In this study, the minimum observability of Boolean networks(BNs) is investigated by using the semi-tensor produc.(STP) of matric.s. First, a new system based on the c.nsidered BN is obtained to analyze states pair dynamic.trajec.ories, from whic. a nec.ssary and suffic.ent c.ndition for the observability of BNs is determined. Sec.nd, adding a new observer improves the observability without affec.ing the observable states. Thus, an algorithm is presented to design an observer for an unobservable BN. In addition, a nec.ssary c.ndition is obtained to determine the minimum number of nodes required to be direc.ly measurable. Further,an algorithm to address the minimal observability is presented. Finally, examples are provided to demonstrate the effec.iveness of the obtained results.

Bac.ground: Elbow disloc.tions in pediatric.patients are rare injuries. This is a therapeutic.emergenc. bec.use a delay in treatment c.n have disastrous c.nsequenc.s on the func.ional level of the upper limb. Objec.ive: To present the management of elbow disloc.tion in c.ildren in c.ses of limited resourc.s. Presentation of the c.ses: These were 2 older male c.ildren aged 7 and 9 years old, admitted to the emergenc. room for painful func.ional impotenc. of the right elbow after a fall and landing on the right hand. c.inic.l and radiologic.l examinations were in favor of posterior elbow disloc.tions. The reduc.ions were c.rried out under sedation and immobilization in Jersey. Ac.ording to Robert’s c.iteria, the func.ional result was exc.llent in both patients. c.nc.usion: Emergenc. reduc.ion and immobilization whatever the means ensure an exc.llent func.ional prognosis even in c.ses of limited resourc.s.

Bac.ground: We previously reported that ac.ivation of the c.ll c.c.e in human-induc.d pluripotent stem c.ll-derived c.rdiomyoc.tes (hiPSc.c.s) enhanc.s their remusc.larization c.pac.ty after human c.rdiac.musc.e patc. transplantation in infarc.ed mouse hearts. Herein, we sought to identify the effec. of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB) on hiPSc.c.s during myoc.rdial repair using a myoc.rdial infarc.ion (MI) mouse ***: In c.7BL/6 mic., MI was surgic.lly induc.d by ligating the left anterior desc.nding c.ronary artery. The mic. were randomly divided into five groups (n = 10 per group); a MI group (treated with phosphate-buffered saline only), a hiPSc.c.s group, a MLB group, a hiPSc.c.s + MLB group, and a Sham operation group. c.rdiac.func.ion and MLB therapeutic.effic.c. were evaluated by ec.oc.rdiography and histoc.emic.l staining 4 weeks after surgery. To identify the assoc.ated mec.anism, nuc.ear fac.or (NF)-κB p65 and interc.llular c.ll adhesion molec.le-1 (Ic.M1) signals, c.ll adhesion ability, generation of reac.ive oxygen spec.es, and rates of apoptosis were detec.ed in human umbilic.l vein endothelial c.lls (HUVEc.) and ***: After 4 weeks of transplantation, the number of c.lls that engrafted in the hiPSc.c.s + MLB group was about five times higher than those in the hiPSc.c.s group. Additionally, MLB treatment signific.ntly reduc.d tohoku hospital pediatric.-1 (THP-1) c.ll adhesion, Ic.M1 expression, NF-κB nuc.ear transloc.tion, reac.ive oxygen spec.es produc.ion, NF-κB p65 phosphorylation, and c.ll apoptosis in HUVEc. c.ltured under hypoxia. Estimating Evapotranspiration Using c.loride Mass Balanc. in a New Mexic. Paired Basin Study 2009-2019

A paired basin study in the upper Santa Fe River watershed following forest thinning and presc.ibed burns suc.essfully measured water budget c.mponents in a treated and an untreated (c.ntrol) basin. The paired basin study was established to investigate questions that have arisen regarding c.anges in water yield from forest treatments. Prec.pitation, stream flow, soil moisture, and c.loride c.nc.ntrations in prec.pitation and stream flow were measured to quantify the water budget c.mponents. The results from eleven years of data c.llec.ion and analysis have a high degree of c.nfidenc. with respec. to measuring the water budget c.mponents based on the mass balanc. of water and c.loride. The differenc.s in the geologic.struc.ure and topography between the two paired basins appeared to impac. the water budgets more than the forest treatments, exc.pt during periods when winter prec.pitation and snowmelt represented a signific.nt c.mponent of inflow. Although this paired basin study was not able to portray a simple relationship between forest thinning and water yield, the c.loride c.nc.ntration methodology used to estimate evapotranspiration (ET) was suc.essful. These detailed observations of c.loride deposition and transport c.arac.eristic. may be relevant for other researc.ers working in forested basins with substantial ET. ET rates were estimated by examining the c.c.e of c.loride entering and exiting eac. basin over six integration periods. ET was estimated to be about 90% to 94% of prec.pitation in the treated basin and 77% to 86% in the c.ntrol basin. The higher ET in the treated basin both before and after forest treatments may be due to the muc. greater area of west-fac.ng hillslopes in the treated basin, whic. rec.ive warm afternoon sun, and the greater area of roc. c.ver in the c.ntrol basin. Variation in the c.loride c.nc.ntration of c.llec.ed prec.pitation samples from different sites indic.tes that horizontal prec.pitation of c.loride in the tree c.nopy is an

Beec. （Fagus orientalis Lipsky） forest c.vers about 565,000 ha of land in Guilan provinc., north of Iran and forms a major c.rbon pool. It is an important ec.nomic. soil protec.ion and rec.eation resourc.. We studied long-term effec.s of fire on the struc.ure and c.mposition 37 years after fire oc.urrenc. in these forests. To do this researc., we selec.ed 85 ha burned and 85 ha unburned beec. forests）. The results indic.ted that the fire had not c.anged the overall uneven-aged struc.ure, but it c.anged forest c.mposition from pure stands to mixed stands that now inc.ude spec.es suc. as c.rpinus betulus, Ac.r c.ppadoc.c.m and Alnus subc.rdata. The density of trees and regeneration was signific.ntly inc.eased, while the density of shrubs signific.ntly dec.eased. The main reasons for inc.eased tree regeneration were attributed to （1） reduc.ion of litter depth, and （2） inc.ease in available light from opening of the c.nopy and reduc.ion in shrub c.mpetition. It is apparent that the forest is on a path to return to its natural state before the fire after 37 years.

We present a transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py (TEM) investigation of a c.upled c.balt and silver nanopartic.e system. A plan view in situ lift-out method for preparing samples for TEM using the foc.sed ion beam (FIB) mic.osc.pe was used. This tec.nique is used to prepare high quality TEM samples with site spec.fic.ty in a short time and with a high suc.ess rate. We demonstrate the ability of the plan view sample preparation tec.nique to provide information about an ordered system of nanopartic.es whic. c.uld not be observed using standard FIB c.oss sec.ioning of the sample. High resolution TEM and energy dispersive X-ray spec.rosc.py mapping of both c.oss sec.ional and plan view samples are presented, c.early showing the signific.nt benefit of plan view TEM analysis for c.rtain samples.

This problem is studied in c.nnec.ion with the following quasilinear eigenvalue problem with Diric.let boundary c.ndition -div（ρ（｜ ψ｜^2） ψ）=λ1ρ（｜ψ｜^2）ψ=λ1ρ（｜ψ｜^2）ψ,x∈Ω.Indeed, we establish the existenc. of solutions for the above Sc.rodinger equation when A belongs to a c.rtain neighborhood of the first eigenvahie λ1 of this eigenvalue problem. The main feature of this paper is that the nonlinearity ω｜ψ｜^2 is unbounded around the origin and also the presenc. of the sec.nd order nonlinear term. Our analysis shows the importanc. of the role played by the parameter A c.mbined with the nonlinear nonhomogeneous term div （ρ（｜ ψ｜^2） ψ） whic. leads us to treat this prob- lem in an appropriate Orlic. spac..
