorption and void ***,a good performance in terms of flexural strength was observed by combining 2W1OA curing regime with 2%SBR ***,the detrimental effect of water curing regime(cW)in terms of compressive and flexural strength was also observed with the increase of SBR ratio.

Vertical electrical sounding（VES） was carried out in northern part of Paiko, North central Nigeria, using Abem terrameter model SAS 4000 to determine the subsurface layer parameters（resistivities, depths and thickness） employed in delineating the groundwater potential of the area. A total of six transverses with ten VES stations along each traverse, at intervals of 50 m were investigated. It has a maximum current electrode separation（AB/2） of 100 m. Three to four distinct geoelectric layers were observed, namely, the top layer, the weathered layer, the fractured/fresh layer, and the fresh basement layer. The observed frequencies in curve types include 21% of H, 4.2% of HA, 2.4% of K, 4.2% of A, 1.67% of KH and 3% of HK. Eight VES stations were delineated as ground water potentials of the area, with third and fourth layer resistivities ranging from 191 to 398 ？·m. depths range from 13.60 to 36.60 m and thickness varies from 9.23 to 30.51 m. A correlation of the borehole log with the VES lithology is in agreement. Viable boreholes for good portable water should be sited at VES stations J8 and J10 having a fine aquifer at a depth of 36.60 and 17.80 m respectively with thickness of 30.51 and 15.07 m, respectively.

In a recent paper published in Science Advances,Leneva et al.1 present cryo-electron tomography structures of assembling metazoan and fungal core retromer complexes(VPS29/VPS35/VPS26)on membranes enriched in Фx(L/M/V)motif(where Ф is a bulky aromatic residue)-containing cargo and sorting nexin 3(SNX3).The structures suggest that retromer forms a conserved arch-like scaffold that can incorporate different types of membrane adaptors and *** surprisingly,the SNX3-reotrmer complex is sufficient to induce membrane curvature and tabulation,in the absence of classical membrane curvature drivers,such as bin/amphiphysin/rvs-domain-containing sorting nexin protein(SNX-BARs).
